Has anybody tried NDK (New Dawn Kratom)?
I tried them at the beginning of the year and it was just barely okay. The GMD 01-08-21 (083120) 500g was a short burn at about a 6.5 with moderate euphoria.
The RMD 02-04-21 (010721) 500g was worse. It almost seemed if it had a pink/red colorant added to it and it burns quick with very little effect on pain or euphoria.
I've been using K for relief since about 2015 and this was not what I heard it would be.
Has anybody had anything since or better from NDK?

Well you didn't hear it here.. ive never heard of em'
Ive Recently purchased yellow Vietnam and green Borneo. The yellow Vietnam is great and smooth but the green Borneo takes aRound 150% of my normal dose to hit good.
Probably just cheap quick moving Kratom. Great customer service though

I’ve been using their leaf since March and I’ve had good experiences with 4 of their strains in particular, and their customer service is awesome.
I recommend their Red Horn, Red Hulu, White Maeng Da and Green Thai. Those have all been solid thus far.

So I have tried their yellow Vietnam and green MD. The yellow Vietnam isn't bad. Just really mild. But I didn't really feel anything off of the GMD. But can't really complain too much because they gave me the 250g of GMD for free, but yea I haven't tried others from there. Once I found double m & learned about small batch vendors, my kratom experience has improved so much!

Having researched NDK in depth, I can say that this is not a new kratom vendor—I think they're a new branch from some big company (my tentative guess is that they are affiliated with Kratom Crazy). They're definitely well-connected. They were already listed as one of the "best kratom vendors" in articles before they were even open for a full month!!! Someone had money and know-how to get guest posts...
I think they pulled a bait-and-switch to become established; they offered fresh product and then just started dumping old kratom on their loyal fanbase. They initially shocked customers with their price and quality, then quickly dwindled in quality after securing their spot on multiple "best kratom vendor" lists. They also relied on Reddit to market their product. You can read more about it on this review.

I third that! I wasted a bunch of money on new dawn, its super weak.
they started out good but during the summer took a turn in the wrong direction in which they will never recover. the best thing for Vladimir to do is change suppliers and re brand, and change his name.
last samples i had tasted like cough syrup and some as so bad looking and tasting that i didn’t feel comfortable giving away the bags he sent me but they them out
Just thought I'd drop a mini review of a NDK strain. I've been reading some mixed reviews about this vendor but for the reasonable prices I thought I'd give them a try. They seem to be a bulk vendor and I try to stick with small batch vendors but what the heck, it was pay day week. I ordered Green Horn and Red Maeng Da and they arrived today- 3 days delivery time. I put a request in for a free sample of the White Malay but didn't get one. I tried the Green Horn about 2 hours ago and its pretty potent- pretty fast and good body feel. I burned 3.5 grams up from my usual 2.5 as I wanted to give it a good shot. This green is definitely strong and I should have stayed with my normal dose. I'll back off when I try the Red Maeng Da. The powders are typically ground- fine grind and reasonably green- not as green as the MitraMan, Taunton Bay, Okie's, Liza's or Crisp that I'm used to but not bad. Good nose scent as well. I wish I could try smaller bag sizes like a 100g bag but 250g is the smallest they offer but again for the price, I'm not complaining. The Green Horn is certainly not bunk or disappointing like I thought it might be and I'll probably try a Gold variety next. I'm happy sticking with my small batch vendors but as always, it was fun to give a new vendor a try.
Okay. About 3+ hours later. Still buzzing on the Green Horn. This is an example of how strain color doesn't always determine how it feels. This is what a strong white would be billed as- energetic and buzzy. Not really my jam but not unpleasant either. I prefer a much slower feel. Now I have 250g of this very effective strain but not sure if I'm going to use it much. Again, its just not what I want in a kratom burn. For people who like the "idea" of what whites are supposed to be like, this would be right up their alley. Anyway, just wanted to check in again and say hey! Maybe its the Horn lift that's got me so motivated.
