Flooding! No mail!! Yikes!
Are the floods affecting you? ! I seen Iowa is getting it,,here in Missouri, ,it's rising higher and higher,, I live in a county south of St.louis,,,Mississippi ,meramac, and Missouri rivers surrounding the county,,on new years of 2015,2016,,,my town was totally cut off in all directions, ,store shelves were bare,,no mail,,,gas pumps empty,,,what a way to start the new year,,,couldn't get to work if it was outside of the county,,weird time for flooding too,,but every time this year there's at least one flood,,this year is supposed to be the worse,,,unfortunately at the end of my road there's a creek,,when the water rise,,we aren't going nowhere,,,and no one is coming in,,going to get out 1st thing in the morning and stock up,,I'm ready for summer!!anything but rain!

I'm from panhandle Florida and alabama, so I'm right there with you haha.
What's that postal service motto, nor rain, nor snow, nor sleet, nor hail? USPS doesn't issue canoes to workers? Amazon will not be pleased

I’m in Iowa. It’s not too bad where I am, but the next town over closer to the river is completely flooded. It pretty much floods every single Spring without fail, but this year is especially bad. Water restoration companies absolutely rake it in this time of year because flooding here is a very common occurrence in a lot of homes and businesses.
My basement flooded (not bad though) in February when the massive pileup of snow was melting. This area of the country is really bad for flooding. We have 3 seasons — winter wasteland, flood/tornado season, and ridiculously hot humid summer. Autumn and Spring don’t exist in any practical sense, and that isn’t hyperbole. Screw this area of the Midwest. I want out so bad.

Missouri , here around st Louis County ,is MISERY, everything in Iowa comes on down,,Illinois too, ,worst place is where the Missouri, Mississippi and Illinois rivers merge, in St Charles they built levees,,which causes more floods for towns south of there,, I'd love to live out west, northwest,,,,not in southern California, but northern, maybe someday, ,
