Customer experience- 5/5. roel, the owner is great. I needed special packing instructions which he followed to tee. Somehow I placed the order 3x and literally 4 mins later I get a phone call from roel asking if I meant to do that.

Shipping/delivery- 5/5. Ordered Friday at 6:45pm, shipped Saturday, arrived Tuesday. Like I said, I needed special shipment instructions and they were followed

What I’d like improved- some type of stock alert, as stock seems to be a problem. 30g or 1oz bags. As you’ll see later I didn’t really like the green but I’m stuck with 100g and I want to try 2 other greens but don’t want to order 200gs.

My order- 100g green, red and white Hulu
The white and red are phenomenal. 5/5 and they are exactly what you’d read. The white was more awake and the red was more sedating. Personally I much prefer the red but I can see how that would be personal. The green wasn’t good at all to me. 2.5/5. I just didn’t like it. I am curious if I’d like green MD or super green but to my earlier point, I’m not ordering 200g just to find out.

Preparation- 1/2 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon black tea placed in a disposable teabag, steeped for 10 mins in 195 degree water

The green Hulu is garbage. I was disappointed as soon as i opened the packaging. Very dull, greyish brown, dusty looking powder. There's absolutely no color at all. I still have some of their green MD. That one is very vibrant and fresh looking.
