Very well said. I agree helping others is helping oneself. I feel lonely often though despite being surrounded by love. It’s easy to think we are alone In this but that’s simply not true. I’ve felt broken/unclean/unseen but at the end of the day that’s mostly in my head. There are so many special people in my life who get me through this life. Every connection I need to cherish. Thank you for posting.
