Thinking Question
Everyone has medicine cabinet stocked with needed supplies like: Tylenol, pepto, band aids, peroxide, neosporin etc. that they know will work for pretty much everything.
If you were to set up a Kratom “medicine cabinet” what would be the strains that you made sure you were always stocked up on?
Not just meaning white, reds, greens.....I’m meaning what strain and from what vendor(s) What ones have you tried that you feel would be great to have stocked and on hand for like pain, insomnia, anxiety, depression, cramps, nausea, fatigue/motivation etc....different vendors for different things, same vendor for all?
I know it’s subjective to a persons body but I thought it would be great to see what a persons idea of a perfect Kratom medicine cabinet would be.

Mystic Island's Gandalf and Red Maeng Da.
Those two, in massive quantities, forever.

Re: Thinking Question
Not necessarily specific strains but any working strains from red, green, gold and white. Maybe a chocolate for occasional use.
And of course some extract (From Magnum Opus) for really bad pain days.

I would second this list almost exactly. White, green, red, yellow, gold of as many varieties as I can obtain, with extract available for that occasional extreme need.BlendsAreMyFriends wrote:Not necessarily specific strains but any working strains from red, green, gold and white. I'm 100% into rotating all my strains, so I would be disinclined to pick a specific "first aid kit" strain, but if there's something that works really well then I'd set it aside and not use it much, so as to ensure that when I really need it, I won't have a tolerance to it. But right now everything I have is in rotation, and the only kratom I have set aside are some extra unopened bags of much loved leaf I got for stashing purposes.

I take kratom for anxiety, insomnia, moderate pain. I lean towards heavy reds and like to keep them on hand. Current favorites that I try to have around are Mystic Island Vampire and SoS red Kali. I freak out when those get low, even though I keep PMD and red Bali/Borneo on hand. Verde from BB is another that I recently stocked up on, as it is a very euphoric strain/blend that isn’t over sedating.
So what are your go-to strains/vendors?

Hi LuLu! Yes, I mentioned my blend of those two Mystic offerings in this other thread: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=113&p=4750#p4750LuLu wrote:Do you use then for anything specific?Haid3r wrote:Mystic Island's Gandalf and Red Maeng Da:D
Basically I find a combo of Gandalf and RMD to be a fantastic anti-anxiety, anti-depression aid. They help me function the way I imagine "normal" people function.

Re: Thinking Question
Mystic is the very first vendor I ever bought from, and I love their stuff! It helps me out a lot when I’m seeing reviews on them. I’m still stumbling through Kratom and reviews help me out so much when I place my orders!

I know. Bad form to quote yourself and all but the question seemed to want a more specific answer so ...BlendsAreMyFriends wrote:Not necessarily specific strains but any working strains from red, green, gold and white. Maybe a chocolate for occasional use.
The best white I've had was White Borneo from LIHerbals Still have 20 grams left. Had a great Chocolate Bent from a small vendor that is gone now but have a dozen grams or so left. I'm partial to Bents and have Chocolate Bent and Gold Bent from SoCal about 9 months old so they're included in my medicine chest list. Royal Bent and Premium Maeng Da from RVA about 8 months ago also in the chest. I have about a half kilo of each left. Green Hulu and White Ketapang from RVA 6 months ago and to round off the list Premium Red Sunda from SoCal last fall and and Gold Maeng Da from 10 months ago from Gaia.
When I find something I like I stock up and switch strains as well as blending so they tend to last a while.
