Lucky Herbals green maeng da. Awesome green by the way, 9's across the board. I should have just burned more of it but I decided to blend in some whites and it didn't work out so well. Lesson learned, some strains are best on their own.

2g Fused Flora W. Vietnam + 1g Motark GHK this morning. Preparing to battle the masses at the grocery store. This is a good blend to energize and motivate me.

4g Treasure House Premium Jongkong. Next time I think I’ll try 3g. Got me a little too energetic which isn’t good for my shelter in place life right now. But if you like energy then I highly recommend it

Lucky green hulu. What an amazing feeling from this strain, works on all levels. Like the green md I just had, it was best to not blend it. Typically all I do is blend but these are great on their own. I gotta get some more Lucky strains now.

Re: Daily Review thread: What's burnin' today?
Just got a TFH order in today and tried the sample of Deep Jungle Maeng Da WM13 -- amazing, maybe my favorite strain so far, reminds me of first times trying kratom. Perfect blend of mood lift/straight-up euphoria, energy, and relaxation if that's possible in a single strain. For me, kratom like this is like an antidepressant that actually works. With being home all the time for the near future I'll have to be careful to avoid using too much, have a healthy collection of TFH, Fused Flora, and Otie's by this point.

Wooh long legs so far. I was feeling good, but I'm at the 2 hour mark now and it is starting to really hit me. I have a very strong head fill, was not expecting it to hey this strong, but it's a pleasant surprise.Marcussk wrote:Burned 6 grams of Souls Premium Green in a tea I made, wanting to try it with an aeropress, and feeling pretty good. Hey Catfather, I understand what you mean completely. I was trying to cut down but now I'm stuck at the same dose. I definitely don't want to raise my dose, but some days are harder than others.

burned 1g of EGM2 from 7ohmn + 1g of Wild Green Vietnam from TFH and wowsers !!!!! Definitely the best blend I’ve tried so far!!!! Perfect pain relief and smooth silky euphoria plus the legs are amazingly long. Definitely gonna be a go to blend going forward. Really wish I could have got more of this TFH wild green Vietnam when it was available!

Totally relate - what with my latest from TFH, MitraMan and Fused Flora. I have gone above my daily limits a couple of times and felt negative effects.CatfatherB wrote:I've been dosing a lot more since this pandemic started...anyone else??I just took a BIG dose of white Maluku from Fused Flora. It is such a fine line for me - a few grams over in a day and i regret it, but with all this really good leaf and too much time on my hands...
Not complaining though:)

Re: Daily Review thread: What's burnin' today?
Enjoyed the best serving in over a month last night. 3g of Hudson Valley Super Wild Green + 1g BB Gold 12 (1906). Very close to the honeymoon phase for me.
Unfortunately, my 3g morning white serving did very little. It was nice while it lasted. None the less, I still get some pain relief and hopefully a nice boost to my immune system. I'm not complaining.

Not sure if this is the right place for it, but just because it’s a direct reply to your comment: how is the Hand Crafted Gold for you? I have loved the yellows from these most recent batches but don’t have much experience with this Gold (or many golds for that matter)MorriesWigs80 wrote:Went with 2.2g of HeavenLeaf PMDD5 with 2.2g of TFH Hand Crafted Gold and HOLY SHIT this is my new favorite blend

Wild crafted good a great and IMHO uniquely versatile strain as it seems to be kinda dose dependant as to it's speed.... Lower doses I would say are kinda mid spec and higher dose can invoke a bit of sleepy sedation at least for me personallyJada1472 wrote:Not sure if this is the right place for it, but just because it’s a direct reply to your comment: how is the Hand Crafted Gold for you? Re: Daily Review thread: What's burnin' today?
I tried something new today: 1.6 g TFH 30 year wild yellow in the Aeropress with 4oz near boiling water and 1/4 t citric acid powder. I added sugar and tasted. Holy disgusting Batman! Tooooooooo much citric acid! I added some water: still gross. I added the whole mix into my super strong coffee hoping to at least mellow out if not disguise the flavor: made it worse and now I've ruined my coffee, lol.
I choked it down anyway because TFH. Then made a fresh cup of coffee.
Maybe next time I will just skip the citric acid, lol.

Re: Daily Review thread: What's burnin' today?
That's probably a lot of citric acid. I use about .5g citric acid when brewing my teas typically but that's with 10 to 12oz of hot water and my leaf serving as well and I like tart/sour stuff. So maybe just try .2g next time and see how it is... I also sometimes add some Maple Sugar to even it all out a bit too, it's a better for you sugar with a slightly Maple Syrup type flavor twist. I really enjoy it as I don't like regular sugar much!!Banana pants wrote:I tried something new today: 1.6 g TFH 30 year wild yellow in the Aeropress with 4oz near boiling water and 1/4 t citric acid powder. Tonight’s burn is about 3:2 BNC Gold Banjar 10/17 and SoCal Red Cambodian 1/19. Still just as good as I remember.

Just used the aeropress to make a tea with Super Green Recluse from Goldfumed. It hasnt knocked me out, but its pretty slow, warm and relaxing. A really good moodlift, I feel happy as hell, and a decent head euphoria.

KTC Red Borneo. Non-stop computing for a week has given me a raging case of carpal tunnel. I was in SO much pain. This kratom and 2 ibuprofen fixed it. I'm trying not to use ibuprofen rn but dammit, tylenol does nothing for me.

I got the wild fire green & white and fire green & white and they're all pretty good. The wild fire green is one of the best strains I've had. I didn't pick up any of LOE's reds though so you got me curious now...WhiteAngelica wrote:Leaves of Eden, Fire Red. First time. I am in love & soon to be married to it.

Nugroz white nanga. I happened to get a sample of this and its really good. Nice clean fast white. Later some TFH rustic bent so I had the best of both worlds.
