saving Avatar
Could not get Avatar to save. I'm sure it's just my lack of technical knowledge, but do we need "permission" to save one, or is it just me?

Re: saving Avatar
Did it give you any kind of a message, like it was too large?
I had to resize my avatar from 300x300 to 90x90 before it would save.
And no, you don't need permission. It just has to be the right size.

Yeah, I had to scale mine down to 90x90 as well, but then it took fine. Since we're seeing other people with the same permissions add avatars successfully, I bet that size thing is what's holding you back. Which means that HH shoots and scores YET AGAIN.

Re: saving Avatar
Hey there labdog, I will check the permissions for avatars. I'm pretty sure they need to be 90x90 pixels and less than 50kb. I can change these parameters. If we need to up them, just let me know.labdog03 wrote:Could not get Avatar to save. I'm sure it's just my lack of technical knowledge, but do we need "permission" to save one, or is it just me?

Well I thought I sized it properly...I'll try again...I'm sure it's user error. Thanks for the replies everyone.
