Little background on me- I’ve been in the kratom game for many years and have tried over 30 vendors - some were ok but the rest were horrible ( even ones that were highly recommended)

I stumbled upon a new vendor, CRISP Kratom, who doesn’t get involved with all the BS marketing ploys like crazy strain names - as a matter of fact, if you check his website out he has articles that show you the color of the leaf makes no difference to the quality- it’s either good leaf or it isn’t. This is why he sells his kratom with just their lot # that has been thoroughly lab tested

I highly recommend their sampler, in which the box looks like an iPhone box from Apple- just makes you feel like your dealing with something legit. And it was.

They're good. Just above average. I personally think Crisps quality has gone down since they've gotten more popular for sure. I first found them by accident last year when I got a sample in an order from a Kratom nursery. Definitely was the best Kratom in terms of quality and taste texture. It was quality you can see.

Dang their Kratom was very bright green almost staining the bag, had a pinch of a sweet smell and taste and quite potent even with tolerance. I was telling everyone about them then but no one really cared. I'm happy to finally see them catching on in the community though.

Crisp tries to present themselves as a no-gimmick vendor but really that is their gimmick lol.

I placed an order through them a few weeks ago, and honestly, after doing some comparisons between multiple vendors over the last few weeks, they're the biggest disappointment of the bunch.

My experience was not only extremely underwhelming, but honestly, I feel like I totally got ripped off.
I paid $25 for a sample box, ''the best they've got'', and instead of sending me the batches they had advertised in the description, they sent me 2 packs of their lowest rated batch, and a pack of a batch that they didn't even have listed on their site. When I reached out, they gave me the runaround of ''we're sold out of the best batch'' - okay, sooooo update your listings? That's what every other company does...

The other two packs were okay, I guess, but what really did them in was when I tried to contact the owner directly to ask about this as well as inquire about payment (they expect you to send a Messenger payment to some random Facebook account), and he straight up blocked me - indicating that they knew exactly what they did, that it was wrong, and they had 0 intention of making it right.

I essentially spent $30 for their least effective batch, and three big disappointments. The only silver lining is that I have the tins to carry my daily doses in, but that doesn't make it worth it to me.

The reality is that any company that proclaims themselves to be ''the greatest'', is definitely never going to be the greatest.
Don't let them get you with the ''best quality'' gimmick either - that's all it is; a gimmick.

I hate when owners do that too! I would never purchase from that company just based on the way he interacted with people questioning him on a fb review. He was so aggressive and obnoxious!!

The kratom was really heavy feeling and I got nauseous and had to sleep it off. That was for all of the batches In the sample box and one two were a double of the same. The labs were from over a year ago so hopefully the storage was good and they aren’t moldy now. I would never purchase again.

i tried all 5 samples 1 sample was good the other 4 was below average . Good thing that i ordered only sample pack LOL . You know am kratom hoarder

Those containers have no name but have number ck 120920000103 was good for me but very short legs
