Yeah I goofed cause someone was freaking out they forgot to reply to the auto-generated email "attention order" so I went back and skimmed it and sure enough it said that and I impulsively replied "attention order." Had i read it carefully you are only supposed to do that if you're already an existing tfh member, not if you're just participating in the event. So I problanly just bumped myself to the back of the line. Oops

Hey everyone - we are still on emails from the first hours of the event, so people can rest assured that we just haven't gotten to them yet. Regarding 2nd emails - you are free to send as many emails as you want, just dont do it on the same email thread. Sending on the same email thread will bump you to the back of the line because of how our inbox is organized.

We only recommend sending a follow-up email if for some reason you believe we skipped your order. Being we are still processing emails from hour 1 of the event, I don't think anyone has to worry about that just yet.

At any rate, please dont worry about making us mad with follow-up emails. If we were to get annoyed by a customer sending us a follow-up email, we wouldn't deserve to be doing what we are doing. We are here to serve, and we do so happily!

Excellent. Ok that makes me feel a bit better. I sent my first email at 12:30am Sunday and since I had insomnia I sent a second order at 2am...I was afraid I got bumped back because of that but it wasnt on the same email thread (It was a fresh email). Anywooo, I’m sure you all are doing your very best to meet everyone’s needs and expectations & I surely appreciate that. I’m on the edge of my seat just like everyone else involved in this whirlwind event. I do think it’s kind of funny tho, the amount of forum attention & low key stress this is causing everyone is pretty epic. It’s indicative of TFH’s supreme quality & fine marketing ability. I am not picky with what I get so I am not worried about something running out. Take your time! I am actually using now to take a break until your stuff comes in that way I have a "clean palette". I’m fixin to put together a 3rd order. If I can get some recommendations, in your opinion, what is the slowest most sleepiest “Sheriff of Noddingham” strain on the current menu?

I’m also looking to grab some crushed leaf. Does anyone have a preference of the two strains that are remaining? Green MD or TFH Blend? Can anyone describe what you like most about either of the two crushed strains?

I was one of those people who submitted an order at midnight and I just heard back from TFH last night. He has been inundated with orders, apparently the hype has caught up with him, but I can tell you from my emails with him he is still pushing through. I am sure it is only a matter of shear volume, nothing more nothing less. I submitted multiple orders and he even acknowledged that. He does not appear to be overlooking anything so just be patient it will be your turn soon.

I can second Bubbas response. I ordered at midnight and received my reply Tuesday, and tracking updated yesterday. They are working hard to get to everyone and still provide the excellent service and quality they’re known for.

Each one of there leaf has lovers on this forum, if you end up with abundance of a leaf or by chance you end up with something that doesn’t hit - there will be someone on the TP who will want it!

I'm just now reading this and learning that I was not supposed to respond to the automated email. I've been waiting for the opportunity to order for months, and obsessively checking email all week since submitting 2 orders. Spent hours putting together notes to make sure I ordered correctly. Now I'm not sure how I feel.

You are good, they will get to you, they had masses of orders in the first hour alone, they are pros and you will get a response. They are prepped for a three week event, with plenty of stock. There are only so many orders they can process a day, but they will get to them all. They are friendly and offer amazing service. If you want to place another order feel free to send a separate one, just make sure you have plenty of substitutions that you are good with, and you’re good!

TFH is beyond professional and simply swamped with orders.

You will all get your leaf....SERIOUSLY. They can run out of a strain or two but you will all get your orders filled.

If you followed directions and sent substitutions in case is stock outs, then you will even get complete orders.

Again, no need sweating this out as these folks are THE BEST in the business....period.

They are just THAT good, and overwhelmed atm.

I would love to know this too - white 391, white 412, Green 393 (and green 389 was also excellent for me). Kalie - seems likely we got the same tester batch; those whites were really dialed in!

Greyhound- I am a green/red girl all the way but those whites are special!!! Two in particular were very very potent! One of the whites behaved more like a green for me. White 401 was quite possibly the more potent leaf I have ever had. I dialed it down to 0.5g and it was still too strong for me! But I am interested in purchasing 2 other tester whites.

Chris is right! I had both and it is definitely a good one! I remember a faster start with a nice slow finish.

I'm curious if the white 399 ended up on the menu, It had almost a gold tint and I wasn't feeling great the day I tested it, but It was actually pretty relaxing. It had great feels, but couldn't tell if it was just because I was sick.

The White and Green 401 were the absolute standouts when I tested for you. Knowing now that they are the same it makes sense lol. They are definitely on my list to purchase, amongst a couple others, from being a tester!
