Ordering from kog,any feedback?

I am going to place my 2nd order with kog,everything was excellent with 1st order,mostly a red person, can't decide between red tenaga or Gold banjo,,I have tried gold once, didn't seem to do much, but that was long ago, I loved Harrys bali and chocolate, I have inoperable back issues, and use to take vicodin, then I discovered kratom, and I was awestruck with the pain relief, especially the nerve pain relief ,pain meds did nothing for that, and because of ckd,I wasn't able to take nerve pain meds, that being said, I am just curious if anyone has any opinions of gold banjo, and, or, red tenaga, I am looking for red with kick,not too sedating, there's lots of reviews on website of gold banjo, any feedback?

I was about to post a quick review on KOG's White Maeng Da. I know you asked about Reds specifically but this White Maeng Da was really good (btw, I'm a fan of reds too but need to rotate strains for tolerance).

For full disclosure I cap my Kratom so I don't have any feedback on taste but if you are doing the toss n wash method you shouldn't be too concerned with that. Euphoric is extremely good, probably in the 8 - 9 range which says a lot as this is a white and you mostly think about Reds as being more euphoric. Ironically it also had an element of sedation which is also surprising for a white as you would think it would keep you more alert. In my case I noticed the alertness initially (for about a hour or so) and then got more sedating. Along with the sedation came the euphoric feeling, probably not a coincidence IMO.

I compare with to Arcadica's White Kali back in the day, which as most people know was really good.

How much do you take? I usually keep it around 2 teaspoons, I have thought about whites, I have high blood pressure, and anxiety didn't know how whites would work for me, I have blended them,never took itself, is that his premium md?

Red Tenaga is good, and I also recommend the Red Aceh if he has it in stock.

I have the Gold Banjo too, but have only tried it a few times, and not really enough to get an accurate feel for it.

Thanks for sharing, I read tenaga is like from the bali family,,anything from kog is good product, my kratom journey began with gaia,,then after the scare,switched to happy hippo,,good, but not good for my budget,,then found kog,and kats, I will be sticking with these guys,,no need to go elsewhere, oh yeah, must throw mystic island in here,good product, fast delivery, I like to have about 3 vendors varietys in rotation, keep tolerance in check, and a word for those who are new to kratom, when I was caught up in the big pharma,I literally had no quality of life,couch bound,pain meds didn't do anything for the severe nerve pain, kratom has changed all that, not only pain, but anxiety, depression, etc. Amazing how one leaf can remedy so many health issues, and save hundreds of dollars spent on medications with all the side effects

I take roughly 6- 7 grams once per day...I have high blood pressure as well but have taken prescription meds for years and haven't noticed any change on that front. In fact, I'm on one of the lowest doses of blood pressure meds and that has been the case for 10 yrs so the Kratom, regardless of strain, hasn't changed that.

As most people know, everyone is different so how you react to it will vary. I can only speak to the potency of the White Maeng Da and it's noticeably stronger than anything else I take from other vendors.

I do have a Red Bali from KOG but haven't tried it yet...I have tried their "Super Red" which I got instead of the Red Aceh that was out of stock, it's good but not great (compared to the White MD). I've heard good things about their Red Aceh so I'm anxious to get my hands on that strain.
