When i lived in Oregon, i went and saw LACUNA COIL - Swamped Live and I was at the very front.. Funny friend had an extra thicket. Only thing i didn't like all the promo bands, and Lacuna Coil played last. Their other songs were pretty decent as well.herbalhippie wrote:I love Yes SO MUCH!! There are too many...a few...
I'll Be You - The Replacements
Gloomy Sunday - Billie Holiday
Whole Of The Moon The Waterboys
Moonlight Drive - The Doors
Wake Me Up When September Ends - Green Day
Torn - Natalie Imbruglia and Ednaswap both versions
Maybe favorite songs by decade later...

Out of all the many (MANY) concerts I went to in the 70s, I never saw so many people carried out by the medics as I did at that Yes concert. I have no idea if there was a bad drug going around or what but it was remarkable. Not something you'd expect to see at a Yes concert.Marcussk wrote:I bet that was awesome, I'm so jealousherbalhippie wrote:I love Yes SO MUCH!! Coronavirus Anthem
The Lewd - Climate Of Fear
Did ya ever get the feeling there's nowhere to run
When just around the corner is oblivion.
THe Odds are against you, it's lookin pretty dim
And your chances of survival, are gettin pretty slim
It's called
Pho Pho Phobia, Phobia in the atmosphere
Pho Pho Phobia, Phobia in the atmosphere
Phobia in a Climate Of Fear
The economy is on the brink of disaster
And sitting overhead is Asbestos plaster
Living For Tomorrow is not a valid answer
When everything you eat is givin you cancer
Pho Pho Phobia, Phobia in the atmosphere

I bet you think it's lookin pretty bleak
uhh might look up maybe later next week,
There's nothing wrong with living under a knife

How about the 13th Floor Elevators? I remember seeing them when I was a youngster, a very real, whacked out bunch of guys, psychedelia personified with Rocky Erickson’s vocals, Tommy Hall’s electric jug. It was a wonderful show and glad I got to see it. Not everything that they did was good but the first two albums were exceptional but later towards the end they were very bad. I’ve never grow tired of listening to these through out the years: Fire Engine, (I’ve Got) Levitation, Slide Machine, You’re Gonna Miss Me, Roller Coaster, She Lives (In a Time of Her Own), Slip Inside This House. Hard to choose a favorite.

If anyone got some really good remixes of anything above? please post.. i find it that my time goes by faster, funner and better when i am listening to that. Makes chores and work more exciting.

Hi Erin what amazing time for music. In 77, we saw Iggy's tour with Bowie, then Ramones, then Sex Pistols! it was like 1-2-3erinarthur wrote: ... some of my fave The Stranglers, The Boys, Gang Of Four, The Adverts, Iggy & The Stooges, The Vibrators, Ramones, NY Dolls,
