Soul has spent a lot of time and effort building this up and earning your trust. Soultanic Greenery has the same caring and trustworthy owner and the same top-shelf leaf as always. This has not and will not change. We are striving to give you the best service we can, and this restructuring is going to help us do that.

I apologize for the confusion this situation has caused. If any of you have already sent money to the old email account thinking it was us and have not heard back, please contact me and I will do whatever I can to remedy it. If you have sent an order to the old email but have not sent any money, do not respond to any request for it and instead send your order to me and I will fulfill it. We are rolling out some new changes, but they are all for the better. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU! If you would like to receive restocking notifications and updates , PM me or email me and I will add you to our email list. We never spam or send useless emails, promise!

Also, for clarification: We sell strains as-is from our Indonesian suppiiers, as well as our custom, secret blends. Many vendors do this in an effort to bring you the best kratom experience possible. However, these are sold under their own names, we NEVER substitute a strain and sell it under a different name. If we are out of stock, the customer is always contacted to ask if they want another strain or refund. That is our policy. Many of you who know Soul can attest to this, I'm sure. Fortunately, another advantage of our restructuring is that we will have nearly real-time inventory updates so that this does not happen in the future.

I know, I'm so sorry hippie. The ex-employee has maliciously caused as much trouble as possible. We are in the midst of restructuring the company and seeking both criminal action for theft and deceptive business practices as well as civil liabilities. The only good that is coming out of this is that some much-needed changes are happening and it will set us up for better customer service and expansion when the time comes.

If you need anything or can think of any other info I should post, please let me know! Also, if you know or come across anyone who has been scammed can you please direct them to me? I would like to fix what I can but also I will need their names and other details should criminal charges be pressed.
