[SURVEY] Johns Hopkins University Research Study on 7-Hydroxymitragynine (7OH), pseudo, and MGM Products

Post by e_poison »

We were contacted by a doctor and some researchers at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine who are doing a study on kratom derivatives such as 7oh. If you reside in the USA and you're interested in participating, you can find full information about the study below.

Participate in the study here: https://jh.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_71GeSDh9vCm2YQK

The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is looking for US adults who have used kratom-derived 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH, 7-hydroxy, 7-HMG), pseudo (mitragynine pseudoindoxyl), or MGM products to share their experiences by participating in a research study. This research study involves completing an online survey about these products.

People who may be eligible are: Adults who reside in the US and have used 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH, 7-hydroxy, 7-HMG), pseudo (mitragynine pseudoindoxyl), or MGM products regularly.

The online study includes a screening questionnaire that will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. This step is necessary to try and ensure that only eligible human beings (not bots) are able to complete the survey and be compensated.

Those who screen eligible will be emailed a unique survey link by the study team. The survey will take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. Completion times will vary from person to person. Participants will be compensated at the end of the survey with a $10 virtual gift card.

During the survey, you will be provided an opportunity to share your thoughts and opinions. We welcome ALL perspectives and consumer experiences about these products. Please share this opportunity widely!

If you have questions, you can contact us at [email protected]

Thank you so much!

The Principal Investigator for this study is C. Austin Zamarripa, PhD.

Just so I'm understanding, this is only about concentrates/derivatives, and -not- plain kratom leaf/powder then ?

Correct, it’s only derivatives for this study.

Thanks for clarifying that. I cannot help them then, but perhaps some others on the forums here can.
