That may have meant they were out of both did you put a second substitution?
I put 3-4 subs in order of preference.![]()
Its actually more difficult to project what substitutions people will be happy with than you might think, as everyone has a different preference/idea as to how backups should be prioritized (some people assume we will use substitutions in the order they list them, others might assume we will stick to the same colors, etc...) With that, if anyone has a specific way they would like the substitution options they provide to be leveraged, we highly encourage them to be as detailed as they like! If there are no specific instructions or the parameters that they provide do not apply, it's not a problem at all - we just use our best judgment to work with the substitutions that were provided. We really do want our customers to be happy with what they receive, we actually put effort into selecting which substitutions to use. As a matter of fact, sometimes I catch myself spending 5-10 minutes just digging through past orders, survey data, etc. to find the right item (perhaps that is the reason we are so far behind right now) On a side note - we love it when people ask us to pick items for them, as it gives us the liberty to go with what we think they will like without second-guessing our decisions.
I hope the additional context helps folks who are still compiling orders. Thanks again!

Oh yeah, thank you so much for this opportunity. I cannot wait to get my order. I have watched all of your videos and have probably written everything you have written, 2 or 3 times. You opened my eyes to the realities years ago and it has helped me immensely.

There should be one more that includes pre-orders and live event orders. If I'm not mistaken, it was originally scheduled for around the 24th, but since the even ended early, I'm not sure. I don't want to give you any wrong information, but yes original plans were for a second drawing once the event finished
Once they catch up I'm sure they will update us on the details.
Good luck Timothycd21 !

Re: Texas Family Harvest - Community Event Has Ended (Early Closure). Raffle Results Here!
Got in one final order last night—glad I checked in here to see they were ending early! Hoping that I managed to score some of the Lazier Sundae this go around. I had ordered Lazy Sundae in my first order, but it sold out by the time my order processed. However, the 30 Year Wild Red Bali that was subbed for it turned out to he my fav from my first order, lol!
Congrats to all the raffle winners! Fingers crossed there is indeed one more drawing. Glad I didn’t pitch my tickets last night!

Me too... almost missed it. I'm bummed that they're ending this one early - just got my first order in today and wanted to try some of these before placing another order. I ordered the 30 Yr Wild Red Bali, too; but got the 30 Yr Wild Red TFH as a sub (I'm sure that's good, too). I ordered a couple of yellow/gold the second time around - never had those before, so, curious to try. I still haven't gotten the auto-generated acknowledgement email as I did the first time... I hope my 2nd order made it through. No golden ticket for me this time, so I need another bite at that apple!RhodaNowhere wrote: ↑Tue May 11, 2021 12:50 pm Got in one final order last night—glad I checked in here to see they were ending early! Congrats to the winners! You are all lucky lucky, I am excited for you all!!
I was going to place another order yesterday, but already ordered 4k, they seemed to be swamped so I figured I wouldn't be greedy.
Everything I have received has been fantastic, and I am just grateful that I was able to get a great variety. Doing my best to write down notes, so I can give reviews.

Note to self, check winning raffle numbers AFTER I put my glasses on. Started celebrating, then I put my glasses on and realized I was one ticket off. Brutal.
I'll check back in a week and hope for the best. Or do what I have been doing, checking the thread daily in case the raffle numbers suddenly change
oh well, congrats to the winners!

My initial order came in a couple of days ago. As some of you have mentioned, I was figuring I might make a smaller second order once I'd had the chance to try a few varieties. Oh well! I'm still super happy to have had the chance to order some primo TFH leaf! Thanks gumbyke/TFH! Y'all are the absolute best! Much love!!

I'm late to the party. Is there any kind of info on the different strains?
I know the effects are a subjective topic, and yes I read through the OP (and some of Gumby's wonderfully informative past literature).
Still, just looking for some kind of information that differentiates the strains? As this is a very limited-time offer, it's not like we can try a few samples and then re-order what we like. How do I decide?
Anything? Somewhere?
Edit: I only just noticed the early closure notice. Poop. Oh well.

Re: Texas Family Harvest - Community Event Has Ended (Early Closure). Raffle Results Here!
The event is currently over, but in preparation for the next one, try searching Double M forum there are a lot of personal reviews on the strains. Almost every strain has some personal experience throughout the forum. It takes a little bit of time, but there are a few threads that people have started recently that are reviewing current TFH strains. Pick a strain from the menu and search for it. Or search for "TFH review". There's a lot of information on here, just not in one centralized location, but you'll find that different people have different experiences. What is the same throughout is the quality of the leaf. One person at a lower dose might find one strain stimulating and another person at a higher dose might find it relaxing, there are just so many factors - that is why they don't label their strains as x,y, or z. You can honestly throw a dart at the menu and be happy, and on the off chance you aren't, people would be more than willing to pick it up on the Trading Postequazcion wrote: ↑Wed May 12, 2021 11:48 am I'm late to the party. I'm with KalieGirl on this one. We, as a community, should understand that the seriousness of family illness (especially during a pandemic!)

TFH treats each customer like part of a family, and I'd like to think the doublemm community will fully understand and support you taking care of your family first. As customers I feel like patience and understanding is one of the few ways we can show support to a vendor (outside of buying, of course).

Hoping for quick healing and recovery for them. My family has been forever changed by this pandemic, and this latest update is incredibly sad. I hope that everyone turns out okay, and they will be in my thoughts.
