Sleyken, if you go to the first page of this thread ( I think viewtopic.php?f=13&t=4639&p=43651#p43651 should bring you there, read gumbys first post (it was updated recently) there are very specific instructions. You are definite welcome to order and participate, this is the time for it since it is a member's only group. You have two weeks, so feel free to order.Suleyken wrote: ↑Sat May 01, 2021 4:48 pmI am still trying to figure out how to order or where I even see their product. the menu is here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/13KKdBp ... 2fVQG/view
Make sure you follow the steps exactly as listed and include substitutions***** prob most important step, and do not reply to the same thread until you're order has been processed and you get contacted for payment. They were inundated with orders in the first hour, so it could be a week before you get a response, but they will get to everyone and they are wonderful people that do a lot for the community!
Hope this helps

First of all...LUCKY! That you get the honor of being a TFH tester! I test for BB...I quite enjoy it myself and give quite in depth reviews. Second, what would be the official name of this green/white 401 in case I want to put in another order...which I think I probably doBubba5150 wrote: ↑Sat May 01, 2021 3:51 pmThe White and Green 401 were the absolute standouts when I tested for you. I’m curious to know what the Green/White 401 ended up being named and if it will be on the menu. I’m putting together a 3rd order and would like to grab some of it. If I’m not mistaken, that 401 batch was part of the Nov/Dec2020 testing and was a stand out for sure.CCB wrote: ↑Sat May 01, 2021 9:06 pmFirst of all...LUCKY! didn't send in my order til 12:37 on Monday, guess I'll get my payment email next thursday
i figured he would get hammered with emails at 12 on sunday but i didn't have mine ready out of sheer laziness. ah well, i'm happy to try anything and haven't received a bunk strain out of the 13 i've tried so far.
can you add some of these new tfh strains to your subs? I finished my order before the new strains went up and I'm looking to get 2 kilos split with 2 greens, 2 reds, 2 whites and 2 yellow/gold. so if the wild gold sumpur is gone i'd want to get the 24k bali or mellow yellow instead rather than getting another green or red. Some of these new reds look cool too

I was also wondering the same thing about subs. I'm assuming those that are low in stock won't be processed in my order since I am just now paying. I was thinking of asking in the payment email whether I could switch my substitutions to one of the new drops, but I don't want to be a pain in the ass and I imagine if everybody started switching their substitutions it would be? And it's kind of nitpicky cause there are no duds and my original substitution list will still be new to me. Anyways I'm pretty excited. Is there any way to recover ones testing notes cause I stupidly didn't write down my own journal for the testers I just did it online and sent it in.

Same here - I placed a 2nd order but no $ reply yet. I’m not worried about it though. I wonder if they’re still getting a crazy amount of orders or if things are calming down a bit now that the frenzy is over?
Bali is good, huh? I’m bummed they ran out of Red Ryder (my fav)Looking forward to trying the Lazy Sundae tho.

Everyone should be reassured that there is nothing to worry about. TFH is doing an amazing job fulfilled the mass amount of orders received. From others post on here, I would say not to expect a response anywhere from 4-7 days, depending on how far they have gotten. As the instructions explain, due to such high demand turn around times will be extremely backed up, especially during this first week. They are working hard to get all preorders processed this week as Gumbyke (TFH) stated in previous posts and the event post.Sassysquatch wrote: ↑Sun May 02, 2021 4:54 pmSame here - I placed a 2nd order but no $ reply yet. Rest assured anyone who ordered will get a response and receive some great leaf from a great company.
There is nothing to worry about, and the best thing we can do is wait patiently and have confidence in that they are working as hard as possible to process the mass of orders as fast as possible without mistakes or issues from rushing.
If you read through the thread, they have been very active in explaining what has been going on and offering reassurances. While I understand the anxiety and excitement, please remember, if they have to stop to answer questions regarding timing, it will slow the process down. However there is information in the event order post if there is a serious concern, and they will gladly answer those as well.
Breathe and look forward to some amazing leaf. Even if you end up with subs, you will still enjoy great leaf!

I got my 1st order yesterday, ordered at 12 on the dot Sunday if anyone is curious. It wasn’t supposed to be here until Monday but got here early! No subs, I was pleasantly surprised. Shipping from Texas to where I’m at in Cali is always super fast. Iv tried a few and so far I’m loving NYG’s and Blast of Bali. I mixed NYGs with Lazy Sundae this after noon, it was the perfect combo to get me moving this morning. a little more NYGs I’m the afternoon got me motivated to finish some Reno projects around the house. It’s definitely worth the wait everyone.
I sent a third order this afternoon and didn’t get the auto generated email. Iv revived that email for every correspondence so far this week. Orders, after confirming payment, asking a question. Anyone else not get the auto generated to email? I don’t want to bother them needlessly.

My TFH HATH arrived guys! I’m SO damn excited. Only have like 2 substitutions in the bunch but I think I’m gonna be pretty happy! The sapphire sunda was out I guess.... Bummer but I got some sapphire Samarinda instead, so not a bummer at all. I just can’t believe it’s already here. That was some stellar work TFH. Can’t wait to try some tonight and for my 3rd order to process

The Sapphire Sunda didn't sell out at that time, just the 250g bags did (we still had it available in 100g bags). My order arrived today! I’m looking forward to trying out my very first TFH leaf this afternoon. I’m thinking I may start with Lazy Sundae.
For anyone wondering, I ordered at 12:02 am the day the presale started. I know having patience is easier said than done, but the thorough posts and replies from Chris make it really clear that these are solid people who are on top of things (although definitely inundated with a LOT of orders).

Oh ok...thx for the clarification. I wish I’d have known... but there is just no way to know ahead of time. In my recent 3rd order (I put in on May 1st) I ordered 100g of the sapphire Samarinda because I didn’t want to miss it and at the time I believed I was receiving the Sunda already in my previous order. I totally would’ve switched it out and gotten 100g Sunda this time instead of the Samarinda. My order just arrived and super excited to try out tfh for the first time! For anyone curious I placed my order at 12:03 am right after the event started. Hey man you aren't supposed to be brutally honest with people (so that they use their brains in the future) or you'll be called a clown by strangersDerpdawg wrote: ↑Sun May 02, 2021 11:49 pmDude, you are in the thread made by TFH regarding their open ordering event. Here is a wild concept - read the first post in the freaking thread. It is all laid out in there, as one would expect it to be.Suleyken wrote: ↑Sat May 01, 2021 4:48 pmI am still trying to figure out how to order or where I even see their product. First time I have ever ordered from TFH and received my package yesterday. Is it me or does anybody else look at how well this stuff is packaged and hesitate to even open one lol? This stuff will last forever packaged this well! Obviously the anticipation alone squashed that thought quickly.

Yes! But I also ordered mostly new stuff this time so I want to open everything and try all of it! I’m forcing myself to only have 3 open red/white and bent... I’m going to try to stick to that, but let’s be real it probably won’t last.Bubba5150 wrote: ↑Tue May 04, 2021 10:01 am First time I have ever ordered from TFH and received my package yesterday. Yeah figured I’d start with 100g bags I ordered and when I do open the larger bags vacuum seal into smaller quantitiesLoseandfindbooks wrote: ↑Tue May 04, 2021 11:57 amYes! My order came yesterday
Unfortunately, at some point in its journey, the envelope was ripped open then taped back shut and stamped in red “DAMAGED”. I’m only missing one 100g package so it could’ve been way worse.
There’s always a silver lining...the raffle tickets were still in there!!

I have to laugh imagining how happy someone will be when they brew their very first cup “Mitragyna Speciosa Herbal Tea”

Awe thank you Lavender! Like I mentioned, it could’ve been way worse - like not arriving at all - or imagine losing a kilo or worst yet - NO RAFFLE TICKETS
TFH ran out of some of the items I ordered and there were substitutions made so I’m guessing Green 410 is the missing bag. That was one I sampled recently and absolutely loved.
