Private Messages not working
Hi, Im new to the forum, and I've gotten several private messages, and the site is telling me I'm not allowed to reply?? Please tell me the rules for being able to use private messages. Thank you.

You need 5 posts to unlock the PM system. It's an anti-spam measure.

seems like it also just kind of encourages useless replies. Like I'm writing this reply right now so I can reply to a DM I received. Not even send someone a new message. They contacted me, but I can only respond after I find enough threads where I can come up with a plausible reason for posting. Like this post that is about to conclude with this period.
