Instead of rating on a scale of 1 to 10, I'll be logging how this strain affected me as either "not noticeable", "barely noticeable", "noticeable", "very noticeable" or "extremely noticeable" in five catagories.
Energy / Focus / Motivation = Very Noticeable at lower doses
Euphoria / Mood = Noticeable
Relaxation / Calming = Extremely Noticeable
Sedation = Noticeable
Pain Relief = Noticeable

Toss & washed 100% of my normal dose on an empty stomach. Felt onset within 50 - 60 minutes. Slight body tingling / warmth. Very calming... close to sedation, but not quite. Felt moderate itchiness 90 minutes after dosing. (I don't mind the "Kratom itch" as long as it's not extreme. It's another way to let me know that "it's working".) At about 3 1/2 hours I began to feel some nausea. I ate a small sandwich and it helped. At 4 hours, I felt very sedate... like I could take a nap, but didn't. Duration at this dose was 5+ hours.
Next time I tried this strain at 50% of my "normal" dose, having ate 90 minutes prior. T&W'd this 2.5g dose with Green Tea Ice Tea... I was hoping for energy because I had to mow the lawn. Long story short, the last time I cut my lawn I could only do half of my property. This time... I did everything. Took 2 hours. My energy was sustained nicely during this time period. I felt stiffness and soreness when I finished, but this did not last long. Usually I have aches and pains for the rest of the day / night after completing a task like this. At this "50% dose", duration was only 4-5 hours... No sedation at the end, like with the larger dose. Effects at this smaller dose were more subtle; but very good for a couple hours of "even flowing" sustained activity. Also worth mentioning, something happened early that evening that would have normally easily angered / frustrated me. Not this time. Although I was "annoyed", generally speaking it was like water rolling off of the back of a duck.
Since this is the first strain I'm reviewing from The Greenery, a word about this vendor:
First time ordering from The Greenery. Placed order 10:15 Monday night. Received tracking information less than 8 hours later. Received package Thursday. Packaging was decent. I received everything I ordered. And a 10g sample. Plus a tea ball / infuser (I ordered some teas in addition to Kratom.) A note about their Green Tea Bags: Website says 2oz. (56g) / 32 - 34 tea bags. Mine tea bags, out of the big bag they came in, weighed 60.5 grams, but their were only a total of 23 tea bags. Not going to bother complaining to the vendor because the weight was actually more than what was listed (including tea bags), but they may want to adjust the amount of tea bags listed on their website. Other customers may be expecting approximately 10 more than I received. Had to mention it. But the 10g White Ketapang sample and tea ball were a pleasant surprise. I've used the tea ball a couple times already. Also worth mentioning, as you can see in the picture, the bag of Crushed Leaf Red Maeng Da was not labeled. I knew what it was just by looking at it, but someone new to Kratom might be confused. Maybe?
