gotta put my feline buddy down for the big sleep

Post by IndelibleDotInk »

Cat Levi wormed his way into my heart from my sister's cat to my mom's to sharing with me. Lots of particulars and details and stories, but now i'm looking at him, gonna take him back to the vet where they will k*** him. I dont' know how people can do that, probably frequently, several times a month? A week? Does the help they bring balance the scales?

Cats don't even leave echoes of their paw steps.

So sorry for your loss. Been thru it and it's never easy. I currently have two indoor cats and feed two outdoors that come and go, one more than the other. They all like different food, they're so picky. I've had dogs too but it's hard for me to get up every morning to take one out. I love animals so much more than people, and they are so much smarter and intuitive than many realize. I'm sure your kitty knows how much you love him.

Thanks guys.

The timing is good, if you can call it that - we can take a long trip to visit my nephew/sis/shrek in Colorado and my dad wants to take us all to Disney World (i've never been to FL)

Then, hoping my mental crap is set and no weird episodes, we'll have a good time. I'm always excited to learn about places and foods.

Then I hope to get a puppy, or at least a young dog potty trained, and a kitten so they can bond and be each others' friend.

Man, just when I go a buy a buttload of cat treats and the big head dome bed. At least he really liked them!lol.
