I agree. Thank you for the review. I received my first HL order this week, and have been feeling a little overwhelmed (not their fault) , it takes some time to get familiar with how a vendor's strains are & small batch vendors take a bit more energy since there isn't a standard menu w/the usual descriptions (which is a GREAT thing). I tried it for the first time, and am loving it. The Super White Elephant is really burning right for me, a little went a long way towards mood lift & some physical comfort.GreatIAm33 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 10:37 pm This was the best, most detailed and thought out review of kratom I've ever read.
Thanks again for such a great and detailed review!

I've found that the level of Mitragynine in stimulating White Kratoms has an effect that is similar to that of Racetam Nootropics. I'd read that choline can help with the headaches/pressure behind the eyes feeling that they can give, and I've found that it also works with counteracting that side effect from Kratom.
Eating an egg, having some mayonnaise, or taking some Lecithin (I use Sunflower Lecithin powder) works as both a preventive, and a remedy. There all the varieties of choline that are popular now, and they can be good, but Lecithin is very inexpensive, and it also has Inositol, which comes with its own benefits.
TL;DR: Headache from a fast White? Eat an egg, or take some lecithin.

Specifically the mention of choline and how it pertains to one's mental macheeeezmo' if you will
In other words, while I'm not an expert by any means- I have realized paying attention to choline in my diet hugely impacts my thinking, mood and, of consequence, burns. Choline is really a case of "just right" as too much is terrible as well as too little (although i know plenty of folks where too much isn't as injurious, I seem pretty sensitive to it)....... I actually noticed this on accident by developing an egg allergy, prior to which I ate them constantly.
Anecdotally speaking, I also find this more impacting while maintaining either a low calorie diet or primarily vegetable based program, but I tend to eat like a weirdo
