Mitraman Review (Highly Recommended)
I just wanted to do my part and let everybody know impressed i have been with Mitraman. I have used multiple small batch vendors and Mitraman is hands down been the best in almost all aspects. The leaf is consistently good even when its not season. The quality is always above average and the customer service is second to none. I have taken kratom for over 5 years now and have had great experiences and great leaf from a handful of vendors but in my experience Mitraman has been the best across the board. I used to go through SOSA so if anyone was a regular buyer from SOSA and is looking for a solid vendor with the same great quality i reccomend MM. As far as strains go you cant go wrong but my list consists of Super Green, Yellow MD, Green Thai, Green JK, Green Batak, Red Horn. Those are all 8/10 or better. Orders are usually shipped the next day and they will stay in touch and reply in a timely manner if there is any issues and i appreciate that. Hope i could help. I dose 5-7 gram doses twice a day.

Re: Mitraman Review (Highly Recommended)
I have only ordered from MitraMan once, the quality was good, and actually I need to revisit it to get a solid educated opinion. I traded some with some seasoned leafers and they said the yellow MD in particular is 'excellent.'
MM is on mewe and is friendly and lets me hang out in his chat. He gets a lot of love here on doubleM.

Adding yet more love for MitraMan! It's been a bad couple of days pain-wise, and his White Sibau totally obliterated it for nigh on 8 hours before I started to feel it again. Had some of the Spring Bloom this morning (which, iirc, is a blend of several greens and whites that also includes White Sibau), and that performed similarly well. Very happy with MitraMan's stuff.
EDIT to add the disclaimer that a good white will work phenomenally well for me and this is probably not indicative of the experience you should expect to have with it - but it IS very well loved by everyone I've spoken to who's also tried it.

Definitely agree and I'm glad I saw this because it reminded me that I also need to leave a glowing review for MM

Thanks for this so much!! I’m working on a reorder and this is exactly the info I need. I’ve used this company for several years (3-4?) and love his product and great customer service and super fast shipping!Sanbutsushin wrote: ↑Sun Apr 18, 2021 5:17 pm Adding yet more love for MitraMan! I also must say it is time I review Mitra Man as well, their are quite a few of his offerings that I absolutely love. I may do a purchase from his April menu first though, may be some additional info to add.

I had a pleasant ordering experience myself. First time customer so i got the discount with a split kilo costing 76 with shipping. They threw in some bonus stuff too. Im going to review the strains as soon as i get a minute. Been helpful recovering from surgery pain.
I got white sibau too. im going see how that one treats pain.

I ordered four different varieties from MitraMan- white sibau (pretty good!) and three unmemorable (for me) strains that I'll put on the trading post when I join- PMD, red horn, and red elephant. They were ok, but I'd be surprised to learn that they're not just repackaged bulk kratom from the mass importers.
Not like Denette's awesome leaf, and now TFH's remarkably superb leaf.
I would order from MitraMan again if I had to. But I'd definitely go for Botanical Bunny before that. Even Socal's red Sulawesi (or first to coaster whatever they rebranded themselves as).

Oof, that's a bummer. Red Horn and Red Elephant were pretty great for me; if I hadn't already blown my kratom budget so thoroughly I would offer to buy them from you, lol. Just another example of how kratom that's great for one person can be "meh" for another I suppose.gramblor wrote: ↑Fri May 07, 2021 12:30 am I ordered four different varieties from MitraMan- white sibau (pretty good!) and three unmemorable (for me) strains that I'll put on the trading post when I join- PMD, red horn, and red elephant. Hm, did you try adjusted dosages and all the normal things decreasing time between dosing, sometimes it’s just not meaning and in a month it will. I have the last two red elephants and it’s solid for me, and I burn a lot of D and TFH, MM is a solid vendor.gramblor wrote: ↑Fri May 07, 2021 12:30 am I ordered four different varieties from MitraMan- white sibau (pretty good!) and three unmemorable (for me) strains that I'll put on the trading post when I join- PMD, red horn, and red elephant. If you have tried all the usual Kratom things, and it still not hitting for you , reach out to him. I know when I’m burning a lot of one vendor and switch it up, sometimes my body needs a minute to switch over.

Agreed^
Some vendors will hit first try
Some of the best gotta grow on you, it’s annoying but yeah. Sometimes just adding a couple gs to whatever other type that DOES hit well for you makes it warm up to tour body more. At least for me. Sometimes a flav won’t hit right until I use a small bit of it with some other shet

Just placed another order with MM. I've only ordered one time before and that was well over 1.5 years ago. Last order was good, but wasn't good enough for a second order since. But based on their high recommendations and mad love on these boards, I'm giving them another go now. Just ordered:
White Sibau - seems popular
Green Malay - was a stand out from my order last time
Super Green - also seems super popular
Yellow MD - just a random toss at the dart board.
I'll update with results when I have them!

You raise some good points. I think the issues I'm simply comparing it to vastly superior leaf (at least the effects have been far superior for my personal chemistry from those two others I mentioned.)Luvndpeace wrote: ↑Tue May 25, 2021 8:04 pmHm, did you try adjusted dosages and all the normal things decreasing time between dosing, sometimes it’s just not meaning and in a month it will. with mitra man its slightly diffreretn, like green thai i left it to th side because i didnt feel much. but decided to use later and noticed best clean very social personality talking to everyone 2 hours down the road and still going on a 4 hour. Sometimes you learn to appreciate certain batch through time. Those who going all for fire are missing tons of details and gualitys certain batches have. By the way that was last year green thai not sure about how i is right now.

Agreed, once I stopped expecting a knock out from every strain, I started to notice the beauty in so many I thought were weak or didn't mesh. I think Lazy sundae is a great example of that. I enjoyed it for many more reasons than it being super slow like some expected. The incredibly mood lift I got from it - it just gave a super special feeling that was very unique and enjoyable. Many missed that when they expected it to knock them on their assesbrave777 wrote: ↑Sat May 29, 2021 12:57 pm with mitra man its slightly diffreretn, like green thai i left it to th side because i didnt feel much. but decided to use later and noticed best clean very social personality talking to everyone 2 hours down the road and still going on a 4 hour. Add on the fact that if you are constantly burning potent leaf, diminishing returns will occur, and it will be much harder to get your normal burns from your regular leaf rotation. I know many people that have specific stash's that are much more potent, but they will not use them more than once a week or so. They say if they burn it more than one, the next 2-3 days of burns will be misses.

agreed. Sometimes i just feel people missing out on many good batchs by ruining with some potent one , even the potent they hardly feel it later. I think its best to take at least 24 hour break between rotation to enjoy true magicks. Like the red muna from TFH, make me enjoy the music like nothing one batch ever before. Very nice head sweet calm clean music to what ever your listening. If any one got the Red muna from TFH, please confirm the music aspect. I think if someone said good thing about any batch, its not only hiting thw sweet sot, it is actually above average as long as you hot the same sweet spot or similar by taking a short T break.Luvndpeace wrote: ↑Sat May 29, 2021 6:00 pmAgreed, once I stopped expecting a knock out from every strain, I started to notice the beauty in so many I thought were weak or didn't mesh. *Shrug* just my experience. I found the harsh, coarse grind of MM's leaf negatively impacts my experience vs the pillowy, angelic grind of both TFH & Denette's leaf. I'm still fairly sure it's repackaged wholesale. But I guess without an answer from MM himself we can have only conjecture.GreatIAm33 wrote: ↑Sat May 29, 2021 7:11 amYou're in the minority on that one. Can I ask where that idea comes from though? Is it because it's not as potent as you expected or...? Because that's kind of a big accusation to throw at a well-known small-batch vendor.

Well, I'd only just become familiar with what I now consider to be another level of leaf (as I've been repeating ad nauseam that's from TFH & Denette so far, with the difference being the overall experience is far, far cleaner grind is pillowy and cloudlike, etc, etc), so I just began equating that level of quality with artisanal kratom. Having used kratom for many, many years, what I've received from almost every other vendor- not just MM- is so similar across the board that is just much easier for me to believe getting true artisanal kratom is, as it would appear, a very rare, much-guarded treat.Sanbutsushin wrote: ↑Sun May 30, 2021 8:16 pmCan I ask where that idea comes from though? Otherwise other vendors would be private members-only vendors instead of the ones that are being so and the ones that aren't not being so.
But again, I'm not trying to harm a guy's business I just like to be as forthright and completely transparent with my 100% honest chew for myself reviews as I can. I really liked MM's white Subway.

Re: Mitraman Review (Highly Recommended)
My $0.02 is that different grind is intentional and does not reflect lower quality. A nano type grind will hit faster for me, with shorter legs. A coarser grind will take its time with longer legs. This makes sense in the same way an extended release medicine works in a toss and wash situation, probably not the case with brewed tea.
My MM collection varies in grind - the green Malay and Batak finer, along with some reds (horn off hand) and yellow Sunda a bit coarser as I recall. I have probably 15 MM strains and think they run the gamut from fine to semi coarse.
About half the TFH I have I consider coarser grind. D615 does generally tend to be on the bright, fresh and fluffier side with a super fine grind (bones a little less fine IMO, but entirely awesome)

You have good points! I agree with you on those.Greyhound/10 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 02, 2021 5:47 pm My $0.02 is that different grind is intentional and does not reflect lower quality.

Definitely no bulk domestic wholesale leaf in my stock. Man it would be so much easier if that were the case lol. I haven't been on here in a while but I feel the need to send you some recent samples and change your mindgramblor wrote: ↑Sun May 30, 2021 3:50 pm*Shrug* just my experience. I'm definitely enjoying Mitraman's leaf and that's while I'm switching between TFH, Denette, BB, etc. I definitely don't think it's just repackaged wholesale. But leaf can be weird with everyone so idkgramblor wrote: ↑Fri May 07, 2021 12:30 am I ordered four different varieties from MitraMan- white sibau (pretty good!) and three unmemorable (for me) strains that I'll put on the trading post when I join- PMD, red horn, and red elephant.
While I'm here, just a quick note that my site is changing in a few days, for the better. I finally won't have to enter orders manually because there will be an actual shopping cart (no more order form!). It's going to allow me to ship product out much faster, have more payment options, and spend more time working with suppliers to refine harvest and drying. I'm pretty freakin excited about it
We sell only Premium small batch leaf, every batch is tested for quality before release. To place an order, visit our site at https://mitraman.com/menu/

Thank you for your thoughtful reply! I'm sorry my experience led me to mistakenly make assumptions about your leaf. There's no need to send my samples- I'll happily order again! I apologize for voicing my thoughts as I did and appreciate you sharing your process.

You're in the minority on that one. I'm definitely enjoying Mitraman's leaf and that's while I'm switching between TFH, Denette, BB, etc. I definitely don't think it's just repackaged wholesale. But leaf can be weird with everyone so idkEvery batch is different, sounds like you got some that didn't agree with you, but I'm confident I can change your mind. Regarding grind, the PMD can be less than fine grind sometimes, but Red Elephant and Red horn are standard micro grind. If the ones you got were actually coarse grind then something went wrong somewhere. There's never been a coarse grind batch of those, or anything else from that supplier. Both have a late onset...45 mins to an hour for me personally. But honestly they're among the top 5 sellers and lots of seasoned veterans love them. But it's a fickle leaf, hey might not be for you
Or maybe you're used to nano grind? I tried introducing nano grind and honestly most of my customers said they preferred micro. I did a poll on my MeWe group and I think 90% said they preferred micro to nano. Some of the best batches I've ever had were coarse grind. Anyway, send me an email, I'll take care of you. I'll send you some samples and I'm sure we'll find something up your alley.
