I’m excited to try the old ass green! I put a order in Saturday and still waiting for my tracking number. Fingers crossed I will get to try this weekend?

they must be ignoring me lol I’ve sent Ashely 3 emails today

she acknowledged she received payment on Saturday and Tuesday she said she would figure it out for me and get it shipped out first thing today. I know there busy but this sucks haha just got my tracking number:)

I have the 5/18 batch of Wild White Kapuas. I thought it was a solid mid-spec White. Didn’t knock my socks off but I still enjoyed it. I probably liked the White Pinoh just a little bit better. The Pinoh seemed to have a little more mood lift. The Wild White blends nicely with the Wild Red Kapuas.

I can’t say that I’ve had the best luck with whites. On that one I Didn’t get much Out of it. I tried it four times so far and it’s just not working for me either get nothing or dizzy. I just burned 4 g of their white strain that I got a sample of and will see how this one does. Whites just might not be for me. My Wife Enjoys it though, She uses occasionally for PMDD.

Yesterday I tried gv2. 1 tablespoon.It was super slow for me, I started my day with it and it kind of drug a little bit. I was way too relaxed To be at work. And if I was at home I would’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. Couch luck for sure. I don’t have very much pain but it seems like that one would provide great pain relief.

Tried the Wild Ass White this A.M. - Very mid-spec and a lot of clarity for the first hour,
then it fell into a pretty heavy, relaxed burn. At the onset, I'd say it would be a great
strain for getting a few things accomplished around the house, then, a couple of hours
of TV or internet. It wasn't at all what I expected, but it was nice. I'll likely add it to my
evening strains!

Has anyone tried the new dark elephant yet? I am loving everything from order yesterday, I blended the red vein 2 with the old green,,it's a great mood lift and anxiety, pain relief, ,I have the dark elephant on the way,along with the red md,,,,so I will find out hopefully by the weekend!

,as far as the whites,I've only tried the old white,I never had a white with so much moodlift, ,the greens have all been mid spec,the old green actually was faster than the white,,I've been working my way through a lot of souls leaf for about 1 month,overall I haven't run across a fast fast one,,if his whites are anything like green,I'll probably order more,,tenaga maybe? If you like your leaf speedier,maybe someone else has some suggestions, ,I have a ton of greens and whites from other vendors I just can't take, they are those speedy ones,,I could blend those with these greens and probably get a perfect blend for those times I need to get stuff done,

Green Bali IMO. Definitely on the slower end of the spectrum but it makes me happy happy. Also, not from soul but I got a green malay from kelimutu kratom that is exactly what you're looking for,

I enjoy a lot green ketapang from acadico, no one talks about them but his stock comes and goes fast. Any one else tried GK from acadico? I really want to see how Soultanic GK will be, i might get some next week. Def a great strain! That's for me.

Green bali is a good one, ,the red bali is good too,,blending them is my favorite now,,you get the euphoric from the green,and the xtra pain relief from red,maybe it has a different type of euphoria, the 2 together,, :

I've tried 2 you listed,,and yea, very good,,oh and yellow bent and vietnam blended with his greens have been good burns too, I will let you know about the red maeng da,,didn't come yet,,,I have gotten delivery before on a Sunday, ,on priority shipping ,so I can hope!

I think it is a bit different, seems to come on slower? Red maeng da is great, ,I'm going to try that one 1st tomorrow, I it was hard to get a good feel for it since I tried the elephant 1st, ,I believe that it will be a good day red I don't know if the other elephant I had was red,,,or slow green?

Red maeng da is green colored, just a tad of brownish green,when compared to the elephant, ,then the red bali is a tad browner than the maeng da,,, I hate to say brown cause they look green, ,lol,,,slightly tanned green, ? They are good, ,

I took the red md this morning, ,it's a day red,,good pain relief, ,,then,I had a dose about 30 minutes ago of green #1, made your way,,whisked up in a cup of hot water, ,it's a goodie,,euphoric, ,mid spec,, ,I like the moodlift in the greens, lately it seems like greens help anxiety more,,anyhow I think I will skip the sunny delight, ,start whisking up my doses in the hot water, ,,

I didn’t get the MD, but a couple of the reds Soul sent me were reddish tinted like they are supposed to be (one looked slightly more artificially colored than the other, but as far as I can tell, legit). Neither were benty brown or fermented looking. I think a lot of indo suppliers just label whatever green as a red. I was surprised when I first ordered from my second vendor (Gaia) to find that all their strains were the same light green color. My first vendor had more authentic product with appropriate coloring differences. The one or two other of soul’s reds I got were just as green colored as any other green. My favorite red from MitraMan is greenish too, so I don’t know that it matters all that much as long as the effects are there.

Herbal hippie, , if you are fan of red maeng da, ,my daughter is,,and it is a good one, she loves it,, I don't have a lot of luck with maeng da, red ones, ,but this one is giving me better effects than others, ive had, i ordered it since it was from a different supplier, along with the elephant. Before that I got the red vein 2 and red bali,,and the order before that was true red jongkong, ,,my favorite is the red bali,,,lol,YES I went on a spree,,the r md does kick out pain, ,it's sort of mid spec,tad faster than the greens,I also got the green maeng da,it's not as slow as super md,,if I blend the 2 together, they seem to compliment each other, same way as green and red bali compliment each other,,

Hey, Oletimer, I'm finding that many of Soultanic's greens are closely akin to many of the reds that have been
effective for me....mainly slow to mid-spec, pain relieving and a bit more euphoric. The Dark Green, Wild Green
Kappuas, Green #5 and Green Saka are all very close to that red effect!

I've also been more than impressed by Soultanic's customer service!

In my last order, the dark elephant was too slow for me and knocked me out & the green Ketapang is perfect all around. The dark green pinoh was kinda in the middle w/ decent mood lift.
MitraMan's red MD is awesome & I'm wondering if Soul's is great too. ???

With that being said, what should I order for my next split?

When you see the reddish brown color its because it has been fermented. Many Indo suppliers sell the fermented ones as reds. A true red vein kratom leaf that has not been fermented is going to be some shade of green.

I think I can usually tell the difference between a fermented looking red tint and a reddish green of a real red vein. Only a few of the many dozens of red strains I have are legit looking unfermented reddish colored. Even then, who knows.

I don’t know why, but I talked myself into ordering more from them since everyone says he has fire leaf and I was underwhelmed by the 4 split kilos I already got. Plus 60 dollars per split kilo is a pretty good price. I want to have a good time with this vendor like everyone else is. So I guess it was a bit of FOMO.

A few months ago when I got two split kilos at 65$ each, the total shipped was 135. Somehow it was the same exact price even though the price per kilo was 5 bucks cheaper. I found that annoying, and her answer was just to tell me how expensive it is to ship that much (which also bugged me). But I’m trying to treat this like a new business.

I think I’m more annoyed that I have spent almost 450 bucks with them so far and haven’t found any fire yet. Hopefully there’s some in this next shipment. If not, I guess I can always trade it away?

So far, the new girl has been nice and enthusiastic. She sounds like she was a customer before becoming a partner. She was helpful in picking out strains. Tbh, I would rather talk to the vendor directly, but he doesn’t use email I guess (which is weird). But I’m keeping an open mind. And I’m going to try a couple strains I already have that she suggested to see if I missed something.

My order got shipped today. I got Chocolate, Old ass Green, Green JK & Wild Red Bentuangie. Looking forward to try it on Wednesday. The price was nice and ashley seems to have good service so it's a good look for me so far. Will post again after trying the strains out.

Okay, late last night I tried the Dark Elephant again. This is from memory, and I am trying to adjust for a third dose of the day - which isn’t totally fair to go by since the third dose isn’t typically very good for me. But this was above average. A bit better than the Dark Elephant I got from Kats, but didn’t last very long.

Potency - 7.5
Euphoria - 7
Relaxation - 5
Anxiety - 6
Mood - 6
Pain - 5

This morning I took Plantation MD. It had pretty much no legs. It also put me in a bad mood. Since it didn’t last long at all, maybe these numbers could be a bit higher at the peak, but it’s extremely average to below average kratom.

Potency - 4
Euphoria - 3
Relaxation - 4
Energy - 1
Anxiety - 3
Mood - 1
Pain - 1

Both of these were recommended by Ashley out of my current collection as the best of what I have. So now I’m pretty worried. She said Soul stands by the PMD. I usually find strains called “plantation” to be pretty mediocre. Most kratom we get is from a farm/plantation, so it’s kinda dumb to call it that. It’s not a selling point, and to me it’s starting to come off as a red flag.

Anyone know if they use DHL? I didn’t get tracking info and DHL just stopped by and left because i was changing a diaper and didn’t come to the door immediately. Ashley stopped communicating with me as soon as I paid, so I don’t even know if they shipped it.

Got my order earlier. Just tried Old Ass Green and it is hitting me pretty damn good. Impressed so far.

Trigger, I think people just react differently to strains. On the discord server I used to be on, people would suggest me these "fire strains" that turned out to be pretty shitty to me. I mean it also could just not be good, but honestly that's why I don't ask the vendors/spokesperson a strain suggestion. I just pick out my favorite colors and hopefully they work well with me.

It is weird though that in the fine print it says if it does not ship withing 48 hours they will notify you keeping you updated but that doesn't seem to be the case.. I mean I sent a reply 3 days later asking for tracking and I got a reply that it had already been shipped, but I am wondering if I hadn't sent the message that I would have even known at all. First time ordering so I'm not 100%

I just asked via email if she had shipped DHL and she replied immediately and said no, but that my package shipped out today and she gave me tracking. It’ll be here Friday. I paid on the 16th, so yeah...

But I know what you mean about strains not working for some and working for others. It’s hard to ignore a bunch of people saying how great a vendor’s leaf is though. I’ve had some great luck taking strain advice from vendors - but I’ve also had terrible luck. Sosa’s didn’t do anything for me, and neither did Liza’s (but she was great and asked her community to suggest things for me based on what I wanted to address).

Ultimately, we have no way to find good leaf besides asking each other and buying a bunch of bunk to get to the good stuff. Kissing frogs, so to speak. I’ll probably end up putting all this Soulistic shit up for sale if I don’t find anything that works.

Ahh that's kind of shitty. If I pay on Sunday I expect it to be shipped next day or at the very latest Tuesday. That's what I've been having trouble with vendors lately, they take many days to ship. I never had that problem last year with discord vendors.

But I don’t usually mind that it takes a day if a small vendor gets super busy. Like a $60/kilo sale.

Larger vendors pre-package things before they sell it. Small operations like this I think don’t even bag into smaller bags until an order is placed. It’s one thing if the vendor does best sealing and labels, but this vendor does sharpie on plastic ziplock bags. So I don’t know. I’m not really impatient. I have lots of kratom to get me by.

But I did place and pay for a few orders on Sunday from different vendors. Four arrived today - Greg’s and Otie’s and Lucky’s this afternoon and SoCal this morning... and then this one on Friday, so...

A bit higher than my usual intake 1. It is 1:00AM so gonna just kick back before bed. 2. I need to take larger doses for Red Veins.

I did not get more Dark grn Pinoh but I did however get 500g a few wks ago and I havent been using it lately a lot but did end up having some of it today at work and the 2 doses I had with it were GREAT!

$450 with Soul - nothing positive to say? How many strains. Man at least a dozen buyers LOVE what he's getting, from top suppliers. I've tried a dozen and MOST have been, at least Very Good - A few average. His Pinoh's are great. Some fantastic burns - its all pretty decent. Diff'rent strokes I guess

The SAME Indo suppliers sold at other vendors.. except Soul (supposedly) gets smaller batch, cream of the crop - I mean its basically same fire type leaf at Kats, RVA (Big Bang), Liza, Johnsons, many others .. certainly not "a bunch of bunk" or Soulistic shit, as you called it

I’ve liked a few things, and have posted more positive reviews than negative. Green Gazoo was good. Nothing so far has been “fire.” If you notice, I said DE was above average and gave decent marks - and even said it was better than the DE I got from Kats. The Plantation was the first one I actually disliked. One or two others were just average or a bit below, but average kratom is fine.

I listed what I got originally, and no one had any comments on what I had. Even Ashley had only limited comments about a couple strains out of 18 (except for saying the samples I received were amazing - and yeah, would have been nice to get more than just samples of the good stuff), and said only that Soul “stands by Plantation MD.” My fault for letting Soul or Regina (whoever packed my order) pick most of my strains. It seems like maybe they just gave me the weakest stuff they had that wasn’t selling as fast rather than the best or most popular strains. Again, this was my fault, but if nothing else it speaks to the quality of customer service and ethics etc...

So I placed another order to see if they could make it right by me, and I selected strains that have been getting good reviews here and had her suggest some. I want to experience what everyone else here is saying about this vendor. I’m not pissing away money just to trash on them. If I was, I wouldn’t have posted positive reviews of the strains I’ve liked.

I don’t know how much I have to purchase from them for my criticisms to be legitimate, but I absolutely don’t understand why everyone is so protective of this vendor. It makes zero sense. It’s the only vendor people aren’t allowed to say they don’t like something about. I can say DGs is overpriced. I can say Mystic sells only dirt now. I can talk shit about Greg’s shitty packaging. I can say that half of the stuff I’ve bought from HRVA is bunk. I can say SOSA has weak reds. I can say that nothing I bought from Liza worked for me. I can call any other vendor a backpacker. But if I say one strain from Soul wasn’t good, someone’s gotta jump down my throat about it.

Is he a make-a-wish kid? Is by dying of cancer? Is he fuckin beetlejuice and if someone says three negative things about him he disappears? Jesus Christ - I’m just not super impressed - get over it. The more grief I get about my opinion on this, the less I like this vendor and experience. So yeah, all this “Soulistic shit” might end up for sale at some point. Or maybe I’ll just mix if all together in a bucket and call it Soul Gold and become a backpacker vendor myself and sell you some.
