Your experience with stem and vein

Asking for anyone's experience using stem and vein to either wash out or lower their dose. I have used stem and vein with some success as a wash out tool but never knew if its efficacy was from supplying me with a low dose of active kratom components or from its placebo effect. Wondering what other's experience was. Thanks in advance.

I use it every day to get me through the morning usually take my 1st kratom dose at 12 p.m. on
weekends I use it through the day until nighttime. it's a tool to help keep kratom doses low 2-3 g

Do you think the stem and vein gives you kratom effects or is it more of a placeholder/placebo effect?

I do not notice any effects just a placeholder/no side effects from not using K

Ever single kratom tree basically has a unique alkaloid profile depending on growing conditions and each batch of kratom leaf has unique effects depending on how it is dried or prepared; so all of that diversity goes to the stem and vein of the plant as well. Usually when vendors sell 'stem and vein' or 'bone' it is from all of their different strains combined; which can potentially be very potent, though stem and vein is significantly less active than the leaf it has a different alkaloid profile so you can get similar effects while tickling slightly different brain receptors. You can use stem and vein as a kind of mini or partial tolerance reset.

Thanks! Will probably go with Oties. Haven’t used RVA in years, I think I tried them in maybe 2018 or so. But they didn’t mesh with my chemistry I guess. So never ordered again. I should give them another try someday though.
