I'd love to hear your opinion on your purchase. I'm planning on ordering a split in a few days, based partly on ballz's recommendations. Hopefully they'll stay in stock

I’ve ordered from BB like 6 times over the past few years. Their reds are generally kinda “benty” and dark. Their yellows are as well. Greens are good. They don’t carry a ton of variety, but I haven’t been disappointed. Never had bunk from them. A few that didn’t “wow” me, but mostly good.

Is Anyone up for some BB Samples? My order should be here, by Friday.. As stated I'm way over stocked and DO have some vintage BB for Sale.. however I'm always curious about BB's new stuff - Especially right NOW with a fresh re-stock from ALL major suppliers!! KC. VLNT! I always order a variety, 100g bags (often multiples!) from BB, and... We could split 100g, OR I could make up Ounce samplers. Just a thought.

Sample Packs are a lot of work for vendors.. Notice, MANY vendors no longer offer them ? which is understandable... But maybe Trading Post could be, a way for people to Sample/ Swap and check out new strains ? I'll try one this week... Will they still be in stock, NEXT week, at BB ?? Good question

Do you (or anyone else) happen to know how BB discerns their batch #'s vs. the lot #'s? I'm wondering if the current rojo loco is "new" or more of the same one I got last fall. The one I have is lot 14, batch 1809, the current one in the store is also lot 14, but batch 1905. Wondering if they are both the same from/according to GGK, but different orders that BB has received a from them?

For anyone that has had rojo loco from last fall and also more recently, did you notice any differences?

And BTW, I think samplers in the swap board are a great idea. So much out there it's impossible to order all of it lol.

BB's LOT #'a refer to the VENDOR...sometimes they have a batch date, sometimes not (sure wish they would put batch DATE on all their offerings?)...So yes, it is difficult to always know when a batch is new (or different) than what you last purchased.

I got my first batch of Rojo Loco (I think this was the VERY FIRST time is was offered) in late August of 2018...got 100 grams just to try it out...It was some of the most AMAZING pain relieving leaf I have ever gotten...By the time I decided to get more, the batch had changed. The next batches I got were nowhere near as good (IMO) and the people I had recommended this strain to, thought I was nuts...got 250 grams of next batch in Sept. (not sure exact time, but was the next batch they got I'm pretty sure). It was OK, but as I said, NOT the same as first batch...got ANOTHER 100 grams in late Oct./early Nov. hoping for more like first batch. It never was quite as good as the ORIGINAL batch. This could be many things...MY tolerance, or any number of changes...EVERY NEW batch is different, and you just have to accept that fact and just try as best as you can to stock up on THE BATCH that you first try and like. Even then, its a roll of the dice...Potency/effects change even with-in the very SAME batch...It's a ground up leaf...that's just the way it is

I always thought that the numbers correlated with the batch date
1905= May 2019; 1809= September 2018

I guess, now that I think about it, it seems pretty unlikely

My wife had 3g of the new yellow bent and 3g of the new red Bali. She said she felt nothing. :/

Previous batch was a common go-to for us and we like them, so this is weird. I’m gonna have to try them myself to be sure she’s not expecting something different.

I thought the yellow bent and red bali combo works very well. They are two bents so maybe try mixing with a green. When i mix the yellow bent with a green it makes the effects more profound, very relaxing

I take her “reviews” with a grain of salt because she might be comparing this to all of her experiences. I asked her about pain relief and she said it did work a bit on her back pain. She also has said MitraMan’s gold Borneo didn’t do anything, so she might be a replicant or an alien shapeshifter or an android.

I would think you are correct about that, but like I said, they don't put dates for every strain (not sure why not)? But they do have more than they used to (change takes time I guess)...so batch and the # should be the date of the batch but the LOT numbers are the Vendors....like Super MD (lot 12) tells you the Vendor, but not the batch date...but the Green Vietnam has it ALL!...and is VERY HELPFUL BB, thank you very much

...Looks like they now have BATCH dates on @ half of their 20 or so strains...now that's PROGRESS! And I for one, really appreciate it!

1905 = May 2019

The reason for calling each supplier a lot number is due to how we originally set up our site and database. The way we configured the product details ended up causing a lot of problems with our reporting. To make it work the way we intended was going to require a lot of extra work so we converted the original batch of each supplier to their first lot number. I supposed I should change Lot to something more descriptive but I haven't had the free time making the change.

That plantation is the CC12 supplier, try the strains from KC like Green Vietnam or the VLNT strains like Gold Bali. Those were good for me. Also the Yellow Bent is one of my favs

They even threw in a couple samples so I can find more favorites! I cannot thank you enough!

I’m making the 2 hour drive to Florida to pick up a kilo of PMD lot 12 from the post office right now. I ordered a full kilo based solely on the recommendations in this thread.

Call me crazy, but I have literally never been disappointed by a single suggestion from ballzdeep. Generally, I look for strains that are well reviewed by several different people, but in all honesty, a positive review from ballzdeep means more to me. I have never been disappointed with a strain I’ve bought off his recommendation. I know everyone’s different, but his taste must really chime with me because when he says something’s good, it is.

@ballzdeep, I don’t know if you have the time to do it, but you should make a weekly thread about your “strain picks of the week” or something. Sort of like how certain stock market experts publish their stock picks, you should totally share your strain picks.

BUT! Had to make an exception for Botanical Bunny last week!

When I saw they'd been re-stocked on ALL top suppliers, then of course I jumped and, just now getting around to the variety.. Takes me like forever to fairly judge a bunch of new samples.. I used to TEST for vendors, but had to withdraw from that 'cuz just takes too long. One strain per Day! IDK how anyone can fairly review a kratom late at night.. Your 1st dose of the Day is always your best?

THEN any NEW kratom, is always competing with your most recent "good" batch. Lately I've been enjoying (really enjoying!) Soulistic's stuff.. So now, here comes BB.. It's like the ultimate Cage Match. Sets the bar pretty HIGH, some of Soul's leaf is very strong!

IS BB's new PMD, up to par? Sure I've got expectations, Lot 12 PMD has always been quality.. otoh gotta be fair. No favoritism or pre judging allowed! So... I haven't tried it yet > thud < Sorry. I did get into the Yellow Bent yesterday. It's good, slow onset. Has that warm, mellow vibe of well-being .. didn't knock my socks off either. But I commonly use a Bent for blending.. I'm more into greens and whites. Testing the Yellow Bent, I HAD to take it solo which is not my normal serving. So its complex, feel it's ON point with VLNT's Yellow Bent from 2 years ago. He IS consistent! It gives you a very nice feeling, that is more on the Red spectrum - Which makes sense. Yellows ARE blended products.. Also I don't take kratom for chronic pain, BUT I feel these VLNT Bents have excellent pain relief. Long legs in that department.... OK, Today I'm doing his Red Bali! I got a kilo of 4 different strains. Bb gave me 3 samples to try I asked for lol

I tried the yellow bent I didn't feel that much. I didn't feel much from anything I got from Bb tho. I took a 2 week tolerance break aswell

Yeah I got a sample of that red Bali. Wasn't the best but I'm glad I didn't get alot of it. First strain I got that I gagged multiple times lol

well it's def dark fermented, brick Red.. got that classic Bent-y flavor. Which is gross yeah, but a different kind of taste than Green. Kind of smooth, in a way.. compared to green kratom.

So I dunno why VLNT labels this Red Bali, and not Red Bent? Feeling it for sure. But it's a SLOW strain .. Again I prefer greens and whites. Those who have chronic pain, would prob enjoy this one! IMO you do need to take a little "more" serving size, with these bents... I'll use it for a blender, might be interesting to compare it with a Chocolate. Who's got the darkest Bent? lol

OK it's not quite as dark, as some Brown kratom I've seen.. I might also compare it, Back 2 Back, with some BB Dark Red Banjar from last year, that was pretty strong.

So the darkest Brown kratom is just... rotten leaves.

(Bentuangie kratom is made by stuffing green leaves in large plastic bags, and allowing to ferment.) Out in the HOT sun and humidity - Timing IS everything!! Well almost; quality of leaf still most important.. Assuming good quality leaf, then bagging the raw leaves, changes alkaloid profile. But! Leaving in the bag TOO long.. not good

I agree with ballz about needing to take more of the bents, its the same for me with BB bents and RVA bents like the Royal Bent. I usually mix with them as well, add in a half gram extra of the bent when mixing with a green or white and its really nice. Im enjoying the GMD from BB now actually, i need to start branching out more for sure. Ive got those FransHerb Green and White Dayak coming since they started selling kilos of em so ill review those here soon.

I got a batch of green mangda , rojo loco and green Vietnam recieved at the end of may. Green mangda is a slow green, nothing special but seems to be the best of the bundle. Rojo loco is a slow red that tends to give me a headache and little effects. Green vietnam taste like licking a stick of deoterent its the worst tasting strain ive ever tried and the effects often arent noticeable for me. Ive been playing with the dosages. From no naeusea and a very subtle effect just a sedation. To a subtle sedation with a slight nausea. I only seem to enjoy the gmd for like 15 minutes and then its just a slight sedation. Overall im not stoked on any of these strains. Maybe its just me. I wont be ordering from bb anymore .

Ya idk, i thought the green vietnam tasted really fresh, like plants, and had a good slow effect. Ive got rojo loco and the green and white dayak from FH arriving today so ill dose and leave my opinion in a bit.

Just tried the White Dayak first dose of the day. It is coming on nicely, about 20 min in and feeling the euphoria set in. It is a chill relaxation/focused euphoria. The leaf looks good too, has that static electric spike thing going on, usually when its like that it is pretty good for some reason. If anyone knows why that is it would be cool to know, or if anyone has a guess. I figure it might be the milling process or something, idk. Well this white is pretty good, not too fast. I had the super white and it was too speedy for me. Im in the process of trying to trade it on the trading post, first time trying it out. I tried the green dayak yesterday but it was my second dose of the day so it was hard to tell what the effects truly were. I will write reviews only for the morning doses from now on after someone suggested that is a better way to tell their true qualities.

BB was the first vendor I bought from this site a few months back before I officially joined (always lurked) and was blown away by the Wild White, and have ordered it on and off since then, and it still retains its magical properties. A very euphoric, uplifting, motivational white.

Most places don't anymore. BB has very limited payment options in general though, most places have more variety. It sucks because I would buy frequently from them but it's so limited. If you don't have a bank account, you're mostly screwed these days. I remember when buying a new gift card every time to avoid fraud was the thing to do...guess it's going the opposite direction. It's all a byproduct of the shitty legal situation. a lot of missed sales.

yeah, BB is 1 of many US vendors who got caught in a recent High Risk Processor bust.. recall BB "was" taking CC a while back, and pretty much ANY vendor who takes CC, your CC is going offshore to Russian hackers or ? Very sketchy to use CC direct through any kratom website!!

Bottom Line BB and others, lost a bunch of money.. When a good vendor is keeping prices LOW, it really sucks to hear this.. Why I feel its important to SUPPORT the established vendors.. especially BB since quality has always been pretty good.

Current Super MD batch Lot #12 is going fast, AND after 2X burns I can say it's excellent green! Kind of a unique feel, first time it seemed fast, but yesterday I found myself super relaxed almost a nod.. Both times the potency was def better than expected, a Premium leaf - Chalk up another winner for K.C. there.. Also BB's current Wild White is consistent, mid spec, balanced, a smooth feel-good White as expected.. I haven't even tried the current PMD Lot 12 yet

NOW they've got even MORE re-stock listed with 2 more from K.C. a White and a Yellow.. plus the new Dayak's R, G W and a Labia lol - I have a BB Sampler listed on Trading Post, but may re-do the selection.. Idea was, anybody wanna split a bunch of 100g bags? Nice variety right now.. I could make a custom Sampler with more reds or more greens whatever. BB is putting out SO much re-stock this month!

Green Dayak - Good onset, fairly quick onset with a nice slow building euphoria. Legs are ok, maybe 4 hours or so into hour 5. Sedation and stimulation are hand in hand, taking more gets sedative effect, less creates a good buzz of working energy. Texture is fluffy and has dark and light blend throughout, nicely blended. Taste is not bad, has a regular kratom taste.

Overall i am pleased with the G-Dayak, it is a good solid green strain that hits all the notes just good enough for it to be good in all categories. Some others are super good in some aspects but bland in others, this is regular good in all aspects. I am pleased with it.

Got the red dayak , and red labai. The red dayak is nice, similar to the green but a bit slower. Good euphoria and nice legs. the FH strains are turning out to be some good ones. Sedation is light, not as heavy as I would have hoped but if i blend it with some VLNT yellow bent it slows it down a lot.

The red labai is a good daytime red. It has very good euphoria, you can feel it in your eyes/head. I like the legs on it, at least 4-5 hours for me. Sedation is not strong but pain relief is up there. No pain and makes for a great afternoon strain. I really like this labai, quite nice indeed. I wanna try some KC strains next

I used to love Botanical Bunny, but I ordered their Lot 13 Chocolate Jongkong at some point last year and to me it was the absolute worst strain I've ever had. I remember reading good reviews, but for me it just doesn't do anything at all. Every other month I try dosing it to see if maybe it'll be a hit this time, but every time I'm disappointed. I know that not every strain is a hit and that sometimes that happens but for some reason the experience just caused me to stop ordering from them. Maybe I'll give em another shot soon. And maybe there's someone out there that will enjoy this chocolate jongkong.

OMG, i have been waiting for chocolate to come back for so long. It was the slowest, most relaxing strain. If you happen to still have some please message me in the trading area or pm me k. Anyone else not like the chocolate jk? Maybe it was just me but i thought it was amazing. Anyways, i need to branch out so im looking for a vendor that can also do kilos for around the same as BB. They hook it up for about 70 a kilo shipped when i get 3 or 4 so if there are any better vendors anyone can think of that is similar in price or better give me a shout on here k. Thanks all

I've been lurking on this forum for a while. Today, I had finally decided to register and become a part of this Kratomite family!

This morning, I have placed an order for a kilo of the Premium MD (lot 12) (batch 1907) which seems to be their most freshest stock with the best reviews so far. Although, not everyone liked it on here and the batch does not seem to correspond with the date as July 19th is yet to occur.

2 hours after payment, the order is now processing and will likely go out Today. Coming from Texas, it shouldn't take much more than 2 to 3 days to Florida. So, I should have it by this Saturday, July 6th or Monday the 8th at the latest, even with the holidays. I shall report back with a full review and description of my experience.....
