SoFlo Kratom is ghosting me

One week ago I ordered a couple bags of stem and Vein from SoFlo's website. Alot of their leaf was/is out of stock but I heard their stem and Vein was good and there was a few left.

I paid and got the confirmation. And then nothing. It says 48 hours after payment for shipping and tracking, and that if it takes longer to email them, which I did. three times now. Still nothing.

Not really sure what to do at this point! Any advice or other methods of contact would be appreciated

Man, I was just wondering about him today. I still have some super green left from last year that’s fire and I was thinking about placing another order but he is literally never mentioned anymore so I was wondering why.

Sorry that happened. He may just be super backed up with orders. I know that’s been happening with some other vendors lately. Otherwise, I’m not sure what you can do, besides giving us a heads up about it like you did. Maybe chargeback (depending on how you paid) if he continues to ghost you?

I'm not sure if chargeback would work with the method I used. The top of the site says "Resock coming" so I'd imagine there arent any current mass ordering issues... part of me thinks he just isnt checking for orders at all right now because 90% of the inventory was out of stock when I ordered and hes just waiting for his stock to come in. Either way its super unprofessional to take a payment and then completely ignore communication.

He’s usually really good at getting back in a timely fashion. What email are you using? [email protected] is what I was using last time.

Last I spoke with him at the beginning of the summer he was having some health issues, which is why his ads here were temporarily pulled. I have his personal number, so I'll see if I can get a hold of him and find out whats going on. In the meantime, I'd hold off on ordering because I don't even think he has any stock.

Seriously? a "Pretender not a Vendor", I have looked at SoFlo's website for 6 months now, and it's ALWAYS... ounces. He's an ounce seller! Which is OK I guess.. probably imports a huge 5 kilos from Indo? About the same as some Chat Room vendors ~ very small batch? Like Micro batch lol - check out a real vendors website. Kraydo! All Natural.. Treasure House.. Okie Kratom ~ those guys are for real.

Not true. He bulk orders and sells by the kilo. Probably listed in ounces cause he's been out of stock for a long time. Software on his website probably defaulted to ounces when stock was running low. He is (or was, I can't seem to get a hold of him either) a legit vendor, not a chat room vendor.

Some guys may think they wanna-be a "vendor", and buy ONE good load from Indo... enough to get started. Put up the website!!

Poof ~ they change their mind, the whole thing fizzles out, too much competition, etc etc. 100's of websites now, and a good many are inactive BUT of course, they keep their website up, and will gladly accept your money lol

No, I don't know SoFlo's details just sayin' its NOT unusual for vendors to run out of stock, & that's part of business. Again ~ I have checked his site many times in 6 months (because of reviews here), and it's always "low stock"

Im really sorry to hear about your issue with nick,and I messaged him directly and privately about this situation....hopefully he can take care of this sooner than later. ..it's definitely not like him with any dealing as well as conversations I've had with him.....

I had this exact problem with spirit science, among a boatload of other problems following that one. I have never ordered from soflo but believe me when I say I know how frustrating that is.

Unfortunately it’s probably what BallzDeep9 said. There is an ongoing issue with shipments of smaller sized amounts. A lot of “vendors” or smaller businesses are suffering with an inability to restock.

The real problem lies with not JUST SAYING THAT. Accepting orders for product not in stock is not a good business plan for continued good business upon conclusion of the shipping problems. ONLY smaller suppliers are affected. Best to shop where products are in stock, not coming soon.

Sorry to hear Nick is one of the many folks affected. Sorry to hear he isn’t replying, as well.

Nick has been prompt and straight up with me. So I find that odd as well. I’m super stocked up on his super green last year. Definitely some fire. I haven’t ordered from him but maybe once this year. Hope alls good. But yeah a lot of small batch vendors are struggling getting shipments in right now. Hope he lets you know what’s up. All we want is honest vendors right?

We will be taking a few vacation days due to a well overdue needed break. We will be returning soon and all paid orders will be fulfilled and shipped out as usual. But I don't see that on the site, even after I log in, only "RESTOCK COMING SOON" at the top of the page. Anyway, I just hope that the OP's order gets fulfilled, Nick feels better after the break, and Soflo restocks with kick-ass product. Where was this message from exactly? At this point its been a couple of weeks now with no response and I just want my money back or even just the product sent. I know I should've been wary as the stem and vein was like the only thing in stock but that's what I actually wanted anyways... been trying to build a collection of Stem/Vein from a variety of places. I really hope that he's alright and all, just sucks cause I only budget so much a week for leaf.

Charge back you waited enough time, something is going on with Nick and his business standards.

My last split kilo was way below par for soflo, and I would not recommend soflo to anyone til he gets his shit together.
