Of course you're the type of people that drop everything and extremely inconvenience yourselves to go take care of a loved one who's sick. Absolutely no one here is surprised, nor are they worried more about their leaf than your family making it through these next couple of weeks in tact. We hope Angie has a safe and successful trip and that your kids are extra patient with you while your parenting alone. We will be too and, as always, are grateful for everything you two do for the community.

Hey Timmy, I sent you an email. Thanks so much for sharing it on the forum, without a doubt there are others here who might be interested in hearing more about how our substitution choices are made. Your question gives me the opportunity to share more about it ;)

Its actually more difficult to project what substitutions people will be happy with than you might think, as everyone has a different preference/idea as to how backups should be prioritized (some people assume we will use substitutions in the order they list them, others might assume we will stick to the same colors, etc...) With that, if anyone has a specific way they would like the substitution options they provide to be leveraged, we highly encourage them to be as detailed as they like! If there are no specific instructions or the parameters that they provide do not apply, it's not a problem at all - we just use our best judgment to work with the substitutions that were provided. We really do want our customers to be happy with what they receive, we actually put effort into selecting which substitutions to use. As a matter of fact, sometimes I catch myself spending 5-10 minutes just digging through past orders, survey data, etc. to find the right item (perhaps that is the reason we are so far behind right now  ) On a side note - we love it when people ask us to pick items for them, as it gives us the liberty to go with what we think they will like without second-guessing our decisions.

I hope the additional context helps folks who are still compiling orders. Thanks again!
You guys are the best! Thank you for the email and the thorough response on this thread. I have decided to just keep the white PMD and I guess I will just have to put in another order LOL! Thank you for everything you guys do!

Dude, that's literally the one strain I wanted the most and they ran out of. I have a 30 year wild red I'd trade for it!!
I already opened it and have had a few burns. I am sorry brother I just figured to giver' a go and it is excellent.

The Wild Harvest White PMD? I can trade my 250 bag. Probably about 240 now. Whites just don't hit for me at any dose. PM me if you want to trade for any other color. I have gbr Red you listed though.

FF's new Green Kali and TFH'S Top Shelf GMD. Both seem similar and incredible. I definitely need to do some more dosing with each of them. Full body buzz kind of leaf. Mid spec at the most.

I am hoping they are all well, too. They must be very stressed. As far as I know, they haven't finished the event that just ended, so while another event may be soon, soon is relative. As of a day or two ago I know two people who haven't received their payment emails.

It has awful that they have an ill family member, but I am glad they decided to end the Open Event early. I am sure it helped some with navigating the logistics of what they are dealing with. I have been in a similar situation, and it can be overwhelming.

Figured I’d update y’all here, I ended up missing the early closure notice and sent my order in a day late hoping for the best, figuring it would take weeks. I just received the payment instructions for that order so it sounds like Chris is finally catching up!   This must have been a very stressful month and I’m hoping he is nearing the finish line for both his and his family’s sake.

Post by pray4peace4 »

I've been watching all the excitement going on here, especially for some of the newbies who I've invited to our forum from the darkness of Reddit. I've been there. I still get all worked up when Chris has these special sales, but I mostly sat this one out. I've been inventory-ing my kratom & getting some organization to it at the request of family members & found that I have 36 kilos of 35 strains just from TFH! I still have all the rest to go through, & I'm real glad I have a basement to put it all in. And to my surprise I hadn't opened about 10 of them. Yikes! I found a Jungle Red Hulu in there that is a fantastic strain that's just been sitting in the pile undiscovered. So I've been having my own TFH party, just a little behind the times.

And you newbies, when you email Chris @ TFH, make sure to say "y'all."

Just a quick update myself...I placed my last TFH order on May 8th and today I received my final TFH package from the open event! Very excited. 1 more raffle ticket to go! I’m trying this beautiful Yellow Bali Reserve first and will let you guys know. FYI, I received everything I requested...so keep the faith! Your late order packages will arrive and it will be a happy day when it does. Thanks to Chris, Angie and all the TFH gang (harvesters & farmers included) for all their diligent and dedicated efforts. Hope they have each been prosperous & blessed during this time🙏🏻As I continue to say my daily dosage “grace”, a personal blessing over everyone who’s hands this leaf passed thru before coming to my own 🪴

36 keys of just TFH leaf?!! How many years' worth of kratom is that with your current dose?! My stash is meager but at least more than a years' supply, and I'd have to say it's almost all fire. Kratom Buying Syndrome is real.

Indelible... a kilo would last me about 9 months to a year. I'm determined to surpass the famous HH stash. When the first kratom panic hit about 4 years ago, I decided it might be wise to buy exceptional strains when they hit the market whether I "need" them or not. It's kinda fun. Some collect coins - I collect kratom. Yeah - after doing my inventory I've seen the need to maybe cut back. I have a lot of TFH because it fits my biochemistry better than most vendors, & of course Chris & Angie have such great customer service & that's important to me, too. I have a lot from certain other sources, one being an Indo grower with my most favorite strain of all time that remains my favorite even now 5 years later. I made sure to load up on that one.

I am sure someone can clear this up pretty easily but I am slightly confused. this thread was edited to ".RAFFLE RESULTS (Live Event) - Will Post Thursday June 3rd."

and now its the 4th of June and I still don't see the results . It was my understanding that we all got a second chance with our ticket during the 2nd raffle event? . explain it to me like I am a moron .

I second that Kcucumber, I’m sure as soon as TFH reads your response Ditton, he will update it as soon as possible.

You haven’t missed anything Ditton so no worries - it will come :) . The event was pretty big and had a lot of traffic. If you’re subscribed you’ll get a notice with the changed thread name/update as soon as Gumbyke posts something.

Thanks again TFH ! Enjoying the lots of goodness thanks to you guys ❤️

I’m just going to randomly chat in here because why not? I bought some through This event and it was exciting. I actually recieved my order before I ever submitted my payment. Haha

So far I am really liking my Wild Gold Sumpur.
I didn’t know what to pick with all the options so I just got that one. It feel like a red to me. Very relaxing and has actually caused me to take a couple naps that I didn’t plan on. The flavor of the leaf is also very palatable. Almost no bitterness that is so common with kratom. I’m gonna try making a tea with this one because it may actually be enjoyable.

The crumbs PMD is the best kratom I've ever had. My body never gets a tolerance to it & it's a great mixer to dump in with my strains that are weak. I've been tempted to order a selection of their strains but I don't want that massive of an order, especially right now when shipments are being seized.

You guys just missed the open event but I hear rumor that there’s another one coming up. When you order from them during the open event, they will give you a raffle ticket and if your number is chosen, you win a membership. That’s how I got mine 😊

I took advantage of an open event in March 2020 but I don't remember getting a raffle ticket then.
Would it have come in an email from TFH or in with my order?

Mine came with my order and because I didn't read everything carefully enough I wondered why there was a ticket in the envelope. After re-reading everything I realized it was the raffle and luckily I saved it along with the envelope it came in but alas was not a winner (this time)! I just didn't pay enough attention because I was so concerned with being able to place my first order.

I'll try again on their next open event. :)

You're very welcome! I wish I ordered more for my very first order because I'm enjoying it very much and am looking forward to the next open event to hopefully also get another chance to become a member. If you're old and senile then so am I, when my package came I noticed a raffle ticket and I was so excited to check out the other contents the raffle completely slipped my mind!

you're not old and senile... they didn't do the raffle during the March 2020 event. the first time they did it was the following one. think it was July? hopefully they'll do it again for the next one and you'll get a chance. it's fun to watch the excitement 😊
