Sumatragardens ordering, but no payment details reply

tried to order from Sumatragardens last month. invoice and order number displayed after clicking checkout. the webpage displaying i'll receive an email with payment details. never received an email with those payment details. wanted to try a couple of strains i saw recommended on this site.

anyone else have this issue? maybe me/user error in how i clicked on checkout or something with my browser so just checking here with others.

Hey 3Gdd6R, a number of vendors do the invoice by mail thing, and with good reason, as you're probably aware. But this sounds like a website glitch to me and nothing you did wrong. Have you tried contacting the vendor via phone or email directly? Seems a logical next step.

yes, i sent a couple of emails to them at their <s.........>@gmail.com account with the order number. i don't want to beat a dead horse, but they came highly recommended regarding a couple of strains i wanted to try.

yes, i saw they do the invoice by email with payment information. that's the email my email accnt didn't receive. i'll try one more time using a different email accnt for them to send that to and see how that goes
