During these open events, they get an incredibly high volume of orders, and emails can take 24-72 hours. But they will get to you, you don't have to worry about that :D

On the very first post on the first page of this thread everything is explained about the ordering process and how long it can take and answers to many questions that customers may ask during the event. I know it's a long read but it has all the information. You're good though, don't stress the wait (easier said than done, I know ;) ). TFH will take care of you, and you will be rewarded with some of the best leaf available (at least in my opinion it is the best leaf)

And since this is still only the pre-order stage, if you want to and are able to you'll have plenty of time to make another order (or 2 or 10  ) before the event ends. Hope you're order works out for you. What did you order, if I may ask? If I have tried or already have any of the strains in your order I can give you a brief review of what you have coming??
great Bali of fire A7-IR3
250g 30 wild harvest magic meng da MUK-4SD
250g old fashioned white river harvest RH-T1
250g wild gold Sumpur M5-IRKIN

Hopefully these good choices
Great Bali of Fire - great pain relief, relaxing but not in a sedating way, I find I can take this any time. Slow on-set for me but its main thing I like is the excellent pain relief. I actually prefer this one for blends, which is where it really shines for me

Wild Harvest Maeng Da -- this was is very potent for me! At my normal dose, it had a sedating effect, but lowering my dose made it more energy-neutral. Very well rounded, I feel this one provides a body buzz. Great mood boost and anxiety relief with this strain. Just tricky to get my dose right

Wild Gold Sumpur - a nice mid-slow gold that has solid pain relief and provides a calming, peaceful and content mood for me. I like it best in the evenings, to relax and unwind. What I would call a good "netflix-and-chill" strain

Have not tried the white strain listed but the others are very good choices IMO. If you need pain relief, you chose well :D

Not sure if you tried it, but tweaking your dose for the ones that don't hit might be the key. I've noticed most of them scale well for higher tol people, but even with a high tol, some of them might hit the spot at way lower like 2 or 3g If your avg is like 6. Definitely can be tough. Hope I was some help. I'm still newer and just trying to pay back what was given to me. =) Let me know how they go if you remember in a couple of weeks. I tired Old School Red borneo last night, was pretty solid lower mid for me. It was last of a long day, so I can't give a full spec yet, but I enjoyed it. I'm trying the Jungle Red Hulu tonight, heard that can be a slower one, probably a step above the kali.
The jungle red Hulu is a great upper- mid spec for me gives great mood boost, the grind is coarser which I love.
Thanks LoveRedz, I'll jot that down, there isn't as many reviews for the red hulu, Ill try it on an early afternoon, see how it burns for me. I like coarser too. Do you know why texture burns differently for some?
Not quite sure why they work so good for me but they do and I like when I run into some coarse grinds, I’m pretty sure it’s how my body absorbs it slower but harder yeah I love the jungle red Hulu hope it hits for you like it does for me good luck to you, the coarseness is not that noticeable looks like nano grind but when I mix in water it’s noticeable.

250g Sapphire Samarinda:A-31
250g 30 Year Wild Super Green:IR3
250g Emerald Elephant:AIR-25
250g Green Hangat Suma VSOP:IRCA-7
250g Wild Harvest Magic Maeng Da:MUK-4SD
250g Wild Harvest Green Premium MD:MUK-12SD
250g Wild Gold Sampur:M5-IRKIN
250g NYG Blast Off Bali V3:AZ3
250g Wild Harvest White Indo:MUK-3T1
That is one hell of a great order ;)

250g Lazy Sundae:AC714SD - extremely well-rounded, calming, outstanding pain relief, mellow but not sedating for me, but the perfect in-between balance
250g Old School Red Borneo:MIR-7 - another great pain relieving strain, which for me is a good daytime red as it helps promote wakefulness for me, with a clear and calm (quiet) mind
250g Sapphire Sunda SSV2:A-91NV - Incredible pain relief and mood boost. Melts anxiety and stress and aches away. Not sedating for me
250g Sapphire Samarinda:A-31 - another standout, uplifting and a nice mild energy to it so this is another daytime red for me. Nice feel-good strain with that content/peacefulness effect, and long legs that give me 4-5 hours of pain relief
250g 30 Year Wild Super Green:IR3 - Been a while since I took this one. I remember it being balanced. It got great reviews but I put it away for the time being
250g Emerald Elephant:AIR-25 - a very energetic mood boosting strain for me. On the upper-side of the spectrum. It seems to not get talked about much but I really like this strain. I should note that I mostly use this strain in blends, as I feel it increases the mood boost and energy to any strain I blend it with
250g Green Hangat Suma VSOP:IRCA-7 - one of my favorites! Great high energy and incredible, almost euphoric mood boost (I don't get nor look for euphoric effects for reference)... this one puts a smile on my face every time. For me, high energy, the type that makes me want to clean and also very chatty.
250g Wild Harvest Magic Maeng Da:MUK-4SD - (reviewed in prior post)
250g Wild Harvest Green Premium MD:MUK-12SD - a well rounded, very balanced green that hits on all the aspects of pain relief, energy, stress relief, mood enhancement. Also has long legs and very consistent. Gets amazing reviews for a reason ;)
250g Wild Gold Sampur:M5-IRKIN - (reviewed in prior post)
250g NYG Blast Off Bali V3:AZ3 (Have not tried)
250g Wild Harvest White Indo:MUK-3T1 - (Have not tried)

When you say "netflix and chill", do you mean actually watching netflix and chilling, or do you mean netflix and chill (getting it on)?

THIS!!! I have been scrolling these reviews looking for key information such as mood lift, energy, pain relief and anxiety relief. This information is very helpful to me as I will be ordering blind from TFH for the first time. YES!

I AM SOOO THANKFUL Y'ALL (love from Texas)!! Thanks, for making the open event available to us at Double M, TFH! :P I actually had taken a bit of a break from kratom and decided to peep in today to see if there was any new news on the TFH event and what? YES! It's finally started and I am not late!!! Too cool!

Meanwhile, as asked by Chris and Angie, I have fully read as much as possible to make my order go as smoothly as it can. I am currently looking for reviews on ANY of the batches. For now, I am going to go in blind bc I have read numerous times that most likely all will go well and I don't doubt it. For me, I have little experience with whites and just wish to know more about TFH's white and green strains that are available. I prefer a mood lifting, energetic kratom these days. I would love to hear from those of you that have experience with green, white as well as gold batches etc.
Is there any clear differences between Maengda, Bali and Indo? Or is it just regional information? A little both I am sure! Thanks guys, again I feel blessed to be here. Take care!

So far every single bag i tried produced Mega results, there were few i put to the side and thought it was meh, but once i knocked my tolerance down and became low doser, they were some of the fire bags i had with its own signature, like slow green, or even all his reds god their own magic signature touch.. So far every single bag gave me awesome results, and none put me to lay down from taking to much like some other vendors did, can i say, all of them did the job that kratom suppose to do? Sure some knock out anxiety better then others, reviews are important but if you drop tolerance low i think every single bag takes care of anxiety. All kratom from any vendors dulls out the more you increase and becomes meh. Important to rotate. Dont think anyone can go wrong, especially how well and tight they are sealed.

I was wondering if anyone knew why the reds listed in the menu are named Old School Red Borneo and Old School Red Horn? I really enjoy both and was curious if its named "Old School" because these two reds were more sedative i.e. differ from a daytime red or is it because they are old popular favorites we can rely upon!!?

At some point I would like to read a discussion from TFH as to how certain batches get their names. Are vendors able to name them or do they come pre named by mother nature via regional advice?
I just put an order in and am so excited to see for myself.

I believe Gumby mentions the naming convention, and subjectivity often seen in the industry, in his early video(s). Channel linked at bottom of instructions on pg 1

Anyone else compulsively refresh the menu hoping you don’t see one of your order items availability change before you get the confirmation email? Kinda reminds me of being in Vegas waiting for the dice to land

Its important to note that seeing an item still on the menu does not guarantee that you will receive all of the items you originally ordered. You actually will not know for sure if you received all of the items until your package arrives. Ill paste below the note we include in the confirmation email regarding substitutions.

"Important Information Regarding Sold Out Items - Some items during our community events sell out incredibly fast - sometimes before we can even update the menu appropriately. In the event that one of the items you requested has sold out, we will automatically fill your order with any substitution options you may have provided (when you receive your order, substitution items will have a sticker that says "substitution" to notate they replaced something that was out of stock). If you did not provide any substitution options with your order, please keep an eye on your inbox in the event we need to contact you for replacement options."

We do our best to try and forecast our inventory levels and remove them from the menu accordingly. However, its nearly impossible to do so with great accuracy. There are tons of orders in our inbox we haven't gotten to yet - I never know when somebody went crazy and ordered 5kg of the same batch. We also have to batch our tasks to operate more efficiently - this often means we dont even know we have run out of an item until we are physically packing the order.

Sorry!

You should get a payment confirmation email. I paid yesterday at around noon and got my confirmation, basically acknowledging they received my payment about an hour ago today. They are working through as fast as they can. Your tracking number should be at the bottom of the email you replied to with he payment instructions.

But don’t be worried if the tracking says in preshipment for several more days. They said they are trying to get everything out by the 5th so the tracking may not update to received and in route until next week! Fingers crossed for earlier but I’m not banking on it.

Ive spoken on this a few times in various posts... maybe when life slows down for us I can try to find them. I always tell people not to put too much weight into the name of a batch. With the vast, vast majority of vendors, they are completely meaningless. The Indonesian suppliers literally just write the name of whatever you ordered on the bags before they ship them. Some vendors keep the name that its given as it arrives, some change the name... there are exceptions, but there is rarely a significance.

The exceptions would be if the US vendor is involved directly with production (which is rare), or they rename the batch themselves to try and reflect the spirit of the batch. Whenever possible we do try to have our batch names reflect either the batches' characteristics or origins(for example, the 30-Year Wild batches do actually 30+-year-old trees, etc....). However, we admittedly have batches on our menu that do not really reflect the area of origin. For example, none of our Bali's actually come from Bali and the same is true for nearly every Malay, Vietnam, Thai, etc... (outside some rare circumstances). However, the "NYG's Blast off" part of our "Blast Off Bali" does reflect the characteristics of the batch as determined by consumer testing (NYG's = Not Your Granny's).

Some vendors keep the same batch names with products that come from the same supplier, but due to how kratom is supplied that sometimes won't mean anything either. I know that some of the small-batch vendors who are popular on this forum (Fused Flora, Lucky Herbals, Botanical Bunny, Lonestar, etc) have some consistency in their menu items, so Id imagine that they have a better grasp on their supply chain than most. However, as a vendor, unless you have boots on the ground, you never really do know what it is you are getting.... its just the way it is.

I know its not a very satisfying answer, but it's the truth!

I’m beginning to panic. I placed 2 orders shortly after the event began on Sunday. I received one auto-generated email for the first order. But I didn’t get one for the second order. It’s nearing 72 hours now and I haven’t seen an email for payment for either of my two orders. Now I see that 3 of the strains I really wanted are now limited to 100g. Ugh! Sweating bullets. The magnitude of orders must be huge since I got my orders in within the first 2 hours of the event opening and my orders still haven’t been processed.

Hey brave, can you discuss more on knocking your tolerance down and becoming a low doser? What was your experience?

Sorry!
Not looking good for me then

We are still processing orders from hour 1 of the event, Im very sorry its taking so long. We received an insane amount of orders within the few minutes of opening, it was really unlike anything we could have imagined! We promise we will eventually get to everyone and our goal to have all pre-orders by the 5th is still on track (that may push back for people who order past today). Some items are certainly selling down, so please be sure to include several substitutions. Everything on our menu is in the same general range quality-wise, so don't feel like you are missing out if a batch slips out of your hands. If you do a search for "TFH" on the forum, you will see a common thread is that everyone has a different favorite... you will find yours!

I fell asleep on accident before midnight and sent my email Sunday morning around 10-11am. Now I'm really regretting this as 5 of the item's I wanted are now at 100g only bags. I had no clue they would be running out so quickly, so for my substitutions, I said to just replace it with a 30 year wild red or green, thinking it might happen to one or two options total; not to 5+. So looks like i'll be getting a bunch of 30 year wild red or green :? Guess it's better than nothing!

Thanks for the reply Chris. I sort of guessed you would get slammed at exactly 12:00. I appreciate all the hard work you and Angie put in during these events. My concern is that some of my selections are at 100g-only now and now so are some of my substitutes. What I inadvertently did was list some of the same substitutes on my second order that I requested as part of my first order. So I have no idea how this will turn out until both orders arrive. I wanted to avoid ending up with two nearly identical orders. I really should have selected completely different substitutes for my second order. A completely dumb oversight on my part. Worst case scenario, I’ll just place a 3rd order. :D

That’s sort of what I did. I placed two orders. My substitutes for my first order are the items I ordered on my second order. My substitutes on my second order are the items I ordered on my first order. I’m such a knucklehead sometimes. I’ll just have to wait and see what arrives and likely place a third order if I get too many duplicated from my first 2 orders.

Same. I haven’t gotten my payment email yet... I’m just waiting cause I don’t want to accidentally put myself at the end of the line again. I read the warnings but I’m still not exactly sure how that works. I’m afraid if I send another order email it’s gonna accidentally bump me back. Thoughts? How does this exactly work? Thx guys

Guys...I did the same thing! I placed 2 orders Sunday right after the event began... on the second order I put in my substitutions for the first order cause I didn’t want to miss out. I have no idea what I’m gonna get now...if it’s gonna be a bunch of double substations... and I haven’t gotten any payment emails yet. I’m kind of at a loss and hoping for the best. Being this is my only chance for this leaf it is kind of worrisome. I don’t have any idea what to expect and if I should put yet another order in. I’m sure veteran TFHers are like “just chill everybody”😂”you’ll get what you get and you’ll be happy with it...”

I too haven't received any payment confirmation.
I'm more of a fast strain guy so initially I was thinking maybe I ordered too many reds. Now 3 of the 4 I wanted are down to 100g bags sadly, and now I'm like shit, now ill have too many whites  how the tables have turned.
I was really looking forward to trying the two saphires and lazy sundae oh well, maybe he already "processed" my order but just hasn't sent me payment email.
Not too worried about it.

I still haven't received any information except for the automated generated email, but do not send another order email. Just wait for them to get back to you if you have already submitted your order. According to TFH's instructions on the first page, if you send another order email it will bump you to the back of the line.

Yeah I goofed cause someone was freaking out they forgot to reply to the auto-generated email "attention order" so I went back and skimmed it and sure enough it said that and I impulsively replied "attention order." Had i read it carefully you are only supposed to do that if you're already an existing tfh member, not if you're just participating in the event. So I problanly just bumped myself to the back of the line. Oops

Dang that sucks. That part was easy to overlook. I overlooked it at first and didnt realize it was for already existing customers but i read that thing like 10 times before i placed my order. I had 2 emails locked n loaded with scheduled send off and sent them off around 1am and then 2 days later emailed them but i created an separate email from scratch to see if they had gotten my orders because even though i sent 2 i only got 1 automated email back which i thought was weird. Im still waiting patiently now because i dont want to piss them off lmao im sure everything will be fine. Im excited to try this leaf everyone talks about!

Hey everyone - we are still on emails from the first hours of the event, so people can rest assured that we just haven't gotten to them yet. Regarding 2nd emails - you are free to send as many emails as you want, just dont do it on the same email thread. Sending on the same email thread will bump you to the back of the line because of how our inbox is organized.

We only recommend sending a follow-up email if for some reason you believe we skipped your order. Being we are still processing emails from hour 1 of the event, I don't think anyone has to worry about that just yet. :D

At any rate, please dont worry about making us mad with follow-up emails. If we were to get annoyed by a customer sending us a follow-up email, we wouldn't deserve to be doing what we are doing. We are here to serve, and we do so happily!
