I went with the Gajah based off of this thread as well lol it’s worked really well for me so far, pretty close to his original description.. I’d say other than the Crem de la Bali it’s my favorite.. but I am just one purchase in. The mature green md took a couple tries but it’s hit really well for me the last two days

I really want to place a new order but trying to hold off till they update the menu. Anyone have an idea of when there may be an update to the TFH menu?
Chris did say on this forum at the end of the 707 Naming contest to keep our eyes out for Jolly Green Giant on the menu, the green version of Red 707....I figure it will probably be added soon. I check the menu daily, Hopefully soon!

Unfortunately (depending on how you look at it) nearly all my stash is in capsules now - there are times I thought about making some available on the Trading Post just for the cost of shipping, just to let folks sample things they might not get otherwise, but I am VERY leery about this. Obviously there are trust issues (you have to trust me to have made the capsules properly, and I have to trust you not to hold me liable for anything). And, of course, some folks just don't like to take capsules.
What I would advise, though, is to keep an eye out on the TP - lots of folks offer a whole lot of things and I'm pretty sure given how much attention it got there will be (or has been) some of the 707/Jolly Red Giant. Also - folks need to take all of this into perspective. Sometimes FOMO tends to warp our judgement - yes, I think it was the best Red I ever had, but not by a TREMENDOUS amount (IOW, it wasn't TWICE as good as some reds I've had. I would say that Denette's Red Bone - 39 and 40 - are the closest and JRG is perhaps about 10-15% better). And, of course, this is all VERY individual. Some testers did not like it, or just rated it average. This is true for ANY batch or ANY kratom - no matter how great a few will say, there will always be some for which it's a "meh".
And the other thing about TFH in general is I suspect they have a LOT of JRG. It ain't gonna run out any time soon (unlike some other smaller vendors). So there will be lots of opportunities to test it out at some point (I might even pick up some more next month - I've closed down the kratom buying account for this one :>).

Today, I started with one of the best burns I've had in a very long time! I blended (2 grams each): the Old School Green Bali NMIR-2 with the Wild Mature GMD and HOLY SMOKES that was a fire blend if I ever made one! My new favorite morning combo to take! Didn't need to take my normal morning adderall dose as this blend was MORE than enough energy (just for reference I take adderall for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome caused by auto-immune disease, and not ADHD). Going on 4 hours and I still feel the energy and euphoria, and I cracked my top 2nd back molar at work last week so it's not like things have been great for me anyways. I forgot about the tooth today though. Wow!

Just wondering what others thought of the Traditional Wild Red Indo A1-G?!? Sadly, there are only 100 grams
bags left on the menu. I've watched (been slinking around, lurking...whatever) the forum for weeks and it's hardly
been mentioned. I found it to be very potent at around 3 grams. Awesome pain relief and sweet mood boost on it's
own, but blended with other Reds really makes it shine. I use leaf primarily for pain and the Red Indo blended with
slowwww Reds really does the trick, not to mention the nice comfy mood boost....

After reading your praise of the Golden Gajah I decided to order some even though I hate golds/yellows. I also ordered the Green MD & Green Hulu you mentioned. So you'd better be right about these or I'm going to be really ticked off!
Not really - just yanking your chain. I took the Ganja first thing in the morning on about 5 different days. Absolutely no effects. Tried the 2 greens about 4 times each. Absolutely no effects. This morning I took the Ganja again, a smaller dose, about 1.75g. That was really nice! Not a coma-inducing experience like your reaction, but definitely a great experience. This is my normal experience with strains. They never ever work first or 2nd time. This is the reality of kratom. Thanks for the mention of this Ganjah strain. I never would have tried it if you hadn't reviewed it.
Haha no problem. That is my experience as well, needing to try strains multiple times to get a a clear picture of how it works/doesn'twork,etc. Especially with TFH leaf, it either takes a few tries or adjusting dose size to find the sweet spot for each TFH batch. Glad you didn't give up and found good effects finally. The Wild Golden Gajah I guess was that one batch that just worked incredibly well for my body chemistry. I know a few others didn't get great results with the Gold Gajah... Another thing is I have found it works great in blends, especially in green and gold blends. Golds and Yellows are hit or miss for me, but in blends is where I get great results with golds/yellows.
Oddly enough, I had to take a break from dosing the Wild Golden Gajah. I think I took it about 6 or 7 times and those 6/7 doses were incredible for me. But then I stopped getting those same results and it was just okay. Used it in blends after a break and have had excellent burns. But I think I must have built of tolerance to the Gajah by itself. I will come back to it after a month or two without using it. But overall it was one of my personal favorite Golds from TFH (but I have liked other golds better such as 24k Bali, Gold Sumpur as 2 standout golds)
What did you think of the Greens you got? The Wild Mature Green Maeng Da: A7-W17C has been a consistent excellent batch for me. The Wild Green Hulu Kapuas: IR-32 I thought was good, but not a standout, and the past versions of the Wild Green Hulu Kapuas batches I found to be better than the current one on the menu.
I keep waiting for TFH to update their menu I stalk that menu everyday. It hasn't updated since 12/23.
So I found the Gajah pooped out after 8 dosings like you. Strange. The Green Hulu Kapua actually never gave me any discernable effects initially so I put it into the dark void of my basement where all duds go. I pulled it out about 3 weeks ago to give it a fresh try &.... nothing. Except an hour later I got a feeling of "this is a great day." Don't know if you've ever had that experience but it's fine for me. I also got a great desire to go do yard work, a miracle in itself, & I did a tremendous amount & never got tired. I knew this was a strain I needed to get more of & I did. It still never gives me any of the typical kratom effects, but that's ok. I've been using it every day since & getting a lot done around the estate. I'm very happy to have found this gem.
jealous. can’t ever catch them at the right time to get in the exclusive member club, and i’ve been ordering kratom since Christophers Organic Botanicals circa 2017 lol.
You are EXACTLY the kind of person for whom The Trading Post was designed for - through it you can get almost anything so you won't have to feel left out (I know - I was in exactly your position last year).
