I have taken over 2 large cabinets in the kitchen and one lower cabinet with a pull out drawer. The pull out drawer is for my current rotation, lol. Then I swap bags from the cabinet down to there. She finally said ok time to move tour stuff. Lol. She said you have enough to start a mini-store. I still have 2 packages incoming too. Re: TFH: 30 Year Wild Red Hangat Hulu: IR9A3-R
Since all my kratom is in capsules, and all the capsules are in bottles (mostly glass) it tends to take up a LOT of room. I have one large 40 gallon plastic storage container filled under our bed, another in my own closet (DW has the larger, walk-in closet that I don't dare put ANYTHING in :>) and then, in my computer room, another three bins full.
So she doesn't mind that (out of sight, out of mind) BUT I do have my rotation sitting in shelving on the kitchen countertop. If I get the time I'll start a thread with the images but I have 80 bottles in spice racks taking up some space there. I actually think it looks nice, but wife, of course, does not, and there is NO way she will allow me to put more. As a result my rotation (which has grown now to over 100) has some spillover into my computer room. I haven't quite figured out a good way to manage this :>).

My partner wants to kill me after the toaster and coffee maker and blender were apparently bearing green powder that just simply floats up and out when I open a bag!
I am making messes with it though. I get the powder in the strangest places and the liquid concoction I make has drifted from my glass to the kitchen floor and down the cabinets.
Anyway, this strain is finally the energetic red I was searching for. Between this and Otie's SRMD, I am AWAKE. It's a new thing so I need to re-learn how to budget my time...and budget, period.

Have you ever noticed that people who smoke, when asked, always say "yeah i smoke, but I'm going to/need to quit?" That's just part of it. Same goes with kratom. You could have enough to last ten lifetimes, but we all "could use a little more." I think its the "Choose Your Own Adventure" aspect of it. You're in control and you know your needs and what you're working with, you know?
Kratom is fickle, but so are we.
As for the leaf? Really nice. Its been a while since i got that "everything's gonna be alright" feeling in my belly, and despite it.all, i honestly felt that way. Priceless. Warm and mellow on a cold and tense morning.

I’m a bit late to the party but agree with others in the thread that this stuff is special.
For me 30 Year Wild Red Hangat Hulu IR9A3-R is an upper-mid red (uncommon but a few lately). It has a ~30min onset and is relaxing but not tiring. I was enveloped with some warmth and a wave of contentment/sense of well being.
I haven’t had a burn like this since DTE Super Red Kali (sold out now), they are few and far between. Glad I snagged a few bags!

I like this one
This strain is wonderful. It generally takes a couple burns before any TFH leaf hits for me, but on my second dose of this stuff, it was great. Very smooth and potent. But not overly sedating. I like to be more energized, so this was a good before dinner strain for me. And I just really love smelling it when I open the bag each time lol.
**Also I got a sample of the Baik Bali red especial, which was a little more peppy feeling and I loved it too.

This batch has become my go-to for a faster daytime red. Glad I have 2 bags of it, don’t sleep on this if you haven’t tried it, some of the best leaf of the year!

I haven't been able to get there again since that first super duper burn, I think in some ways I've lost a lot of the nuance being steeped in pure and concentrared stress 24/7 here lately. I need to ground myself and reconnect with many of the things Ive lost touch with since the middle of last year. Kratom and writing tunes are two of these things. I have a LOT to put out there, I just need to figure out how to say it, y'know?uspatriot995 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 06, 2022 1:12 pmThis feeling, exactly. Chasing it.

Re: TFH: 30 Year Wild Red Hangat Hulu: IR9A3-R
Two of TFH's current strains are as good as it gets! Both of their Wild Golden Gajah: BTA-41C and 30 Year Wild Red Hangat Hulu: IR9A3-R batches are truly phenomenal! Both are melt-in-your-chair euphoric feelgood OP8 buzz glowing heaven! I have been waking up early in the morning (3-5AM) and taking about 5.4g of either one and lay back down in bed. The come-on is incredible and I feel so good that I just lay their in its glow for awhile. I feel like I could get up and do stuff or go back to bed and feel great either way. If I do end up going back to sleep, I wake up feeling good enough to face the day without taking another dose. They also both work great in the evening to melt your workday stress away, and the Golden Gajah even hits as a smaller mood-lifting midday half-dose during the daylight dead zone hours when most Kratom just ends up messing up my head with brain fog and fatigue if I take my full dose amount.
Originally, I was taking the Wild Golden Gajah every day and was convinced it was unbeatable, but after I ran out of it (and immediately ordered more) my girlfriend opened the bag of the Wild Red Hangat Hulu and tried it one morning. She said that it might be just as good, and I didn't believe her because she is hard to impress with Kratom. I tried it and was floating in the clouds 30mins later. We are not new to Kratom by any means, and most strains are just mediocre anymore, but every once in awhile a killer strain hits us like we hunger for, and TFH has got 2 right now! I dare say that the Wild Hangat Hulu is almost even more euphoric sometimes than the Wild Golden Gajah, if that is possible!

Am I the only person in the world that gets zero effects from this?
Burned it probably over 5-6 times at various times and various quantities. Absolutely nothing... Do I need to take it while standing upside down on a Tuesday?
Just the way it is I suppose. There's always the Trading Post. Just disappointing, this one is so highly raved.

Yeah, it just does sometimes. Offhand I can't remember (because I'm old) but there was another TFH one everyone raved about (um, Sapphire something?) and I bought WAY too much of it just on that basis. And, yes, ended up using the Trading Post to get rid of half of it.
The remaining capsules are no longer in my rotation (which at this point is ridiculous - I have around 170 different batches in that rotation, each one accounting for around 100 doses, so I'll be long dead before I get even halfway done :>) but at some point I may revisit it just to see. But someone else here pointed out something that's worth a try - use it in combination with something else.
I have a whole thread about this elsewhere (but it, like me, is old) but the bottom line is that even substandard kratom can improve or enhance your burn in combo with something else. The general idea is this - you take 2/3 of your dose of something good, then wait about 30 minutes, and take the remaining third of almost anything. That secondary dose acts as a booster rocket and it actually works with almost anything. In any case, you might give it a shot with this and see. Who knows? It might just be the magic bullet.

The one before melts my stress away like nothing else can. Xanax dreams of being this stuff. Top five all-time favorites, and I mean that stuff WORKS. No more, sadly, only the 3-4 doses I have left.Adrumaddict wrote: ↑Sun Feb 05, 2023 5:54 amNah, you’re not alone, it didn’t hit for me either. Did you ever start this thread guys? As Mivanqua knows, I too am a musician (singer songwriter) & I think it’s really important to inspire eachother to keep the creative wells primed & the music flowing. It’s very healing, especially when dealing with chronic pain/emotional things. Music is THE emotional conduit, the bridge between our feelings and self expression, our connection to the divine & to greater humanity. Sound healing, playing instruments, making tracks, singing & just using your own voice for self-expression, affirmations & toning (for balancing the nervous system) is a potent tool! My favorite healing modality! Let me know if you are creating/have created this thread and I’ll join the band man!Loveandpeace wrote: ↑Sun Jan 08, 2023 7:44 pmTunes? I like to think of it as one of the very short list of things that separate us from monkeys. Mostly, though, we're...you know ..monkeys. And yeah, I keep trying to get back into the mindset of writing again but i feel.like it's cooking a steak dinner for an ant in the old "life" department. A lot to digest. Working on it though, once I align with that vibe, I'll be unstoppable. That's kinda the problem, that's what I always used heroin for. That alignment. Kratom doesn't work for that. It's literal SINGLE shortcoming.

I feel lucky to have a 250 gram bag "in storage" then (I may never get to it, though - it will take around seven years for me to get through the one bag I did open and make into capsules).
I'll try and remember not to sell it at some point <g>.
