I paid for two 100g bags of two diff strains and only received one. I emailed TFH 3 times yesterday and have yet to get a response, so now I'm posting here.

Please do not keep emailing them.... They will get back to you in the order your messages are received. Chris and Angie are extremely overwhelmed with the response from this event and are trying to keep up the best that 2 individual can. I am sorry to hear of the mix up, but I assure you, they will remedy the situation!!! Thanks for being a part of the community, supporting the event, and Kratom on buddy.

Hello, this is what Chris sent me in my “payment received” email:
“When: There will be two separate drawings of numbers - July 12th and July 25th. All purchasers during the pre-order period are eligible for both drawings, and purchases during the live event (after pre-orders) will be eligible for the 2nd drawing only. *Note - you do not have to "claim your prize" the day of the drawing - dont worry if you haven't received your package by the time of the drawing.”

Thanks. I did read that, but maybe I'm overthinking it. Those borderline purchases could go either way, I think. With my luck, however, they'll just be counted as live-event orders. At least I'll be stocked up until the next event.

I hope you get some responses from members who sent e-mails on or after the 5th. That seems a bit unusual to me. I ordered a few hours after the event opened, but I'd bet my best hat that a hundred other people did too! There are, I believe, over 2000 members here at Double M. I seriously doubt if all of them put in an order, but you can be certain that Chris and Angie got a tsunami of requests. Reading and figuring out the e-mails, getting the orders straight, filling the orders, packing the orders, making sure all the shipping info is correct, returning e-mail, shipping all of those boxes..... I have tried, but I still cannot figure out how just two people can do all of this stuff for nearly a month. I wouldn't last a day

You only sent the ONE e-mail and haven't heard anything? I think I would be tempted to send again. Fortunately you still have plenty of time, but if you didn't get a response, there's also a chance that some of your choices may not be available now.

So, should Kckruse send again???

My tickets were blue, maybe that's the problem ha-ha. Congrats though, hopefully everybody who won uses their membership a lot. I wouldn't have (don't need that much kratom, in fact I'm pretty much set through 2021 as it is - well, until the Black Friday sales start hitting anyways) so better that it goes to people who will use it.

So I got 2 little samples with my order, looks like 4-5 grams each, and the one they requested a review on is already on the menu (Old School Green Bali MIR-2). Anyone else get that ? Maybe they just want more reviews for it, but it seemed kind of odd is all, and I don't want to clog up their email asking about it while they are still super busy with orders.

yay! Just made a second order! I love how clean and not sluggish this Kratom makes me feel. I always felt a underlying heaviness, no matter the color of strain. Never cared much for it, unless of course, it’s bedtime

But this is grade A top quality! I’m no seasoned veteran, but I can tell such a difference compared to others. Good job TFH! You’ve got my vote! If that matters haha. And also the raffle idea is neat! Good luck to errrrryone!

They do that often, probably just have a bunch of left overs as I’m sure he bags a bunch out at once. It’s also nice to sample what’s on the menu, then you find a batch to make you do a second order! Haha either way, always submit a review of the samples, and also review all, or as many strains you can from your actual order. It all helps him tremendously whether it’s in menu or not. Also I remember him talking about working on some sort of program or something. Where it takes all your reviews to see what batches you like, then compare to new batches, so it can recommend what you may like. (I’m explaining that way wrong). Anywho, enjoy your leaf!

Yeah, I got that one twice in a row

Oh, and I weighed the sample: it was at LEAST 10 grams (TFH powder tends to be heavier than it looks, so use that scale!!)

Absolutely agree. There's just something about this leaf. I use it as a "medicine" as I'm sure many do, and it does EXACTLY what I need it to do - abolish pain; cleanly, at a low does and without side effects (mostly writing about the reds now). There are some 'heavier' reds but I'm not using any at the moment. I know that I can always do a simple blend to keep the sleepies away. Just a little green and I'm out the door. The whites are perfectly 'bright'. I never get that 'sludgy' feeling in my brain or body. TFH always does SOMETHING. I may not particularly care for it at the moment or for the occasion but that's why we experiment. If folks order something and feel nothing, possibly their tolerance is already too high. I think it is possible to go overboard with this brand. I have done it simply because, a few times, I just loved the taste and couldn't stop eating it

I never thought there was anything to "kratom addiction" but TFH makes me want to be greedy

If you submitted an order on July 5th and you haven't heard anything back since then, I would definitely email them again. You might want to look at the current menu and come up with some ideas in case you need to redo your order. They've sold out of a lot of strains since July 5th. Best of luck to you!
