Re: Stem and Vein Recs
While the bag of Stem and Vein I have from Otie's Botanicals is from a few years back, I consider it top notch, and it gives a boost to energy and mood while helping with the pain from inflammation.
Lol, and since my back has been tender since upping my workout schedule, I see posting this as motivation to go and take some. It doesn't hit like regular Kratom does, but I wouldn't want it to.

Re: Stem and Vein Recs
I don't totally understand stem and veins because I thought it was slightly or maybe a lot weaker so one can have a successful t-break without being miserable. I sound like I was born yesterday here because I have never tried a t-break or considered one. A coma will be my t-break.
But. Entheofarm has this unicorn, Haystack. I think it is stem and veins, ground up...but this stuff is phenomenal. That's why I don't exactly know if it is S&V per day, or if this is what the experience is like. I just know I have words for just about everything but none for Haystack. It is unlike anything I've ever had. I don't know what color or strain or whatever. For once I dare not give a turd. I got it as a sample and I forgot it was supposed to be S&V and I nearly burst into flames. You may want to confirm that's what you are looking for, but if this is S&V, I can't imagine anything as good as this. I mean, anything. Also, I have mentioned EF lately but I can't ethically do so without mentioning a code. I am super poor, like poorer than poor, like poor people look at me and go, glad I'm not her, so a 20 percent off is essential. LMK, but I have no idea if Haystack is what you want. It doesn't actually feel like it's doing something with my tolerance, but my frame of reference for stem and veins is positively non-existent. I do know this though, and I'd be a jerkface to gatekeep--why would I? But Ballz, I love you man, but I think you hate EF. It's not dirt cheap. But if I return my seltzer cans, I can swing it and this S&V is out of frickin' control phenomenal.

Re: Stem and Vein Recs
I tried stem and vein from relax remedy with great success for myself. This is an example just used a random unit: if you typically take 3 teaspoons, start with 2 teaspoons plus one s&v. Basically what I read is start with 1/3 subbing s&v and then move to taking out what you normally take. Next week it could be 1 teaspoon normal and 1 s&v. I didn't really need to do this long, I felt it helped quickly but everyone's different.

Your leaf your life has some. I believe they sell just the stem and vein, but I get the breaktime blend. It has hirsuta, javanica and stem and vein in it. It's really helpful for taking breaks.
I also use the mit quick pump from herba reLeaf. I'll use that for a few days to get my powder dose down, then after a few days, I'll switch right to the breaktime blend.
