The Best of “Liza’s Best”

Post by Renob »

Since I discovered Liza’s Best Botanicals a couple of months ago, I’ve been exclusively ordering from her. The menu is huge so I haven’t really experienced SSS. I’ve been pretty addicted to buying the sample packs and trying as many strains as I can! Ordering and trying new stuff is so exciting, lol! Anyway, I’ve had a few conversations with Liza via email and she seems like a sweet and genuine person. I saw that she’s having some health issues and needs some help with medical bills ☹️ so I’m taking the time to organize a big review thread with the hopes that you guys will give her great products a try! I’d say that about 95% of the Kratom that I’ve tried from her has been exceptional so you really can’t go wrong!

I’ll add some reviews everyday in categories. My wife and I both tend to favor greens so I’m gonna start below with my favorite greens from Liza! I love all of the Kratom but I’d consider the greens to be the most well balanced so that’s where I’ll start! If you guys have some favorites from Liza, let me know! If I haven’t tried them yet I’ll definitely make an attempt to try them asap 😂

Green Kali, Green Borneo, Green Hulu (best “mid” greens in my opinion)

“Mid” and “slower” greens usually tend to be my favorites when it comes to kratom. I’ve really enjoyed the Super Green Elephant and Green Premium MD, which also fit into this category for me. The SGE and PMD seem to be pretty popular already so I’m gonna take the time to focus on the three strains mentioned above. Kratom can be used for so many different purposes including pain relief, energy, anxiety relief, mood boost, productivity, relaxation and the ever so popular feelings of euphoria!

The Green Hulu, Green Kali and Green Borneo check pretty much every category and in my opinion are the most balanced and Euphoric strains that I’ve tried. All three of these (5, actually, since I’d list Super Green Elephant and Green Premium MD 3 as well) have been the standouts and the favorites for green strains that are simultaneously energizing and relaxing at the same time. This may sound paradoxical but when you find a good and balanced strain most Kratom lovers will understand what I mean!

These strains truly fit into the “jack of all trades” categories! I picked these to focus on first because I feel that they work wonders for me when it comes to mood boost, euphoria and pain relief. There are some great “fast” greens and whites that I find beneficial for mornings, getting work done (mental and physical) and social situations. I have a few favorites in those categories and I’ll focus on them next. The Green Kali, Green Hulu, Green Borneo, Super Green Elephant and Green Premium MD have been my favorite strains overall. The general sense of well-being that these bring to me are unmatched! It’s also a huge bonus that they work very well on pain and get me relaxed without getting me sleepy. Some of the reds that I’ve tried work a bit better for pain and relaxation, there’s some favorite whites (and other greens) that I find beneficial for mornings and for getting shit done, most all of the yellows are amazing for their anxiolytic properties and remind me a lot of the prescription anti anxiety benzos that I was prescribed years ago. Benzos are awful drugs with too many side effects and I would NEVER go back to them! If I feel that I’m getting overwhelmed by anxiety, 5-6 grams of one of Liza’s yellows does the trick better and helps me to relax and get some sleep!

Anyway, I’m getting ahead of myself here. I’m gonna list my favorites for each color and speed as well as what they’re great for. Right now this is about the aforementioned Greens which have been my favorite strains overall.

I’ll rewrite reviews very soon for my favorite fast greens, favorite fast and mid whites, favorite “green” reds and favorite slow “red” reds based on my notes.

When it comes to feeling buzzy headed and great overall these greens can’t be beat! I started with these because I love the fact that they give me energy like whites (without being jittery) and pain relief and “fuzziness headband” sensation like you would expect from reds (without sedation). If anyone is looking for balanced greens with amazing mood boost and anxiety relief, I cannot recommend these strains highly enough! To put it the simplest way possible, these 5 greens make me “happy” and I’m very appreciative to have found them.

Coming soon will be my favorite whites and fast greens that I’ve tried (for when you need to get shit done and want to feel good doing so 😊) and then my favorite reds in 2 categories “mid” and “slow” including which ones I feel are most effective for pain.

Renob, thanks for this - Liza does have some great leaf, and I agree that she's a very sweet person as well. And I know she'd appreciate sales to help with her medical bills!

Looking forward to more of your reviews!

Incidentally, when I was just getting started with kratom a bit over a year ago, I bought some of her "Wild Green". At the time, one of the best I'd had, and still very nice!

Red Headed Stepchild is a go-to for me, but I think Liza's blends are epic as a whole. I want to support Liza right now, and my next order (early December) will include RHSC, but Happy Go Lucky, Relaxer Elixir, Trainwreck...I haven't tried all of her blends, but based on the ones I have...I would wager highly on the others.

Her menu is HUGE and the reviews help me a lot, but I would like to see more reviews of her yellows and gold's.

Let's support Liza as she has supported our community with her extraordinary generosity.

I’ve tried a few of the yellows and golds! I’ll try to get some reviews up today!

I was intending on continuing my reviews the past couple of days but I’ve been really under the weather and had tons of family obligations as well.

I also agree that Liza’s blends are amazing! The Happy Go Lucky may be my favorite kratom overall at the moment! I always have some on hand and keep it for weekends and special occasions. It worked wonders on Thanksgiving, lol! 😊😊

I was gonna give some recommendations for “fast greens” and whites next but I decided to start with yellows, first…. So here goes!

Yellows…. My favorites are the Yellow MD and the Yellow Dragon

I had not previously tried any kratom labeled as yellow or gold prior to ordering from Liza. I wanted to be sure to try the full spectrum of colors so I decided to throw a few yellows and golds into a couple of my recent sampler packs.

I find the yellows to be much different than the greens, whites and most of the reds. I think there are similarities between the yellow varieties and some of the slower “red” reds but the yellows that I’ve enjoyed have definitely stood out on their own! I’m glad that I branched out from just green and red!

The Yellows that I’ve tried so far are Yellow Maeng Da, Yellow Hulu, Yellow Vietnam, Yellow Crow, Yellow Dragon and Super Yellow. Unfortunately, the Yellow Hulu did absolutely nothing for me and I found the Yellow Vietnam to be a bit “fast” for whatever reason. The Vietnam wasn’t terrible but it reminded me more of what most whites are described as.

The two standout varieties that I will order in the future are the Yellow Maeng Da and the Yellow Dragon. When I’m trying new colors and “strains”, I like to look for consistency in effects and these two were the best yellows in my opinion.

I’ve found most varieties of kratom to be pretty stimulating, aside from a few slow reds which I’m sure I’ll be reviewing here this week. The Yellows have been an exception to the rule as far as stimulation goes and for me, they are the only ones that I will consistently take during the evening hours or before bed as I find them to be extremely relaxing! As far as the full spectrum of kratom effects go, I think that the yellows are probably the “weakest” but that absolutely does not implicate that they’re bad!

The Yellow Maeng Da and The Yellow Dragon from Liza have been two of the best anti anxiety strains that I’ve ever tried! They don’t necessarily work as good on pain as the reds and most of the greens but when it comes to making me feel warm and relaxed, they really, really shine! If I’m feeling especially stressed about anything or if I feel that I need something to “wind down” these two yellows have been absolute hits for me. They bring great warmth and a cozy overall feeling and I definitely feel that they are great evening options. They’re great for any time of day, though!

I personally mention evenings because these have been the least stimulating varieties that I’ve tried. They bring a great sense of calm and wellbeing that strongly reminds me of the prescription anti anxiety pills that I used to take many years ago (without all of the awful side effects and tolerance issues, of course)! All kratom is wonderful for its antidepressant and mood boosting qualities and this is the main strength of the Yellow Maeng Da and Yellow Dragon from Liza! If you want something to relax with and have great sedating properties (in higher doses) I would absolutely recommend these two! They’re a fantastic alternative to nasty prescription anti-anxiety pills and they’re amazing for unwinding at the end of the day (or starting your day with a lower dose!).

The yellows from Liza have a unique color and flavor compared to the greens and whites. They are most similar in effects to some of the slower reds but with more anxiety relief and less pain relief as well as their own distinct feel. If you’re looking for some mild strains that bring the sense of well being that I’ve mentioned, I’d absolutely urge you to try some of Liza’s yellows! I hope this helps!

I’ve found a bunch of amazing reds from Liza! I’d wholeheartedly say that the “red” reds from Liza are the best that I’ve had in the past year. “Buzzy headed” greens have long been my favorite type of kratom but some of the recent reds have been swaying me more in that direction.

I have some OCD tendencies with my kratom so I started keeping some notes and ratings on my rotation recently! I’m gonna go over my “scores” and notes for the Liza reds and post some reviews in the next couple of days. There’s some really euphoric choices and amazing pain relievers. I’m looking forward to sharing my opinions 😊🙃.

I tried some Red Sumatra tonight and….. wow! It’s one of the few times recently where I think I should’ve taken less than my normal dose. This stuff just nailed me! I was planning on writing some reviews now but I’m gonna have to wait until this wears off a bit or until tomorrow. Thus Red Sumatra is more of a “green” red in effects. It gives me a total “headband” sensation but makes it hard to do much of anything. I feel great, though. 😂.

Red Sumatra:

I’ll start my red reviews with one that I consider a great “green” red: Red Sumatra. I tried this for the first time the other night and HOLY COW did this one drill me, lol! Like a lot of people, I tend to use the reds more in the evenings and more times than not I’ve found a lot of Liza’s reds to be great for pain relief and relaxation. The Red Sumatra was in a class and category all to itself, though (at least for my wife and I)!

I took my usual dose at 5 PM or so and within an hour I realized that I probably could have cut the dose by at least 1/3rd with this one! This was the first and only time that I’ve tried the Sumatra before but it was potent. The Red Sumatra had that amazing quality that made it concurrently stimulating and relaxing at the same time. I’ve mentioned this before with some of my favorite strains. It’s hard to explain but anyone that takes kratom regularly will probably understand what I’m talking about.

The Red Sumatra hit hard and fast plus it had really long legs. I was intending on doing some writing after I took it but within an hour I was in what I would refer to as “total glee mode”. My lower back pain was gone and I didn’t have a care in the world! The peak intensity of this strain lasted for about two and a half hours before it started to slow down and taper off. I still felt great after 4+ hours before falling into a state of relaxation. I was feeling great but I was also not really able to focus on anything in particular. Needless to say I didn’t get any writing done that night 😂. I’m looking over my notes and ratings to try to decide which slow “red” reds I want to review and recommend but I felt that I had to start with this Red Sumatra because of how impressed I was! This strain is hard to categorize. I guess I’d call it more of a “green” red compared to some of the other reds from Liza that I’ve been enjoying recently but it’s kind of in a class all by itself and one of my new favorites. I’ll definitely be adding a nice portion of this one to my next split kilo. Liza has sooo many good “red” reds which I’ll be reviewing soon.

It’s gonna be tough to pick my favorites but as far as the balanced reds that really just make me feel warm and wonderful the Red Sumatra shot to near the top of my list after the first dose. I think it’s safe to say that I’ll probably be able cut my dose down a bit when using this one in the future, especially if I have anything to do that day/evening! 😊😂 I can’t recommend this one highly enough!

“Slower” reds

Red Dragon:

Liza has so many great “red” reds or slow reds that I really found it difficult to pick favorites. Since I want to focus a bit on the more relaxing reds for this section, Liza’s Red Dragon seems like an optimal place to start. There are a few different varieties of reds, namely ones referred to as “green” reds and “red” reds. When I think of the characteristics that I’m looking for in a red strain I like to focus mainly on pain relief and relaxation. There are a lot of green reds on the market that are wonderful but really aren’t that different from straight-up greens, in my opinion.

Red Dragon, however, hits all of the right notes when it comes to a great Red. It’s warm and cozy like a nice blanket on a cold winter day and provides exceptional pain relief. I’ve mentioned before that most varieties of kratom tend to be stimulating for me regardless of how they are labeled. The Red Dragon is a nice “mid” that makes be feel wonderful and adds a bit of relaxation that does not get me too wired. This is a great red strain that actually reminds me of a nice red wine!

I was having some major tooth pain from a partially finished root canal recently and chose to try some Red Dragon as part of my treatment. Anyone who has had bad toothaches knows how torturous it can be and prior to dosing the red dragon, I was at a level 10 on the pain scale. The Dragon took a bit to come on but I’m pleased to say that after about an hour my pain started to melt away followed by the relaxing warmth and “coziness” that I attribute to good reds. I was able to get an emergency dental appointment and start on antibiotics the following day but this Red Dragon absolutely controlled my pain more effectively than the prescription strength Motrin that I had been using. This Kratom brought me some waves of relaxation and slight euphoria which allowed me to sleep peacefully. I really can’t ask for much more when it comes to Red strains!

The anxiolytic properties of this variety are amazing in their own right as well. I’ve had a lifetime phobia of the dental chair and even in my middle aged years I still get a bit terrified of having dental procedures. Since I had such great success with the Red Dragon for controlling the pain in my abscessed tooth I decided to go against my regular kratom rotation and I used a dose of this before I went in to have my root canal finished. The Red Dragon alleviated my anxiety immensely. It actually put me in a pleasant mood before the dentist (which I can’t remember ever happening)! For me, this is pretty much the best praise that I can give! Like I’ve mentioned repeatedly, Liza has a ton of amazing varieties including lots of great Red Kratom of both the “green” or “red” variety. I’ll list some of my other favorites within each sub category after I reference my notes and obsess over which are best to pick and recommend but I absolutely wanted to start my reviews of “red” reds with Red Dragon as I find it quite blissful! It’s a perfect evening or “chill out” strain that will give you a nice dose of the “cloud 9” feeling without being overwhelming….. basically everything that you should be looking for in a true red strain!

Red Chocolate:

I’ll keep this review short and sweet since I have other reds that I want to shine the spotlight on. The Red Chocolate from Liza is absolutely one of the most relaxing and sedative strains that I’ve had the pleasure of trying. It has a very dark appearance and a distinct taste that reminds me of some of the Bentuangie varieties that I’ve tried. I’m generally not a big fan of the Bents as I look for Kratom that really “smacks” me while offering all of the benefits that one would expect from good quality Kratom. This Red Chocolate, however, is pretty distinct and reminds me more of a hybrid of a nice slow red and a bentuangie (if that makes any sense).

It’s not quite as potent as some of the other reds that I’ve tried (it doesn’t hit as hard as the Red Sumatra, for example) but it is also much more effective than the Bentuangie ones that I’ve used from time to time.

The Red Chocolate is relaxing, pure and simple! It’s a very pleasurable evening choice that actually does bring sedation, which is pretty rare for me. I mainly use this one when I’m extra stressed, am having pain later in the evenings or just know that I need a good night’s sleep. For anyone that is looking for a SLOW red that won’t overwhelm you then Liza’s Red Chocolate is an excellent choice. This is probably my favorite evening/sleep choice out of all of the different Kratom types that I’ve tried. It’s calming, blissful and amazing but I wouldn’t consider this one a daytime strain by any means.

Would you say the Red Sumatra is fermented at all? I am listening to every word and jotting down the strains you recommend. I will say that I do not like fermented reds, or red strains that are the color red, if that makes sense. Liza has so many options though and there is a lot more for me to try. I don't do greens or whites, but yellows and gold's are absolutely okay. Reds are my 100% though and I am definitely psyched by these reviews. THANK YOU FOR THESE. The Red Sumatra sounds promising!

I have some errands to run but I’ll be back on in a few hours. I know what you’re talking about when you say that you prefer the “green” reds (or at least the ones that aren’t all fully fermented leaf). I’m forgot to fully answer your questions and I apologize! The Red Sumatra was definitely very potent for me and was not completely fermented. Since the different “strains” are all mostly some sort of blend I have found some reds to be way more “red” than the others. The Sumatra was more of an in between that leaned towards the “green” red side for me. I hope this is making sense to you 😬, lol.

I used to only like the “green” reds but since I’ve been trying and using more and different varieties I’ve come to appreciate all of the subtle differences. There are still some fully fermented ones that don’t hit much for me and I tend to save those for when I’ll occasionally have a dose before bed.

Anyway, if you’re looking for more of the green reds I can list the ones that I’ve tried so far so maybe you can try them for yourself.

I labeled the Super Red, Super Red MD, Red Jong Kong and Red Ketapang as “green” reds.

The Red Sumatra, Red Indo, Red Elephant and Red Malay are all ones that are a nice mix but lean more towards the “green” reds for me. Any of Liza’s strains that have been labeled with “Maeng Da” or “Elephant” in the name have been very impressive for me so far! I still have lots to try from her menu, myself, but I hope that this helps!

Any fans of Gold Kratom? I had tried a couple of different ounces with one of my orders (first time trying anything labeled as “Gold”). They seemed pretty impressive on the first couple of tries so I added Gold MD as one of my choices on my most recent split.

It’s really, really good! I may write up a review. 🤔

I used to only do greens and “green” reds but I’m glad that I’ve been branching out. I’ve been appreciating all of the colors lately and no SSS or tolerance issues since I started ordering from Liza (and adding more variation, of course)! 😊

I really enjoy writing reviews and love hearing when something that I recommend makes anyone else happy! Any requests for recommendations? Specific colors or “strains”?

I still have a boatload to try but I have been ordering consistently and I’ve probably had about 1/3rd of Liza’s giant menu over the past 3+ months. About 90% of my rotation is now from Liza’s and I’m always finding new favorites! Lol

I’m still in the process of trying as many of Liza’s as I can and I’ll have a few more reviews after Christmas. Any other Liza’s fans on here that have specific favorites?

I think I’ll be adding a few of my personal “tiers” within each color… maybe something along the lines of “Favorites/Fire”, “pretty good” and “meh” or something like that.

I send my blessings to everyone for a great Christmas and I’ll be back to update soon!

I had some new Green Peace this afternoon and it got me revved to write some reviews but I don’t have the time. I’m rambling now so I’ll be back soon!

I’m finding new favorites every couple of weeks, it seems! 😊 there has been one consistent that works magic every time, though! Super Green Elephant! 🔥 🔥 🤤 😊

I’ve been writing these reviews and I realized that I’ve included Super Green Elephant in every single order that I’ve placed with Liza so far yet I haven’t written a review! I guess I haven’t written a review because it’s listed on her “most popular” page, and for good reason! I just made an assumption that everyone purchasing from Liza would be more inclined to pick the choices listed at the top (that’s how I started).

The SGE had been the most consistent and euphoric strain that I’ve had in a LONG time! It’s fresh, wonderful and has everything that I look for with Kratom. I had some about an hour ago and I’m feeling magnificent with great energy, too! I only use this one for about one burn a week but it’s absolutely amazing and hasn’t lost any of it’s magic. I’ll definitely be keeping this in my rotation and I’m actually thinking about buying at least a half kilo of the current batch. I like variety and usually won’t purchase more than 125 grams of anything but this one is absolutely special so it’s about time for an exception 😂. Maybe I’ll do it justice and make a separate review thread… everyone should get this one in their rotatation; it’s that good!

One of my favorite green s from Liza she has so many great ones but one I haven't seen mentioned yet that just came through my rotation today is her Green Horn every time it brings the WOW factor and I think the high light is the moodlift or euphoria feeling it still gives me but it also has the pain relief and energy I need.Love Liza and love her tea

Anyone know how Liza is doing? I remember getting an unfortunate email about her having cancer. Does anyone have any clarification or update on her health atm. Been thinking about her…kindest & most generous vendor

I don't know how Liza's doing, cancer and chemo are never fun, but I'd really love to see more people donate to help her with her medical bills!

I'm only a customer, but I gave her some $$ on her website - lizasbestbotanicals.com - and the email she wrote back to me brought tears to my eyes. She's an incredibly sweet and helpful person, and she's not getting a lot of help.

Please do, if you can spare it - and again, I'm not even a friend, just an occasional customer, but I know a lot of folks here on DoubleM have benefited both from her products and her friendly helpfulness.

Thanks :)

I actually have an unopened ounce of Green Horn right now! I love so many of the varieties that Liza has so I’m excited to try! I’ll report back to see if I think it was on par with some of the best ones or not.

I’m not sure how she’s doing health wise. I talk to her via email occasionally and she’s always so positive, sweet and kind. It’s terrible to hear that anyone is suffering so I’ve absolutely been sending my prayers, mediations and good energy for her and her well being. I was very, very impressed with a lot of her products and use her as my primary vendor for the past couple of months. Her kind and helpful demeanor plus the fact that she has some of the best kratom that I’ve tried has really motivated me to encourage you guys to try her products! She seems like such a wonderful woman and I truly wish her the best. Everyone should give her kratom a shot and stock up on the great ones! You’ll be helping yourself while simultaneously supporting someone in need!

I haven't had much luck overall with kratom lately and have been wanting to cut back (I think I have a hard case of SSS) but I'm going to give Liza's a try only due to Renob's (nice) reviews. You definitely have a passion for this stuff brotha. How have you been able to keep kratom feeling so intense for you after all of these years? We've been on it for about 4-5 years now and the past year or so I've only really been able to feel the effects in the mornings.

I know where you’re at! I frequently get periods of a few days to a week where things just aren’t hitting as well. Usually just a few days of smaller dosages has been correcting that for me, though. I’ve tried “tolerance breaks” but can’t ever seem to go more than one day so I don’t even attempt them all that often anymore. Lol. Hopefully you’ll like what you get from Liza! I used to think that I needed to switch vendors frequently even when I found stuff that I really liked. Liza has such a huge menu with different suppliers and different batches all available at once so she has become my go-to for the past few months. There’s always something new to try 😂 and I’d say that most of what I’ve gotten from her has been above average to amazing! She has a lot of “red” reds which haven’t always been my “cup of tea” but through experimenting and keeping an open mind I’ve been finding more and more that I like. I’ve consistently gone up on my doses for a few weeks at a time to get my desired effects until I get into a funk where nothing seems to hit…. This is when I’ll do the opposite and lower my doses a bit each day for about a week before the kratom kind of resets itself and works again!

Ideally, I take 6-8 grams three times a day with 4 grams being my lowest threshold dose (during “reset” weeks) and 8 grams being my highest. This has been working pretty well for me!

Favorite Current Whites: (fast) White Lohk, White Ketapang

(Mid ) White Panther, White Hulu

I think I’ve mentioned before that I used to mainly only use greens and green reds. When I read descriptions of whites I see the words “energy” and “mood boost” thrown around a lot. Most kratom is stimulating to me but of course there are some varieties that are more so than others. Since I’ve found Liza I’ve been on a mission to try as many of her choices as possible so I’ve been experimenting more with whites and have come to really appreciate them!

Out of the whites that I’ve tried from Liza’s, I’ve noticed that there are some that are definitely a bit “faster” than others. These tend to make me talkative and energized without jitters and without as much of the intoxicating feeling that some types of kratom give me. These are my “get shit done” whites and I’m really happy that I found them! I haven’t had the chance to try all of Liza’s whites (there’s a lot, lol) but I’ve tried ounces of quite a few of them and, like always, there have been some standout choices for me!

My two current favorite “fast” whites are White Lohk and White Ketapang. These are two great choices for mornings in my opinion. They’re also great for social events or when you know that you have to “get shit done” 😂. The first time I tried the White Ketapang, I didn’t think that it did much for me but at the time I was also used to potent, slower greens and reds which continue to be my most used varieties. The White Lohk was a hit from the beginning. The first time that I tried the Lohk, it worked like a charm! My wife had been bugging me to clean out and reorganize our attic for ages and me being me I simply never felt up to doing it. 😂. While I usually reach for a green during the mid day doldrums, I decided to try a white looking for some energy and the White Lohk really hit! After about an hour I started to get the nice calm peace of mind that kratom nearly always brings. There was a difference, however! The prospect of being up in our duty attic sorting and moving boxes didn’t seem all that bad anymore! The White Lohk took away all of my anxiety and actually brought me some clean, clear headed energy. I got the attic finished in no time and with minimal complaints which is a near miracle! I’ve since used the White Lohk on a few occasions, including before a social event where I wanted to feel good, but not intoxicated at all and it worked wonders.

As for the Ketapang; when I first tried it I was looking for more of a Buzzy relaxed feeling that I get frequently so I thought I was initially disappointed. I’ve had a rough stretch lately with some minor personal issues and I’ve also been in one of the streaks where nothing seemed to be “hitting” as well for me. I went back to the Ketapang this morning and WOW! I’m definitely not “blasted” but I’ve been feeling great and also very energized! I think for me when I read the descriptions of fast whites that people tend to look for then maybe this is what they’re talking about! I feel happy, energized and all around wonderful. It’s also inspired me to write some reviews and do some other writing that I like to do for a hobby! I’ve been taking a lot of greens and “red” reds lately so this was only my second time using the White Ketapang and first time using a white in about a week as I don’t have as many white varieties on hand.

The White Lohk and White Ketapang both helped me overcome one of my main negative traits…. Laziness 😂 and for that I am very thankful! Im so happy that I discovered Liza and all of her great kratom. There are a couple of whites that really hit me (I’ll write about them soon) but I’m starting to feel like there is definitely going to be a spot in my rotation for truly fast whites and the Lohk and Ketapang are great choices for whites that get you uplifted without either heavy intoxication or jitters. These two are fast and great!

Current Favorite “mid” or “green” whites:

White Panther and White Hulu

The whites that I’ve used the most from Liza are the ones that “hit” for me right from the get-go. I really like making lists and keeping some notes and scores for almost everything that I do and try, kratom obviously included. I’m writing some quick reviews for the couple that I personally scored the highest after the first 1-2 tries.

I’m sure that I’ve mentioned before that traditional green varieties have long been my favorite type of kratom so it’s been wonderful when I find a nice white that reminds me of my favorite greens. I try to switch up as often as my rotation allows me to to try not to overuse any one particular variety (although I almost always find myself reaching for the Super Green Elephant, which is my current overall favorite). In general, I like a nice balanced “hybrid” type of strain that offers stimulation, pain relief, anxiety relief (important) and a nice touch of Euphoria! Isn’t that we’re all looking for with this amazing plant, though? There are a few specific yellows or dark reds that I prefer for evening use but aside from that handful of strains, most kratom that I’ve had has been pleasurable and appropriate for just about any time or situation.

As far as balanced effects and an overall feeling of well being goes I have found a lot of different ones from Liza. I’ve recently added two particular whites to my rotation: White Panther and White Hulu. Both of these are quite amazing and what I like to refer to as “green” whites. Essentially what I mean is that while the strain is labeled as a white, I do not find them to be overstimulating or jittery in the least bit. A lot of whites are considered “fast” and I have experienced the positive effects of the faster varieties firsthand! The White Panther and White Hulu are both more on the “mid/slower” side as far as whites go and I absolutely love both of them! I tend to write a ton so I’ll do my best to be concise. I took some White Ketapang this morning and it’s really brought some great motivation to do a bit of writing. I’d call the Ketapang “fast” while the White Hulu and White Panther have probably been my two favorite “mid” whites that I’ve tried.

I added an ounce each of the White Hulu and the White Panther to a recent order with Liza and I’ve been equally impressed with both of them! There’s something special when you find a variety that really “hits” for you and I’ve been lucky enough to find a bunch of them while primarily ordering from Liza’s Best! Both the White Hulu and White Panther have felt perfectly potent and “happy”. I sometimes refer to a “headband” feeling that I mainly get from greens. It’s a nice, warm tingly euphoric sensation in my head that I get from my favorite strains. Both of these choices deliver as far as the happy headband goes!

I tend to agree with most people when it comes to frequently switching and not overusing any particular “strain” so as to avoid SSS. Greens are my most frequented go-to but some of these whites are working their way up my personal rankings! Liza’s White Hulu and White Panther both hit great for me! I ordered some extra Panther with my last split so that I would have it on hand when I’m looking for the energy and mental clarity of a white mixed with the balance and happiness of a green. I also have to admit that I think the name “White Panther” is pretty cool, too 😂. Luckily the quality and effectiveness of the White Panther kratom lives up to the name!

For sure her "Happy Go Lucky" should be in everyone's rotation.

Red-headed Step Child is one of her most famous red blends - I'd also make sure I had some of that if I were you.
