Yes I absolutely love it, I’m so happy I added it to my order. I want to order more but I’m getting to my budgets limit on orders.

Ok, so... I sent my order late on 5/1 to squeak in for the pre-order stage. I got the auto reply acknowledgement email; but, I've heard nothing else since then. As this is my first time to order from TFH, I don't know what to expect. I imagine they're busy, and I don't want to throw a wrench in the process with another email. Any ideas as to how long I should wait before reaching out? Is anyone else who may have ordered late still waiting to hear from them?

You'll hear back soon :) I put one in early on on 5/1, and I got contacted and paid last night. Give it a day or two. Honestly usually when you get to the point where you're nervous and debating sending an email, that's when you get a reply :) They're on top of it.

EDIT - Don't forget = Chris also said they get slammed around this Friday, now that people have had time to try their first orders*

Timothycd21 wrote: Fri May 07, 2021 11:10 am I was wondering what the process is if you receive the wrong order. I ordered on April 25th early and I got my order on Wednesday! Everything is great except I ordered Sapphire Sunda and if that was out the Lazy Sundae. I did not get either one, it was replaced with a Wild Harvest White.... I sent an email but got the general automated email back. I understand they are super swamped and mistakes happen. I am not complaining at all, just looking for a solution. Worst case scenario is nothing happens and I keep the white LOL, I just had my heart set on those reds :|
That may have meant they were out of both did you put a second substitution?

I put 3-4 subs in order of preference.
I did only put 2 Subs for the Red.... I had other subs but nothing else red. I assumed if both reds were out at the very least they would replace it with another red. Well, you know what they say when you Assume.... Lesson learned.
Hey Timmy, I sent you an email. Thanks so much for sharing it on the forum, without a doubt there are others here who might be interested in hearing more about how our substitution choices are made. Your question gives me the opportunity to share more about it ;)

Its actually more difficult to project what substitutions people will be happy with than you might think, as everyone has a different preference/idea as to how backups should be prioritized (some people assume we will use substitutions in the order they list them, others might assume we will stick to the same colors, etc...) With that, if anyone has a specific way they would like the substitution options they provide to be leveraged, we highly encourage them to be as detailed as they like! If there are no specific instructions or the parameters that they provide do not apply, it's not a problem at all - we just use our best judgment to work with the substitutions that were provided. We really do want our customers to be happy with what they receive, we actually put effort into selecting which substitutions to use. As a matter of fact, sometimes I catch myself spending 5-10 minutes just digging through past orders, survey data, etc. to find the right item (perhaps that is the reason we are so far behind right now  ) On a side note - we love it when people ask us to pick items for them, as it gives us the liberty to go with what we think they will like without second-guessing our decisions.

I hope the additional context helps folks who are still compiling orders. Thanks again!

Yes... a lot of people. We just finished replying to emails from 5/2 and are about to start 5/3. Once you receive your tracking information, it can take anywhere from 1-5 days for your order to ship (we batch our tasks for efficiency sake, so we may not actually package the order you place for a couple of days after we provide tracking).

Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding. I know the worst part of ordering kratom is waiting for it to arrive, we are working on it!

Thanks for giving us a try! If you sent your order on 5/1 that means we probably just provided tracking info in the last day or so.... your order is on track. Please give us a few days to get your order pulled and shipped, thank you!

Just wanted to say that this process was incredibly smooth! There's a lot of steps but everything is explained well so I didn't find anything confusing. I sent my first email a couple hours after preorders opened and got my package in the mailbox yesterday. I've tried two strains so far, nygs white and lazy sundae red (I emailed too late to get a 250g bag of this one, but I got a sample so that's nice). They're both great quality. Thanks tfh!

Actually, no... I've not received any tracking info, no payment instructions, nothing at all after the single, auto-generated reply to my order. If you've just finished replying to emails from 5/2, then mine must have been missed somehow.

Figured I would add an update since I panicked the other day about missing my spot in line. My tracking information never updated, as of this moment the package still shows USPS is waiting to receive it. The box of joy just arrived at my doorstep and I couldn't be happier with the surprise they put inside! Now to try this stuff and see if it lives up to the hype 😊

Same!! (mine is 2nd order but only at 4 and half kilos between the two!)

I literally was almost late for work because I checked the forum, saw the new item menus update, and immediately sent an order email LOL I was like "no way am I missing any chance to get these new strains" so I made sure to send an email order right away. I was trying to get dressed and get ready while I'm frantically typing up my order

For anyone curious about the newest most recent new menu items updated, I have not tried them but I have tried previous batches of the Red Muna and Wild Red Kampung: BOTH ARE LEGENDARY STRAINS!! Seriously, any Red Muna - MIR batch is incredible for pain (looks like this is 6th different harvest/batch of this strain going by the 'MIR6' identifier). Wild Red Kampung when it last was on the menu was one of my all time favorites from TFH and hands down one of the best "red" strain I have ever gotten

Yep. Just put in my third order for a total of 4.5 kilos. :( And I'm sure I'll get one more in once I've tried them all and know what I need to stock up on. This time I let him pick ALL my strains based on my survey input. And he NAILED it. 7\8 were HEAVY hitters for me. So when going back to stock up on some of it and order more I did what we're not supposed to do and asked him for some of his personal recommendations for me because I honestly never want to pick his stuff out on my own again. This was a religious experience, trying only what he finds through whatever algorithm he uses because it's extremely hard for me to get stuff to hit right. So here's hoping I didn't tick off the nicest couple on Earth w/ my selfishness but GOD they pick so much better than me!!!

I am extremely happy to see how well Chris is organized i have never seen such superior customer service to everyone and the updates. Its the little things that count! When you go the extra mile we all notice. This is just a big thank you to Chris and his family for putting a smile on! I am sure it gets very hectic being slammed. Question: is red Muna traditionally a slow one? And anyone know about the new top shelf red md? I enjoy all colors but Im looking to try a faster to midfast red for daytime and a slower more sedating red for night. Any alternate suggestions or thoughts on these strains would be helpful. Btw I took Magic md this morning and I’m quite liking it! I’m a low dose gal so 1.8g to start on this new strain was perfect for me right now. Not overly stimulating, pretty middle of the road energy wise at this dosage with a pleasant mental mood boost. I’ll prob add another 1g in a hour or so.

Finally got my tracking number and info to proceed. Thanks, Chris, for responding here and by email! I wasn't sure what to order; but, my ideal effects are wakeful focus with decent pain relief. My first order selections were these; Great "Bali" of Fire, 30 Year Wild Red Bali, Wild Harvest Red PMD (Version 2), Emerald Elephant: AIR-25, and Sapphire Samarinda. I know that each one's experiences are subjective; but, can anyone tell me about the ones that I chose? Think they'll get close to my ideal? Any suggestions for another order? I might even pick up some Rustic Bent / Lazier Sunday just try them out for fun. I'm wondering if I may be one of those folks who gets an opposite effect, as I tried some white MD recently that didn't seem to do much for me.

Just my opinion, but I think that the selection you ordered will definitely be satisfying. And if you don't like something head over to the Trading Post for a swap or sell. ;)

Sorry if this has been asked previously but how long does it generally take to receive payment confirmation for non-members? I received my invoice 2 days ago and paid via googlepay but haven't got a payment confirmation email yet. When I checking the tracking number provided I see that it hasn't been picked up by usps. Just wondering if it will maybe take a few days? Or if it's something else like my bank taking long to transfer the funds. Thanks.

We batch our tasks, so it could take anywhere from a few hours to several days to receive the confirmation. I can tell you that I haven't done any confirmations for a couple of days probably won't be doing any more until tomorrow (Monday) so your just fine ;) .

I assure you if you paid for an order it will be packed and shipped, there simply is no scenario in which an order that was paid for would just be forgotten. I know it can be unnerving to have to wait several days, but trust us it will happen just as soon as we catch up!

Hmm... so, you're using the lazy sunday in the morning? Does that work as a daytime red for you?

And if you don't like something head over to the Trading Post for a swap or sell. ;)
Yes... the trading post... sounds great; but, I'll have to wait until next month to join that group. That said, I'm not worried about it - from what I've been reading, it sounds like just about anything from TFH will be light-years ahead of the overpriced vape shop stuff I'm getting by on now until my package arrives.

I am extremely happy to see how well Chris is organized i have never seen such superior customer service to everyone and the updates. Its the little things that count! Lazy was a sample, in general all reds i would be careful using it during day, like 12 pm because if you were up half the day you might get a nappy feeling unless thats what you want. I think it best to use reds early morning if dont want to get sleepy feeling since you just woke up and have plenty of energy. Or best to use when you very tired and just want best night of sleep. Personal preferences its all it is, just remember the more you use the more tolerance builds up. So pick your battles wisely. I like reds after some wine hangovers, works like a charm. I think after any hang overs, TFH reds are the best. I gave to few other people who were coming off some stuff and it helped them a lot.

Low dose 2 grams and under, can and most likely will keep you awake even if you need sleep.
High dose 4+ grams always puts me to sleep, most of the reds.

I find it funny when people take low and write comments how it kept them awake when all they had to do is take some more to get sleepy.

Took some lazy Sundae today for my Mother’s Day treat and I will say that at 1.8g for me, it’s been a great daytime red. Very nice indeed. Pleasantly surprised 💕 happy Mother’s Day btw to whomever it applies.

Happy Mother’s Day!$ I started today with 3.8 gms of deep jungle white Bali which I been saving, and tonight will definitely be the famous lazy sundae, for a Mother’s Day nightcap! :geek:
