Re-Leaf review

Post by matt11 »

Got some strains from these guys through a trade and ended up ordering more. First impressions are awesome, to me it’s above average leaf for sure. They have a crazy amount of strains and can be overwhelming, I just ended up going with some with good reviews and took a chance. So far every strain I tried was good to great. I still have several strains to get to, but everything looks good right now. Def going to put in another order to many.

high class 104: 9/10
Mid spec strain across the board. More notable effects was mood lift and euphoria. Very exceptional strain.

105 high class: 7/10
Slow strain. Sedation was the most Heavy effect, with no noticeable feeling of mood lift. Moderate euphoria and no energy. An hour after dosing this my muscles became crazy relaxed and my body felt heavy. Night time strain for me.

All purpose (green)#1509: 8/10
Mid to high spec. Classic kratom effects, mood lift is great with this one and euphoria as well. Also has some energy, but more subtile. This particular strains makes me very social.

All purpose (green) #1589: 6.5/10
Mid spec. Euphoria is high in this strain, as well as energy. Low mood lift.

If anyone wants to order DM me for a refer a friend code. I forgot how much the savings is tho.

I've been wondering about this company. I enjoy the youtube channel the owner has. Seems expensive so I've been waiting for some reviews on it.

Yeah a little on the pricey side for sure. You do get a certain % off once your about to checkout, depending on how much you get.
You should give them a shot, at least 1 or 2 strains to try. I would suggest the high class 104 or the green 1509.

Here’s my discount code, it’ll get you an additional 10% off.

How does something have high Euphoria but low mood lift?

Exactly how it sounds. I don’t consider the 2 as being related in any way. Sometimes it’s vice versa. Maybe you would describe euphoria different then me? Idk.

Nice review!

I’ll chime in on Re-leaf LLC too, since I don’t see them mentioned in reviews as much as I think they should be. One of the best vendors, IMO. Joe, the owner, is crazy dedicated to kratom - check out his Youtube channel. His site is very text-heavy, but recommended to get an insider’s perspective on the industry. Even if you don’t buy into this views about the almost-meaninglessness of “strains” and, to a degree, colors — though it seems more and more people are beginning to understand the arbitrary terms used for marketing — you will find it to be an interesting read (particularly if you’re somewhat new to the world of kratom, as I was).

As to the quality of the product, it's very high. The above-mentioned “High Class” strains (currently, #104-106) are all excellent. These are somewhat on the pricey side, so stay away if you’re on a budget. The overall pricing is unique, though not as complicated as some make it seem. And after the multiple discounts, the net price for most selections (of which there are many) is competitive with other quality online vendors. FYI - his reds are labeled “relaxx,” whites are “enurgies,” and greens “all purpose.” He also has a ton of blends. One of my favorite RL blends is Maximum Glee #6, which is very euphoric and energetic without being jittery (something that keeps me away from most whites).

Shipping is among the fastest I’ve encountered. The bags could be a bit thicker, but they suffice. One cool feature is that Joe creates a personalized and custom-labeled blend (50g) for each customer as a freebie (labeled something like “Joe’s Happy Dance”). I think its a quirky but fun way to get some free leaf. The owner is very responsive, particularly to those having trouble navigating the process for an initial order (though again, its pretty simple if you read the instructions first).

Overall, a top-notch vendor with high-quality product. I’m glad to see more folks talking about Re-leaf here.

Hey there BDK, good points. Re-Leaf def has some kool videos, website, and.. kratom! 8-)

Start with a basic TRUTH: Kratom IS - A product of Indonesia. :P Not just my opinion that's FACT - now, vendors around the world who Import the Indo product... try to HIDE that fact, play hide the source, change the name.. Act like it's somehow their product... Kratom is NOT "A product of the USA" - no matter how it's bagged. Or sold in caps, or given silly names. Obviously, Re-Leaf sells quality kratom. But USA vendors, are still re-sellers for the Indo product!

He's a CODE vendor, like many online, they constantly run sales, discounts, and codes on the website.. Hoping to snag some @ full price, and the Profit margin is high overall. Volume is LOW, as the market becomes smarter, buyers more sophisticated.. Buyers find the Reddit Vendor List and discover average PPG around .15 cents / However there IS a place for CODE vendors. I wanna see Re-Leaf grow and succeed, very creative guy, his YouTube channel is excellent!
He also has a ton of blends .... Overall, a top-notch vendor with high-quality product.
Maybe a personal bug, I can't stand "Vendor Blends".. what is that, floor sweepings? lol, seriously.. What's his objective formula for creating blends? Think about it. Product of Indonesia, every batch different. So... he throws a little o' this and a little o' that... what ?? Sorry. He's not conducting a detailed Lab Analysis of every single batch.. in order to have ANY objective system for blending, a finished product which is already a "blend". That goes for all USA vendors who sell "blends". It's a Facebook thing.. oooh, here I got some Purple Unicorn. Please... :D NO, you just ruined a good batch of Red Hulu

Rant Off / aside from that.. maybe there should be a Top 10, Premium Vendors List, based only on.. Reputation. History in business. Regardless of $ Price - sure it's subjective, but a Premium List could have only unique kratom sellers.. those with long history working with Indo's importing the highest quality. Some are Private vendors. Herb Research, one example. Speciosa Specialists? Kratom dot com. DG Botanicals. K-O-G. And of course T-F-H! 8-) I think Re-Leaf is there.. Love his YouTube channel!
Banned on Reddit: KratomVendors is now on SAIDIT!
Please check out my current Auctions/ Sales on MM Trading Post! I'm also on MeWe/ Saidit/ Reddit. Thanks!

Some really good comments, BallzDeep9! Thanks for taking the time to respond. Just for fun numbers: regarding the PPG, I’ve purchased about 40 strains from RL so far (excluding the High-Class and freebies). My net PPG after codes/discounts ranges from $0.08 to $0.21, with a weighted average of $0.13. Looking at the last 160 or so strains I’ve purchased from multiple vendors, the average is similar at $0.12.

Regarding “blends” - LOL. I’ve had similar thoughts. God knows what is really in any of them. But your argument agains blends assumes that pure (non-blended) strains are really just a single strain. I like to think so too, but again, who knows? (At least I don’t know. Perhaps those closer to the actual sources can confirm or deny whether non-blended products are what they claim.)

I like his Youtube stuff as well. He’s got a natural charisma on camera, and his dedication (obsession) to kratom is evident.

I like your idea about a top ten premium vendor list. Hell, I like top ten lists in general. And I like kratom. Putting them together sounds great to me. Like any list, it will generate strong opinions. But that should be welcome here. Of the ones you mentioned, the only other vendor I’m familiar with (meaning I’ve bought from) is TFH, who so impressed me I just placed my second order during the one-week special being run on these forums.

I also that was pretty cool he gave me a personalized label and strain. "Matthew's mornin' mover". Nice!
