Just wanted to give a s/o to mm. His customer service is the best i have had. Always responds in little to no time and my order is out the next morning. Even if ordered late. Great quality, great prices and great customer service

Yeah, Mitraman is a solid vendor he tends to process orders later in the day like around 6pm - 9pm central and usually gets them out the next day. I have always had very good leaf from him as well.

Long story here, but I'll try to sum it up (fuck it I'll write a giant block of text :lol: explaining why MM has the best CS in the biz)
Mitraman showed me the best customer service from any vendor I've ever dealt with period. And that list is pretty damn long...
That dude caught an off-hand post I made deep in somebody else's thread that was NOT even about Mitraman leaf. I'm not into bashing any small batch vendors as long as they're not robbing/ripping people off. Even if their leaf is subpar in my honest opinion (Mitramans leaf is NOT subpar)
But I did mention very slightly, and respectfully that I got an order from MM that I was not that impressed with (accept for his YMD=Fire)
My order I was commenting on in that thread was several months old. I ordered a 4 way split key from him probably 3 months prior.
Once again nothing I would start my own dedicated thread to bash any vendor. And I never once mentioned my order from him being subpar outside that one offhand comment I made a couple pages deep in someone else's thread. Mitraman himself wasn't present in that thread either or posting in it for any reason. I don't think he barely posts here period.
Several days later I get an email from Mitraman himself apologizing that I wasn't 100% satisfied with my 3 month old order that I never once complained to him or anyone outside that comment a couple pages deep in someone else's thread.
That dude went far and beyond what any vendor would do to accommodate me for not being 110% satisfied with his product.
He sent me a bunch of free leaf and made damn sure it was the best leaf he had to offer.
His leaf is dank and his customer service is unbeatable.
Guys a straight up G. Much respect to Mitraman
