Should have started at midnight technically I'd imagine.... Submit your email/order and wait for your reply that's all. Just be patient, like they said they are super super busy and have knocked everything down to only Chris and Angie working so things will most likely take a lil longer than usual.

Can't rush a masterpiece tho, right?!?! Hahaha

This is the link to the current menu that was updated just today.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/13KKdBp ... 2fVQG/view

But I can’t recall what the old menu looked like, so I don’t know what the new strains are. Does anyone have a copy of the old menu from the last sale so I can figure out what the new strains are? Or maybe someone can just list the new strains?

I’d be really interested to know what’s new. The old fashion river green does look new for sure. I think the white ivory is too, but I might be mistaken and just overlooked it from the last menu. We are in need of an update from Gumby on this. Unless we are on the wrong thread and new additions was mentioned somewhere else already today.

I have been trying to sample every green strain since the open sale and the only new ones I’m seeing are the green river and the premium MD. Everything else was available during the last open sale but I wouldn’t know what’s new with the reds and whites

So I have been a long time lurker on this site and Kratom user, a little over 6 years of the latter. I specifically created an account to be able to order today from TFH (thanks federal government) I sent an e mail this morning around 430am est but haven't heard anything back. Is that normal or should I be worried since I'm brand new to this forum? Thanks for any answers l in advance.

Great, that's what I figured from reading past posts, just wanted to make sure that was the case. I have read such great things I'm really excited to give some of their leaf a try! Thanks for the response.

Lots of new strains

24k Indo (under gold/yellows)

Premium Red Bali #2: SD-A2
Red Horn Reserve: WM18-R
Royal Red Riau: SM41
Wild Crafted Rocket Red: A31

Old-Fashioned Green River Harvest: RHIR

Wild White Elephant: ZIRA-7 (not too sure if this is new but I don't remember seeing it, could be wrong on this one though)

And the 30 Year Wild White TFH looks like it may be a new batch: IRS12 (may be wrong again)

Hope this helps

I ordered a bunch of the new strains they put out onto the menu:

24k Indo (under gold/yellows)
Red Horn Reserve: WM18-R
Premium Red Bali #2: SD-A2
Royal Red Riau: SM41
Wild Crafted Rocket Red: A31
Old-Fashioned Green River Harvest: RHIR

Can't wait to try these. And for anyone whose ordered but have not got a reply email yet, don't worry, Chris will get back to you. They get really swamped during these open events and they're doing everything themselves due to the Virus so have less help then normal. It is explained all in the auto-response email that gets sent to you when you send them an email. There customer service is amazing- just like their kratom

I, like many, am furloughed and been out of work now for almost a month, but knowing this open event was coming, planned my finances accordingly to be able to place an order. Plus its my birthday on Friday so I'm treating myself to a nice gift  Turning 34 during a global pandemic while being out of work for the first time in my adult life  :o

Spent past 4 days reading reviews and making my list and everything I was planning on ordering is now 100g bags only. I'm sad now but happy for the guys that were able to get the stuff with reviews. I know it's all good leaf though. I just can't afford the price for the 100g sizes. I will get to order something though.

If you'd like some help putting together a different split list of things available in sure I could help point you in the right direction.... Id hate to see ya miss out on some of best leaf around. And I totally get trying to get best bang for your buck. Shoot me a PM if you'd like some direction comparable to what u originally wanted.

FYI I probably have about 20 different TFH strains in my stash so I'm well versed hahaha!!

Hello,

Also having trouble figuring out what to order as most of the suggested strains are 100g and looking to do a split kilo.

Can anyone point me to the stand out heavy happy reds I can still do a split kilo with?

So far I have.

Not yet but I ordered all 3 plus the new Harvest Green River new strain and the 24k Indo. I did ask a question about the rocket red and was told it is a slightly faster red. I can't wait to try them all :D

Chris says rocket red is abnormally fast.... Royal red riau is a slow red, and red horn reserve I'm not sure but I included in my order as well as all other new reds including PMD plus the old fashioned Green River harvest!!!

I'd go with the new red PMD, new royal red riau, 30ur wild TFH, and as a final option choose from classic red MD/wild red Sumpur/deep jungle sula red/red muna/wild red tfh/30yr wild red/premium red bali#2 as they are all some of my tried and true slower reds or said to be newest standout ones that no one has gotten go try yet!!! Good luck my friend, I am a slow burn guy mostly so feel free to ask anytime....

They updated the first page and gave an explanation. See below...

UPDATE 4/16: WOW, just wow. The response has been unbelievable... I was nearly speechless when I woke up today to our list of orders! Wow, everyone, thank you for your support!

I greatly apologize for the delay, if it's taking a long time to get a response to your order, know that you are not alone. Please have patience with us, I promise we are working around the clock to try and keep up (under normal circumstances, we would have hired help to match the increase in business, but due to COVID that's not an option). We have plenty of product to go around, so no need to sweat it... just give us a little extra time and we will take care of you!

Thank you!!!

If I were you I totally would be asking the same thing - I'm so sorry for the delay. I am completely embarrassed by how long it is taking to get back to folks. It really bothers us to keep people waiting, we are really bummed about the poor impression we are making on folks who are trying us for the first time :( . Under any normal circumstance, we wouldnt allow this to happen at all.... if we had the option we would call a temp agency just to get bodies in here to help us fill orders. However, Angie and I have self-quarantined under an abundance of caution and can only get so much done. Just bear with us, we will get to you!

I saw folks jumped in to list what was new - thanks, everyone! I know that people tend to want to order "whats new" thinking everything else has been "picked over". However, I would caution that doing so may cause you to miss some real gems! Since we have uniquely full control of a big portion of our sourcing and production - it allows us to "go big" on some of the experimental batches that test well on site. 30 Year Wild Super Green, 30 Year Wild TFH, and Chocolate Bent are great examples of this. Those are all solid batches that we made a TON of (not literally). They have been on the menu since around August/September of 2019!

With that said, exploring new batches can be fun and rewarding as well! One of the things we noticed is that things can be a bit of an echo chamber of reviews here. We can have a batch that nobody is buying and then after a few whispers it suddenly it begins to snowball. A few people start talking about it ad then it's flying off the shelf. A great example right now would be Deep Jungle Sula Green. We have had this batch in since around October of 2019 and in this forum, it was hardly ordered. Somebody must have made a review or something because it is flying out the door now! Chocolate Bent was one of the best sellers during our November event - hardly anyone has touched it now (its still the same exact batch). Its kind of a weird thing to observe

PS - the Old Fashioned River Harvest is one I am currently loving. We kind of did a throw-back on this batch... it actually harvested via boat along the Hulu Kapuas River. This was a practice that was more common before the kratom industry really took off. I'm also digging the Ivory Indo.... this is another white from our "rich" line. Enjoy!

I was lucky to squeeze an order in at the very end of the last DoubleM Open sale earlier this month. I literally just received my order on the 13th.

250g - 30 Year Wild Super Green IR3/IR4
250g - Wild Premium Kali SG: SB13

I’m honestly blown away by the professionalism, quality, packaging and delivery. World class top shelf operation that Chris and Angie are running. I’m a raving fan if you can’t tell. But now I face a dilemma. With all the uncertainty going on, DO I ORDER MORE? I have a feeling I answered my own question.

So, with all that said, can I get an honest review of the Ivory White strain? Maybe in comparison to the 30 Year Wild White IR12 (a favorite of mine) or another White strain that’s been well received? Maybe the White Vietnam? I think I’m going to need a bigger stimulating check, Mr President. Lol.

Keep up the great work Chris and Angie. You guys are kickin ass and taking names.

I placed order for some of the new once on 15, and i know he goes in order, maybe pick all the new customers first so i dont mind waiting a week since i am stocked on his fire leaf. I completely dont mind waiting. I been on Emerald Elephant and then later his Red Maeng Da, man i am enjoying them so much! I think chris hit the gold mine getting it right , what ever the secret dry techniques are, its working great! I also noticed with some of his leaf, do 3 times doses to see true colors, and they do peak out some times on second or third dose with bliss. Hopefully everyone enjoying their days off staying home! With so much fire how couldn't you enjoy it? I was helping elderly lady collect all the leafs in garden all day since she wants to sell the house and emerald elephant did the trick! I got home and felt pain on neck, i look into mirror and say WTF??? My neck got burned from the sun.. i have to be careful now and wear protection!
