The Jade Hulu is nice. It's a slow green more like a red but with good euphoria. Pain relief is real nice, and for me this one really hits best about 2 hours after I dose. It's good at first but then it seems to catch another gear and get better.Livingwell7774 wrote:Hey y’all any recommendation for a substitute if they are out of the classic Green Maeng Da? Someone asked about the time the event starts and there was a reply at midnight Texas time. However there are 2 time zones for Texas Lol. Where in Texas does TFH make the magic happen?

Very well said! That is exactly why I had lost faith in forums for kratom and reddit too from all the people hyping up a company who were affiliated and using it to boost business. That is why I want to try tfh these guys don't want anymore customers buying so its the exact opposite!hohoclintondix wrote:Many of us lurkers just want good stuff. Some have been around for years. No there are actually 2 time zones in Texas. Central Daylight and Mountain Daylight. El Paso, TX is 1 hour behind Austin and other cities.

You are right, there is a small part of Texas not in the Central Time Zone. The other map I looked at didn't show it. TFH is North of Dallas in the Central Time Zone.Mossy7 wrote:No there are actually 2 time zones in Texas. Central Daylight and Mountain Daylight. El Paso, TX is 1 hour behind Austin and other cities.

Anyone ever feel like when their kratom is left in the baking hot mailbox all day and goes through extremely long shipping that it hurts the potency? The 100 degree heat cant be good for it to be in for too long

I left some in my car for a week because I forgot about it. It was in the 90's the entire time. I didn't notice any change in the potency.

I certainly don't have any "science" to support what I'm writing, but our tea-drinkers add water to kratom and simmer it for 20 minutes, so I don't think that your shipments are likely to be diminished in quality. The kratom is fresh and dry when packed. I don't suppose it is so sensitive that it can't survive a 6-7 day journey in a hot truck. As long as there is no direct sun exposure. We are all advised to store our kratom (long term) in a place that doesn't experience wild temp fluctuations or is too hot. The latter seems a bit odd to me considering that it comes from a tropical environment in the first place and that Indonesians probably store powder for their own use. But I certainly understand your concern: great kratom is worth its weight in gold, imoCorde32 wrote:Anyone ever feel like when their kratom is left in the baking hot mailbox all day and goes through extremely long shipping that it hurts the potency? Does anyone have any experience with Sapphire Sunda or Deep Jungle Maeng Da or are they completely new? I'm guessing they are new as I know there were some strains in testing they were trying to get on the menu.

But if the pouch-full of L-Ascorbic Acid (extremely fragile chemically) I often order can spend a few days in a hot truck and still be ok, I figure my kratom will be fine too

This a great response thank you! Ive just always wonderes that because they always say to store it in a cool dry place because storing it in a hot place will break down the alkaloids so then I wondered about some of the long shipping on trailers left out on a truck yard in 100 degree heat making it upwards of 120 to 130 degrees inside the baking trailers. You have some very solid points though!

Yeah, email addresses aren’t case sensitive. You should receive an automatic reply from TFH during an open event after your initial email is received. Hope that helps a bit.

I made around 6 purchases during this event already; it seems like I have more TFH in my stash than anything, now. Alas, you guys just HAD to continue with a second round... I'm hoping to only make one order this time, but we'll see what happens. Luckily stocked up on my favorites, because most are gone, but now I'm be trying the rest...
Thanks for giving us another chance so soon.

TFH event payment questions
How long does it typically take to receive your invoice? I know we can not discuss any methods on double m just wondering how long after I should be checking my email for the invoice.

Besides the Wild Crafted Rocket Red:A35, does anyone have a recommendation on another unusually FAST Red strain on the TFH menu? I thought the Red Vietnam might be comparable, but it’s only available in 100g now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, will any new strains be added when TFH goes LIVE?

Re: TFH event payment questions
I don't know about typically since I only ordered once here a month and a half back or whenever, but I ordered in the morning, so about 8 hours after the pre-sale went live and I got an invoice later that afternoon. I also got all 4 of my first choices, so it doesn't seem like there's any reason to force yourself to stay up late just to order. Then again, don't sleep in til noon and then expect to get everything you wanted either ha-ha.Corde32 wrote:How long does it typically take to receive your invoice? From what I recall them saying, orders are filled in the order received, not the order paid for, so even if you don't get an invoice until Tuesday and pay on Wednesday, that shouldn't mean you don't have a good shot at getting your first choices as they would have been 'set aside' for you at least inventory-wise. Unless I misunderstood all that, and that is possible since there were a LOT of directions/information being given out.

I should have ordered more but I do this every time.... I see so many things I want and then ask myself, "do you really need more? You have 3 kilos of 5 year old kratom sitting in a box..." and then I order like 250g. Lol. Keeping my fingers crossed I got more of the jade hulu because that was definitely my standout last time.

thinking about that post asking about why people chase fire batches. I think there is a very big similarity between clothing/record collection/collectors and kratom quality enthusiasts. People stand in line for hours to maybe get a chance to buy a 400$ pair of sneakers. There is absolutely a chemical release happening in the brains of those guys when a new drop announcement happens, a new streetwear collab, they won a Nike raffle drawing, they won a bid on some sweatshirt. Same here with kratom. And the stuff we buy offers its own (often unique!) chemical release in a different way....a new jacket doesn't help my shoulder pain or make a 2-hour meal-prep session 10x more enjoyable.
These TFH events, others' small-batch drops...its, i think, for a lot of folks, itching that 'collector' itch they might not have gotten elsewhere. Maybe they don't even feel it elsewhere. Something tells me a lot of folks with bigger collections may also have collections of other things as well!
When one is a winner, a super personal favorite strain, its awesome. I even enjoy reading about OTHER people finding THEIR top 5 strain.
anyway i frickin ordered again but only half as much as the last 2 times.

I’ve tried most of what’s on the menu and if anyone is looking for suggestions the Wild Green Kampung and Elephant Green Kali were big standouts to me. If you liked the Wild Green Kapuas/Elephant statins then you can’t go wrong with these two. The Green Jong Kong is amazing as well and haven’t really seen much chatter on here about it because it’s one of my go to strains recently.

I am not trying to force the man to respond just trying to say thank you for the thorough response. I understand that they are hard at work handling preparations for a large volume of orders.
