If you like red blends, try the Ruby or the Mystic Vampire.

If you just want a plain unblended red, the Red Bali is great.

This. Ruby is my favorite from them. Also, Big red one as far as red blends go. The bentuangie is also very good. Unfortunately I don’t think they are carrying any of these right now.

Big Red One
Vampire
Poseidon’s Trident
Red Vietnam
Red Bali


All of those give me great effects.
A lot of people love Mermaid, but it doesn’t do much for me unless i mix it with something else. Same with Ruby and Red Thai.

I've heard that too, that it's great in blends and kinda meh on its own. What do you normally mix it with? I got a 75g bag of it months ago and never got around to trying it because I couldn't think what to mix it with. So if you have any winning ideas here, lay 'em on me bro. I got a bag of Mermaid sitting here waiting for exactly that.

I've mixed it with Phatcracker to slow it down some. Mixed with Green Vietnam and that was pretty euphoric. Mixed with some of the other reds seems to strengthen them. I think the customer blend "Poseidon Trident" is just Mermaid and Ruby but of course I don't know the proportions. I haven't tried it yet, but I think Mermaid and White Bali would be a good mix. (I had some of Mystics Vampire mixed with Greg's Botanicals White Indo Kali and it was incredible) I also want to try it (Mermaid) mixed with one of the yellows like Thai or Kapuas. I'll let u know how they turn out when I remember to try them. Btw - thnx for reminding me. I need to make a list - I've got a lot I need to try but I keep buying new strains Lol!

HA!...Been using these for a while...I have a BUNCH of them...I find myself grabbing these out of the drawer for most anything I need a spoon for...they are my favorite spoon...Yes, I have a favorite SPOON, haha...

The Mermaid/Green Vietnam and Mermaid/White Bali sound great, and I have them on hand. I might even do the Mermaid/Green Vietnam tonight, since it would work as an evening blend for me. Thanks man, really appreciate the info!

just recieved a 3 kilo order for 174 total including shipping which was free i might add. i used the 4way code to drop it from 183 to 174.

I ordered yellow thai, green Vietnam, and white maeng da. I noticed the sealer used to package these have dates imprinted on the seal which i never realized til now. mine say 10 of 2017.

If you have dates as well please let us know k. im curious how often the batches are made, and if it differes per size since some sell more often than others ya know.

You got me curious and luckily I have one unopened sample of MI's White Borneo (I always cut off and discard the "sealer" on the bags). So I also have "10.01.2017" indented into the top portion of the bag at the seal. However, on the back of the bag the following is printed: MIK18 - 39RMSEP. My guess would be that the info printed on the back pertains to batch date (in this case September of 2018, MIK would be Mystic Island Kratoms, not sure on 39RM - maybe their vendor) while the indentation of "10.01.2017" is either the date of the bag manufacture or a stamp provided by the sealing machine that hasn't been adjusted since 10/01/2017. I'm wondering if you have any printed info on the back of your bag as well.
