Do any of you remember Yogi's kava tea?
That stuff was the bomb. My first interaction with kava and it made me feel great. Unfortunately my local supermarket stopped carrying it. I wonder if it's from the liver damage scare.

I sure do, that's what turned me on to Kava. Now that I'm taking 2 tablespoons of micronized Kalm w Kava .. it makes me wonder how 2 teabags of that tea was so effective. I noticed that my local market is carrying it right now!! I have never tried kava... Should I give this a shot?! How many bags should I use per how much water the first time?? I really thought about buying it yesterday too.....

Yes! Get it, it is actually very effective. Use 2 bags and follow instructions precisely on box. Report back to us! Hope we didn't hype it too much.
