It's always worth the wait with TFH but hopefully you get your's quicker than I did (same for everyone else ordering). Shipping is a mess right now, but those Elephant Kali strains are very very good. The Kampung's are the real standouts!!!!

Re: TFH - Now Accepting Pre-Orders - Texas Family Harvest
I just got my order & I am really surprised. I figured his current stock was what was left over from the last sale that nobody wanted. In fact, I almost didn't order anything for that specific reason. At the last minute I changed my mind because my experience has been that if everyone else likes it, I probably won't. So I ordered 4 strains I knew nothing about. I was expecting them to be duds. HOLY C@&P! Mr. Gumby, you've outdone yourself. The first 2 I've tried are in the top 4 strains ever for me. No, I'm not naming them. They probably wouldn't work for you anyway. Take a chance - order something new to you. I can't wait to try my other 2 strains!

Re: TFH - Now Accepting Pre-Orders - Texas Family Harvest
Viper... Every TFH strain I've tried takes 1 hour before it kicks in. It's very consistent & strange. Every other vendor's strains take 10 - 45 minutes to kick in. So the TFH strains sneak up on you right when you figure it's a dud. TFH strains also have a unique quality. When you dump a dose into hot water & stir, it has a creamy color, kind of a white creamer color to it. My son freaked out first time he tried one & thought there was something wrong with it.
I don't want to name the strains at this point. There's a lot of frantic ordering going on right now. But I will say the best one took an hour & a half to kick in on an empty stomach & I assumed it wasn't working for me. I was listening to the radio & all of a sudden I realized my mind was dreaming while I was awake & my face was numb. That lasted for about 6 hours. Pretty darn impressive.

Re: TFH - Now Accepting Pre-Orders - Texas Family Harvest
I’ve ordered quite a few times this year during these Double M open sale events. I think I tried about 25 strains. Not a single one was dud. Very impressive indeed. All had their own and varying great qualities. So mixing strains together can get interesting. But most stand really well on their own. I was just curious to know if I may have tried any of the 4 strains you chose.pray4peace4 wrote:Viper... Every TFH strain I've tried takes 1 hour before it kicks in. It's very consistent & strange. Always a trip to see your thoughts on someone else's comment. I was just telling another TFH groupie that his strains take an hour to feel which is so different compared to the 10 minutes I'm used to. And they're so strong you REALLY don't want to take anymore (thinking you need to) before then.pray4peace4 wrote:Viper... Every TFH strain I've tried takes 1 hour before it kicks in. My order landed at Denver this morning....usually means a next-day delivery since I'm so close. Maybe the Texas facilities have gotten back in the swing of things re: processing? Hoping everyones' luck is as good. Wishing I had ordered the Sapphire, now...the usual lament.

Nice mine originally said it was on time to be delivered today, but then turned around and is now saying it will be late and just says in transit and has said that for the last 2 days. My kog order should be here tomorrow morning would be cool to get them both together but I will be testing TFH out for the next week or so atleast and probably wont even touch the kog until then.the_spookiest wrote:My order landed at Denver this morning....usually means a next-day delivery since I'm so close. That sucks, that is exactly what happened with my TFH order. IT finally arrived yesterday (I think you replied to my post about it). All in all it took 7 days from shipment to deliver. The first 2 days had a "will be delivered by" date and looked normal right after shipping, but after that I got the same arriving late status and in transit, then things went silent for a few days until it popped up in New York, then Jersey, then finally to me in North CarolinaCorde32 wrote:Nice mine originally said it was on time to be delivered today, but then turned around and is now saying it will be late and just says in transit and has said that for the last 2 days. My order shipped today! I feel like a bought WAY too much, but I also already have my second order written out.
I’m trying to wait until I get my shipment to see what I like best, or what I didn’t get lucky enough to receive. Not sure I can wait...
I really appreciate everyone’s strain reviews!

Re: TFH - Now Accepting Pre-Orders - Texas Family Harvest
I just received my order today only 5 days after ordering. I wasn’t expecting that and a pleasant surprise. Given the delays and general dysfunction of the USPS, plus the flood of orders Chris and Angie were processing, that’s pretty dang impressive.
A sample of Blast Off Bali was included with my order and I’m really enjoying it. You don’t need to twist my arm. I’m sure I’ll be ordering that one too.
Here’s my question. I received 2 raffle tickets with this order. I also received several raffle tickets from the beginning of this Sale Event from early July. Will the 2 drawings be limited to the range of tickets sent for this portion of the Sale Event only? Or will the raffle tickets I received during the beginning of this Event in early July also be valid?. Wishful thinking/hoping I suppose, but a legit question. Thanks again for all you do, Chris and Angie.

This is good information, Ace! Most of the Red Maeng Da I come across have been blended with a white or green to produce a fast red. I would appreciate a heavier Maeng Da. 30 Year Wild Red TFH *for what its worth, this is my new favorite red right now
Hey Gumby, if you see this, is it a daytime or evening red?
Last year it seems like a lot of the reds I got were daytime reds. This year the reds all seem heavier. Maybe it's just me, what I've been ordering. I could use a couple more daytime reds.

That’s really good to know, I’m really new to Kratom. I bought some out of a head shop about 3 weeks ago and one white strain was actually awesome when I took 5 grams. It was so expensive for not many capsules. The rest I bought were not good. So I started researching where to buy and here I am!

RE: RAFFLE
does anyone know how the raffle drawing will be regarding ticket ranges? Do the july event raffle tickets exist within the range for the august drawing? I tossed mine after the 2nd drawing since I figured my loss was a permanent one, but seeing the same first 3 numbers on these new tickets makes me wonder. This might be a stupid question since it wouldnt be 'fair' to include those numbers but Chris+Angie are so nice and inclusive for these things, I just wanted to make sure!

I don't think it's a stupid question. Have you seen the video for ticket winners posted on July 25? (see first page). I'm not absolutely positive if the 25th included all of the sales for that period, but I'm guessing it was meant to be a wrap-up for that open event?the_spookiest wrote:RE: RAFFLE

Also, if you watch the videos you'll see Chris saying that the first three numbers on the tickets are all the same - so far: 943. So, if you didn't win then probably... no. But you're gonna get some new tickets with your new order so "Good Luck" and YAY!

New account here, but have been lurking since the start of this forum. Figured why not join in the fun!
I'm pretty excited to try out TFH after seeing so much praise. My normal vendor has super low stock, so this is a great time to branch out. Thanks TFH!

Re: TFH- Now Accepting Pre-Orders - Updated Menu!
I have been a lurking for a few months and this is my first post. I have been taking Kratom for around 7yrs. I got my first order from TFH during the last open event. Started following them on YouTube, and have been impressed with the consistency of all the TFH strains. I got my second order this past week and am again blown away by the consistency. I am a single father and am too busy to spend much time reading all the comments so I just grabbed some strains that sounded intriguing and am not disapointed with any of them. So far I can attest that the Wild Green Kampung is a legit awesome daytime strain. It has a fantastic mix of energy and euphoria for me. I also received a sample of the Wild Red Kampung and it is a great mix of chill and euphoria. It could definitely work as either a night or day strain. The longevity on both strains was about 4-5 hrs for me at 2.5 grams. TFH is doing things right! I'll update on the other 6 strains I got when I try them and get time.

Re: TFH - Now Accepting Pre-Orders - Texas Family Harvest
That’s really good to know, I’m really new to Kratom. I bought some out of a head shop about 3 weeks ago and one white strain was actually awesome when I took 5 grams. It was so expensive for not many capsules. The rest I bought were not good. So I started researching where to buy and here I am![/quote]
Oh yeah I have been there buddy my first six months I spent so much dang money buying head Shop kratom(opms for $34 for 30 grams!!!!) This was way back in 2013 when there wasnt resources like this forum to help keep informed, so forums like this are a sight for sore eyes for sure. After that I started searching the internet for alternatives and went from spending a ton of money to a very affordable better product. For the first two years I only ever took capsules, then I learned to toss and wash and realized how much better I felt not taking all those gelatin capsules throughout the day; capsules are also much more expensive and never seem to be as good of quality for some reason.

Any suggestions for nighttime slow relaxing strains? Muscle tension releasing, pain-relieving, and euphoric.
The 30 Year Wild Red from the last order seemed to have these effects, any others?
Btw 30 Year Wild Super Green was great for daytime pain relief and focus.
