Hello Everyone! We are once again looking to give away free kratom from our latest harvest in exchange for your feedback! This is an important test group for us, as we are testing a tweak to one of our most important pre-harvest manipulations.
**PLEASE READ THI UPDATE/CHANGE TO OUR NORMAL TESTING PROCESS - Unfortunately, a small percentage of folks who agree to accept our test samples in exchange for feedback do not fulfill their end of the bargain. This is a real problem for us because for some of our experiments we only prepare a very small batch (250-500g) so we are really counting on feedback for every single sample we send out. We have been trying to figure out a solution to this (we would welcome suggestions from the community!). For now, we are going to try this one-time offer of TFH membership to see if this improves the survey return rate. With that, we are very excited to announce that for this round of testing, we will be inviting a handful of successful testers to become permanent TFH members
This offer is for folks that have not tested for us in the past 2 months (some of the samples we are testing this round are carry-overs from previous test batches that we want more data on - we want to avoid duplicate testing). If we do not get enough participants, we will open it up to previous testers in about 7-14 days (we will post here if that is the case).
We have tried our best to make the submission of feedback quick and painless. As such, there is a quick online survey you complete to submit your feedback, which only takes on average 1-minute per sample. All feedback is collected privately via an online survey. You may post public feedback if you are inspired to do so (nothing to hide here) - but the private survey submission is all we are asking for. We do ask that you chip in $2 to help cover shipping if you can afford it. Please be patient with our responses and shipping timeframe, we have a specific schedule we follow when executing our testing process. It may take several days, but I promise we will get back to you!
To apply as a tester, please PM me with the following information in your first message (not having to send too many PM's back and forth is helpful since most people do not check their PM's daily)

-And a very brief summary of your kratom profile (avg serving size, how long you have been using, preferred strains/vendors, etc). You don't have to write a novel or spend much time on this... just a few quick details.
Finally, I wanted to clarify that this offer is for testing only. While we value every single one of our peers here in Double M, we are not accepting new customers at this time.
* Please note that accurate data is the reason we do this - everyone has an invested interest in us obtaining good data (in the long term, this will lead to better/more consistent quality kratom). Please DO NOT manipulate or embellish your feedback in hopes that will get you selected for membership. Our selection criteria will be based on testers completing every survey in a timely manner - NOT how they rated our products or how long their comments are.
**If you agree to accept these samples, please be sure to follow the instructions provided via PM (especially around test order and timeliness, etc..)
***We usually send out our tests packages once a week in batches and we send them first class. Depending on which batch your test package is shipped with, it could be 1-2 weeks before you receive the samples. Please be patient with delivery - due to the sheer volume of tests we send each month we have to follow a structured process that can take time. (please note - this is not how we handle customer orders)
*** I want to be transparent that outside a couple of our "staples" most of these are very small-batch test samples (anywhere from 250g - 10kg's in most cases) and have not been lab-tested. The reality is most of the kratom you consume has not been tested either, but I wanted to be transparent either way. What I can tell you is we are very hands-on and take the greatest care/oversight of to ensure the product is responsibly sourced.
