Thanks for the suggestions. Maybe I'll split a kilo among a few of those you listed.

Thanks! I sent you an email at the address provided in your OP a few hours ago for whenever you get a chance to check it. In general, what would you say are your most relaxing and euphoric reds (with the exception of bents, which I seem to be a total non-responder to).
Personally, in that category I would have to say that the Wild Crafted Heavy Red:A6 is fantastic.
Thanks for the suggestion; hopefully they'll still have some of that one available to order. I also like the 30-Year Wild TFH and the Red Bali. I've heard some of the Yellows can be euphoric as well.

I was about to suggest the 30 year wild yellow and the yellow MD. I just busted open a bag of each just the other day. Top shelf. Love them. Best Yellows I ever had. Only one that sort of came close was a Yellow Vietnam from EC Botanicals. But if I had to choose, TFH Yellows wins hands down.

Hey gumby, are you able to tell us what strains you'll be adding to the April 25th event. Also, do you know when some of our orders will be shipped? I think we've confirmed payment and everything, but the tracking number says it hasn't shipped yet. Thanks!

For those most part all orders are shipping within 24 hours of the time we send you your payment confirmation email (with the exception of on Sundays due to USPS not operating). However, there have been a couple of days where that has backed up to 48 hours max.... there are no orders that have taken longer than that. I assure you we are doing everything we can to be as fast as possible, I am literally on my 4th day of only getting 3.5 - 4 hours of sleep. Thanks for your patience!

I looked at yours specifically and it has already shipped. What I have noticed is that USPS has become more reckless with scanning packages in... right now about 25% of packages are not getting tracking updates until they are further down the delivery chain. I would guess its due to the increase in shipments that USPS is probably experiencing due to mandatory stay at home orders (a lot of people are ordering goods online now).

I can feel the urgency from folks in the emails I am receiving, people are concerned that we are running out of product. You dont have to worry about that, we have plenty of stock! I thought it may help for me to give some general transparency on how we are operating now that it is just Angie and I working the whole business. I thought it might ease some minds if you email us in the morning and dont hear back from us for awhile.

For the most part - I work on taking orders and answering emails overnight between the hours of 10pm-8 am (I can easily do this at home after we get the kids to bed). Lately, I have been going to bed around 9-10 am and getting up at around 1-2 pm. When I wake up I might take the kids for a while Angie heads to the shop to prepare the orders we received for shipping. During the day as time permits I may get to answer a few emails, but usually not that many. For the most part, my time during the day is spent with the kids (we have a 1 & 3-year-old and we dont let the TV babysit our kids... not even during a Pandemic). Around 5 pm or 6 pm we may all eat dinner as a family and then Angie will usually take the kids for the evening while I head back to the shop to work on preparing orders or packaging products for testing/sale. I then come back around bedtime to tell the kids goodnight and then hop on email to take orders and answer questions. Wash, rinse, repeat.

With that said, it is not uncommon at all that you might email us at 6 am and you dont hear anything back until you wake up the next morning (I will reply sometime overnight). It's not ideal and nowhere near how I like it, but because we cant have hired help right now we have to batch tasks to run as efficiently as possible.

With all that said, it really helps to expedite your order if you provide all of the information we need in the email you send to place your order. Anything you can do to prevent us from having to exchange emails back and forth will help us get your order out quickly. Things, like requesting items that are no longer on the menu (the menu updates daily), ordering quantities that are no available (items that are 100g bags only), or not providing your shipping details can really slow down your order (because it may be another 24 hours before we can correspond again). If you are not too worried about your order window then no worries... we never mind exchanging emails with customers. ;)

You should know that we usually have every customers package ready to ship the same day we receive the order, usually waiting on payment is what holds up the order. Its helpful to know that our last USPS pick up for the day is usually around noon. Unfortunately, we do not have the bandwidth to make runs to the post office later in the day, so if we dont receive your payment confirmation email before I go to bed in the morning, your package will not make that pick up. With that, you are likely to shave off a whole day of waiting if you can submit your payment very quickly after receiving your invoice. If you submit your payment the next day, we probably won't see your payment confirmation email until that evening, resulting in your package shipping the next day. Pay quickly = ship quickly.

I know it sounds like a lot, but the majority of our orders ship within 24 hours of placing the order. For that to happen though we need to avoid a bunch of back and forth emails and the customer needs to submits payment as soon as possible after receiving their invoice total.

I hope that makes sense and helps everyone understand our response schedule.

It's maybe useful to keep in mind that the USPS is a 'physical entity' not a digital service. Since everything but "essential services" have had to close their doors, the Postal Service is now delivering everything from ear swabs to flashlights, DVDs, large cooking pots, clothing for children who are growing, pop-out tents, bulk kitty litter, window blinds, diapers, computers, umbrellas, magnifying glasses, smoke alarms, can openers - and a million other items that people can't get - brick & morter. Lots of people already buy these online. Now the USPS is supplying most of us with nearly all of our needs/wants.

I literally do not know how the USPS is keeping up with all of this, and sometimes I don't care because I sell on ebay (not much these days :( ) and every time I ship something I say a little prayer. NOW I have to "confirm" on a digital pad the ENTIRE ADDRESS to the shipee (they can't even trust THEMSELVES to get it right), because it takes less then a second for the USPS to make me responsible for a delivery - gone bad on their end.. Multiply that by 20-100 for a small Vendor? I don't think that the USPS will ever completely fold under pressure, but they don't make it easy for small-business people. The Postal Service really does mess up quite a bit, but not NEARLY as much as one would guess. TFH's word is their bond. It will get to you :D

Thanks so much for this reply, you have been wonderful and bless your family for all that y'all do. I'm sorry that you're missing out on your sleep. I have small kids myself so I know how important that quality time is. I'll have to say you have shipped my packages out very quick every time and have answered all my questions in great detail, so thanks again Gumby and family!!!!

I've been wanting to order from TFH for some time now but I'm just not 100% certain the proper way to do it. I tried my best to read everything in the original post and I feel like I understand the instructions for general population. From what I gather they are opening sales to the public again on April 15th? However, I read all the passages and it sounds like people are ordering now? I'm afraid to send an email because I know they are busy and I dont want to get black listed. If a fellow member could help me out I would appreciate it!!

Chris isnt going to blacklist you. Either he will take your order and send it on the 15th (like the pre-order) OR he'll tell you he'll put your order in on the 15th. He's a pretty cool cat, he doesn't really hit me as the blacklisting type.

Thanks!! I've never ordered like this before so I wasn't sure how it works and being that there is a entire thread on it, was a lot to digest and I didnt want to mess it up. So basically I could put in an order now via email and pay for it, then it would ship out on the 15th?

You won’t be disappointed. Some of my favorites are the 30 year wild white TFH:IR12, 30 year wild super green IR3/IR4, Wild Premium Kali SG:SB13, 30 year wild yellow TFH:IR35, Wild Green Hulu Kapuas:IR25 and Wild Harvest Yellow Maeng Da:Muk2

I’m not a Red Strain guy. But if you are, the reviews should point you in the right direction.

Some of the best Kratom I’ve had in over 3 years. Totally legit and I’m now a raving fan for life.

If these are available when tfh reopens they are my favorites and must buys.

Energetic red: Red elephant Hulu -potency 8.5/10 super euphoric though.

Slow red: Super red Sunda -potency 8.5/10 I can't believe this one didn't get more hype. I built some tolerance to this quickly but first time i had it I couldn't stay awake. Felt mostly in the body and not the head.

Energetic green: Jade Bali: potency -8.5/10 this one is clearly a curated quality leaf. Super fresh and "crumbly" with a mid range energy and a focus on mood lift and some pain relief.

Slow green: Super green Sunda -potency 9/10 this one has strong pain relieving effects.

Honorable mentions that I would've given at least an 8-

Energetic: deep jungle maeng da, red Bali, green elephant hulu, wild green Hulu kapuas, premium maeng da (all 3 colors

Slow: red hangat, 30 year red Hulu kapuas, (though it's slightly mid)

There may be others that I forgot...

Ahh, that makes sense! Lol I knew there was something I was missing. So since this is my first order with them, do you have any suggestions or advice with ordering? I was planning on doing a 4 way split kilo and a bunch of 100g. But I should obviously wait to see what they release on the 15th, correct? Sorry for the dumb questions.

Sorry friends, Jade Bali is sold out! However, we are pulling a lot of batches out of our dry-season stock for this event... get ready!

I tried my best to read everything in the original post and I feel like I understand the instructions for general population. From what I gather they are opening sales to the public again on April 15th? However, I read all the passages and it sounds like people are ordering now? I'm afraid to send an email because I know they are busy and I dont want to get blacklisted. If a fellow member could help me out I would appreciate it!!
We dont do any blacklisting - I can only think of a couple of scenarios where we have "banned" somebody from making purchases.... it certainly wasn't because they asked to make a purchase:lol. I'm guessing that you may have emailed us and were denied service... sorry! It's not about exclusivity or any other nonsense like that, and it certainly doesn't mean you can't order from us during our open-order events! Our hope is that one day we will be in a place to serve everyone, but we are a long way off from that and are not going to cut corners to get there.

Beginning April 15th, we will be opening our doors to all Double M members for a limited time! Please check in with us then!

Hey there gumbyke! I’ve read all sorts of interesting good stuff about your leaf. I’m trying to ween myself off “overpriced” leaf from the vendor I’ve been using the last year and a half. I emailed you guys support email inquiring as well, these are crazy times so I don’t necessarily expect a response. I found your strain/batch list. Super intrigued by the Crafted Ivory Indo. Is there somewhere to direct questions about potential expectations on individual strains, or more left to experimenting with what piques an individuals interest? Either way, look forward to having the chance to try some of your string dried leaf.

Thank you for the response Chris! Not a problem, I'm looking forward to even being able to try any of your leaf, the way everyone here raves about you ;) I'm wondering if anyone would approve my list or have anything I should add;
Wild crafted heavy red, 3yw red hangat, 3yw super green, 3yw white tfh, wild yellow tfh, 24k Bali, 3yw yellow tfh, wild premium kali. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and I am going to wait for the 15th to put in my order to see the additional leaf added to the menu.

I tried about 15-16 different strains and my top picks are as follows in order of favorite on down
Wild Green Vietnam
Wild Green Elephant
Premium Green MD
Deep Jungle MD
Wild Premium Kali
30 yr Super Green
30 yr Green coarse
Emerald Elephant
Deep Jungle Sula
Wild Green Hulu
Green Elephant Hulu

You really can’t go wrong with anything but I just stress that LESS IS MORE. For instance the 30 ye Green coarse didn’t do anything for me at 2.5-3 grams and when I tried 1.5 it knocked the doors off!!!

Looking for some suggestions for the new event!

Last time I tried:

Wild Yellow Samarinda: A3 - my favorite of the bunch, it had a nice blend of energy and euphoria, overdoing it could produce some mild nausea.
Wild Crafted Heavy Red: A6 - this was a heavy hitting red - I took too much on a couple occasions and it laid me out (not something that happens frequently!) Good for bed time, hard to take during the day.
30 Year Wild TFH: IR14 - My favorite red from the group, it seemed a nice medium blend of pain relief, relaxed mood lift and mild euphoria
30 year old Wild Super Green: IR3/4 - I'm usually a green guy but this one didn't do much for me. It's on the back shelf in case I run low.

So I'm usually looking for a green with some energy, mood lift and euphoria, and reds with some pain relieve and strong euphoria but never too sedating. I've never enjoyed whites but I keep hearing people talk about TFH whites, and I know different vendors have their own specialties, so thinking I should try some?

Can anybody offer any strain recommendations for these two scenarios?

1) energy and mood lift + euphoria
2) pain relief, relaxation + euphoria, however relaxing without heavy sedation

Any suggestions would be super helpful

For scenario 1 you can’t go wrong with any of the ones I listed. I’ve tried almost all the greens on current menu
