Turmeric with BioPerine as Ive said recently
+ VitD, Magnesium, but also
I have been taking
Ashwagandha KSM-66,
Bacopa Monnieri, and some days Ginseng Extract.
I also just got some NAC, and Agmatine!
Plus TeaCrine instead of Caffeine with L-Theanine!
Does anyone know a good amount about Nootropics and especially about NAC and or Agmatine?
I dont take my Rhodiola Rosea - Salidroside 3% / Rosavins 1% much because I already take stimulants like caffeine and my adderall prescribed.
I took the NAC once so far and got a stomach ache just curious as if that’ll go away in time and if its worth adding...
Along with Agmatine, anything I should be particularly aware of and caution?
Agmatine made my dose the other night kind of neutral where I felt like it had an impact as if I just spaced out? I honestly have no idea if it was the Agmatine I just noticed I felt that way around thw same time of taking it with my Kray dose.
I came across Lions Den or is it Dane? (Recently) and also Cordyceps
I will prob try both in the next month or so but more importantly is the
NAC ***
&
Agmatine ***
Combined with all the other stuff I use
And with Kratom in general and anyone’s personal experiences, insight, advice, ETC. (precautions).*
Almost forgot to add CBD to my mix!
Just hope to gain knowledge about what to take and what Not to take.
Any ideas on what else you might take for Nootropics is greatly helpful as well!!
