Hudson Valley Botanicals (Garuda Kratom) 3 strains

First up is the 'Wild White', which I won in a contest here a few months back. It definitely seems like a white, more energy/focus than anything else, lasts a decent while, hits medium-fast, and is medium-strong. Overall a solid white, not a must have, but a good one to fill out a split kilo with.

Super MD and Green Aceh, both of which I purchased before winning the contest. The Super MD was/is pretty strong, like above average strength, never had a bad burn with it, and the effects seem pretty middle of the road - a little of everything from pain relief to focus. I would buy this one again. Green Aceh was another winner, a solid+ green that delivers nearly every single time I have some. Again, pretty middle of the road effect-wise, and I mean that in a good way - since that's what I want in a green, but very consistent and a solid contender given that it lasts a while and is medium+ strong. I would probably also grab another 250g of Green Aceh in a split kilo.

I wouldn't pick any of these 3 if you specifically want to mellow out/relax/chill, there are better strains for that, these are more for someone who wants a little of everything and wants it to be consistent. If I recall, the price was totally fair in the normal under $90 range for a 4-way split kilo, and the delivery was prompt. I just wanted to review some decent kratom that maybe gets overlooked around here, since the main sellers I've heard about the past year or so are the indie guys - who are mostly great of course, I like their stuff too.

Hey, thanks for reading it. And yeah, I posted it because I figured why not, I hadn't seen much mention of them around here, yet their kratom is good, plus they do some nice little raffle/give-aways on MM here. Plus I've seen people review more obscure 'brands' before, so again - why not ha-ha.

You are correct of course, but that was kind of my point - despite that, and them being around for a while, I hardly ever see any reviews for their kratom compared to the top 5-6 indie vendors who I see a new review for every single week. I'm not saying they are better, just saying their kratom was pretty good, the prices are fair-market-value, and I have tried about 1/2 the big-name indie vendors on MM here to compare.

Double MM is the BEST kratom Forum online... And also a place for Indie, or "Pop-up" no-name vendors, . Newbie vendors, Chat room, un-proven, back-pack and 1st Timer vendors, et cetera. Which is great, for them!

We all go back to Dgold's Reddit Vendor List ( LINK January 2017 ) "No Popups" RULE. Every other Kratom forum online, also has a Vetted List / No popups rule... All the Facebook groups have a Vetted list. No discussion or selling allowed, for non Vetted "vendors". This keeps reviews focused... Good proven vendors supported... Less confusing for new people. And helps to eliminate the Shill problem, no-name accounts who post a fake "review" then disappear.

When MM was started, E. and mods were nice enough to incorporate the Saidit' LINK Vendor List, which had gotten banned... we moved to Saidit.net (not Reddit!) and, there was hope 3 years ago that Saidit would develop its' own community... well, that never happened. MeWe also was started 3 years ago, and the Doublem sub on MeWe went down, but the connection has persisted - Although MeWe in 2021 has been like a ghost town...

I have Wild Green, Super Green, Jong Kong and Green OV in my rotation and it is good green Kratom, all from 2020.
I have reordered the Super Green and Hudson Valley (Garuda) communicates well, ships promptly and has a decent webpage

I'm going to leave a Hudson Valley mega-review here soon. I really do like their kratom and have been able to try a large variety of their strains. I'm burning some right now in fact lol. The White Jong Kong is awesome.

This brings up another point. I'm going to start reviewing a lot of the kratom that I don't review. And I bet you're asking, "why don't you write reviews, e?" Well, I don't really write reviews because as the owner of the forum I feel they would seem like they're endorsements and not reviews. But I promise you, they will be honest reviews. I have been able to try so much great kratom over the years, but always been hesitant to review for the reason mentioned.
