Is anybody else having problems accessing the Soulistic website? I placed an order a couple days ago and i wanted to go look at some other products, but every time i try today, it says the server is not responding...

Soul is well. Absolutely do not worry about your order. Soul was forced to pull everything down. Long story short, the origin of the problem is still a mystery, something related to a bogus charge of fraud, and we can only speculate on the nefarious forces behind this. Bank assets were frozen. PayPal's crusade against the leaf is suspect. Soul is quite well and figuring out how to deal with this setback as many a vendor before him.

There is no problem with already placed orders/Please do not do a charge back money if you paid him as it completely gums up the works at this point. Like many Kratom vendors before him he is searching for new mechanisms for future payments. Will keep you updated.

Just went back to his website and it’s working fine for me. I was able to get a email through. He will get things work out, I’m sure:)

I just put a order in yesterday. I can go to his website and I can look at everything. I’m sure I wouldn’t be able to put a order in today. I order through email, and there email has been down as of this morning.

I put in an order on Thursday, and the website isn't working for me, so I went and checked on my kids' phones and it loads fine for them. That freaked me out a bit.

Thankfully, as I was typing this, I got an email from Soulistic with a tracking number. So anybody who is as worried as I was: if you haven't gotten your tracking info yet, I'm sure you will soon.

Not sure if this has already been mentioned but his FB group is also gone. I'm really curious what actually happened, I know there are some allusions in this thread but I'm not completely clear on it. Not that it's any of my business

I'm don't think Soul knows exactly how it happened but bank accounts were frozen for "suspected fraud". It seems there is a mandatory waiting period before he can access the funds. He still needs more details but I think PayPal's involvement is suspected as this happened to Kat's and other vendors. He is filling order and most will be out today and the rest by Monday. He's looking into viable payment methods for future orders. Of course you can always send postal money orders or cash, lol.

It seems like forever but it was only last night. After the shock, I think his efforts went immediately into figuring wtf exactly happened and what did it mean. The way i stated it was a bit of a simplification as it was all discovered a bit more incrementally over time. Of course I understand the concern. He is filling orders and all outstanding leaf will go out today and Monday, So all is cool with that. He's working on a mechanism for payments going forward.

Swablero- I appreciate you shedding a little light on what’s going on with him. This morning when I read Labdog’s post and then checked Soul’s (down) website and then tried unsuccessfully to email him, I was definitely thinking the worst. I sure hope everything gets sorted out for him - He had quickly shot to the top of my vendor list and I thought he was genuinely a great guy. Sucks that whatever happened, happened. Seems the “powers that be” are nowhere near ready to give up. Thanks again though, and keep us posted if you can.

I tend not to get too excited or upset about a site being down, even when I've just ordered. I've seen this
happen more than once in the past year and each time the site is back up in a day or two! I believe that the
majority of us have experienced this, along with payment processes being disrupted. It seems that we may
as well get used to pursuing other methods of payment. I've spent a good number of hours, just in the past
six months, downloading and learning how to use different payment apps just to purchase leaf. It's ridiculous
that we're forced to do this to obtain a product that is NOT illegal in most states.

Anyway, thanks for the heads up, I'm sure it settled a few stomachs here on DoubleM.

Thats such a bummer because I ordered from him for the first time last week. I was blown away and put another order in on this past Friday. And now im reading about this bad news! Hopefully I made the cut off.

Klubbs, People are still getting there tracking numbers as we speak. Every order that's been accepted will be sent out by Monday. This was an annoyance for Soul but he is continuing the business. He's looking for a new name and will be more restricted with payment methods going forward. Let me know if you have any issues.

If you got a response on email and paid you will get it. Soul is very overwhelmed right now and can't supply all the tracking numbers.

The site is down - if you are seeing it, you are looking at your browser's cache of the site. Hitting ctrl +f5 will do a hard refresh and the page won't load. Also, you can check https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/soulisticherbs.com to verify that it is indeed down if you still don't believe it.

This is a bummer because I was going to ask about his reds. I've placed two orders, but most of it was green, and I'm partial to reds. I was hoping someone could recommend some. Hope he's back at it soon.

Don't worry if you don't receive a tracking number from Soul. The first two orders I placed with Soul I didn't get one, didn't really worry about it and it showed up as expected.

Since I am new to the forum it said i haven't participated enough to send pms so I cannot reply.

I think its 5 posts and you can PM if I remember.

What stage did you get to in the process of ordering. If you paid all is good. I recieved an email with my tracking number so I think the email is up and you can try that. Try PMing me again too. I'm curious what the threshold is for being trusted enough to PM, lol.

I had a Soulistic day. The two orders I placed weren’t small. I got a bunch of split kilos - figured I would go through everything on its own to rate them for my own records.

Today I had Green Tanjung in the morning. It was a 3/5 I suppose. Decent. Average.

Before dinner I had Red JK - it did nothing. I take kratom for chronic pain (among other things), and my back felt worse somehow after taking this. Felt like I skipped a day. Maybe I just need a tolerance break.

Hey, labdog, I placed my order Friday morning, but I understand he was slammed with orders last
week so I don't mind giving him some extra time. I placed an order with another vendor Thursday and
that vendor let me know that he was way behind too and may not ship at least until today. I wonder
if all the good vendors are getting slammed?

I placed a sizable order Thursday evening and haven’t heard anything yet either

. I do think Soul will honor everyone’s order though and I hope he will come back better than ever. I’m trying to just remain patient. I’m quite sure he has a lot on his plate right now. (But yes, it would be nice to get tracking or even a reassurance email)
Hopefully orders will start going out soon.

Kaidensmom - so you placed an order on Thursday I take it? And you already got yours delivered? What time of day was it when you placed your order - do you know the address of soulistic herbs? I put all of my eggs in one basket and made a monstrous order from Soulistic instead of making many medium sized orders from various vendors. I don't blame SH - sh*t happens, especially with kray and well, everything involved. I feel bad for the guy who runs SH. Sounds like a legit guy, with legit product- I mean, I just listen to you guys and it seems like this guy with the small batches is a rare commodity worth purchasing. So I did, you guys never steer me wrong. Smileytime's leaf is some of the best stuff I've bought in ages and that was inspired by you guys, as well as some phenomenal KOG products. I just wish Soulistic would put out a statement of some kind, either here or via email.......

That's very good news. On a side note, does anybody know what exactly happened? Was he becoming too successful so the "establishment" just had to shut him down? Tearing down the little guy before he became well, able to be financially big? Was he helping "too many people" making a better difference in the world? We're his payment processors taken away? I guess I really don't need to know, I just wish people in positions of "power" would leave us alone and stop trying to line their pockets on the blood, sweat, tears, and undue suffering of others. There are soooooo many bigger issues to tackle rather than trying to destroy access to a legitimate solution to so many problems.
Whoever you are, Mr. Soulistic, keep on keepin' on, don't let the man get you down! People appreciate you.
