I sampled Agus' Bone kratom last summer, he's really into small batch quality.. He posted on MeWe using scientific measuring tools (chromatography, Mass spectrometer) to check his Mitragynine levels.. That's way beyond most Indo suppliers.

Bone is the Indo word for Stem, and they commonly refer to natural leaf colors as Red bone, Green bone - notice he doesn't sell "White bone" because there's no such thing as white leaf. Anyway, some of the best kratom I got over the past year. I burn a LOT of different stuff, and I always get super strong effect, even blending the Agus' . I haven't tried SOSA's batch, yet, but hear it's good.

I spoiled myself this week and got a Kilo from Sosa too! Got the red and green sumatra and the Yellow MD which I heard great things about and I've never tried a yellow strain!

I tried the Gold MD today and I actually enjoyed it very much (and I’m not normally an “MD” guy). It was kinda like the Yellow MD but just a little mellower. The Agus Red and Green Bone are great! Also enjoyed Red and White Sumatra and the Red Sunda, but the Super Green may be my favorite of them all.

The Super Green was a high-energy Green with a great mood - that’s a rarity in my experience. Most high-energy strains make me irritable as hell.

By the look of your dosing schedule, 1.6 is what is considered a energizing dose( even of reds) for afternoon, maybe kratom in such a dose ain't what you need for that time? Maybe consider chamomile tea, melatonin or valarian root :P

I feel that SOSA has great reds all around and I'm kinda guy that hunts down the heaviest strains possible with my absolutely horrible insomnia!!! As far as the heavy strains go in order from heaviest for me would be Red Indo, Red Horn, Gold MD.... The other reds I would agree are daytimers although I didn't try the Red MD. In my opinion SOSA has some of the most well rounded and consistent line up I have tried so far this year, not that other vendors haven't had some great strains but SOSA seems very consistent with the string dry niche I guess!!!

So, went along with the recent SOSA hype and got a sampler. Maybe just me and my long time user tolerance, but his leaf was good, just not anything really super special...to ME...I will say though that every single strain I have sampled so far WORKED...and is good, does what it should do Kratom...so that is a really GOOD thing...just nothing that said to me, "O my, I have to get kilos of this stuff"...also, I have only tried these ONE time, so need to re-visit them to form a better opinion. I also need to grab some of the Yellow MD and Super Green, as those seem to be getting above average results for some. Also would like to sample more from SOSA later in the Summer, AFTER the wet season...but it was very nice to have ALL the samples I got actually be decent. I could see this being a GREAT source for our newer users. (nothing more disappointing than getting a sampler and half the strains not work for you) I will re-post if anything jumps way up there after re-visiting the strains...I tried Red Bone F11, Red Sumatra, Red Horn, GMD, Green Sumatra, Green Horn and Green Bone F5. If anything stood out a bit, it was the Bone strains (on 1st try anyway). SOSA definitely stays on my "Good Vendor" list!

I've only had 1 of the 4 "strains" you ordered and that is red Sumatra, which I just got this past week and haven't tried yet but the general consensus is you'll probably like most of those, I can't recall seeing any negative reviews, hope you enjoy them and let us know either way. :D

So is the consensus that Sosa has good reds? I usually get my reds from Mystic since they almost always work for me and i have bad luck with other vendors (for instance RVA reds may as well be dirt, does nothing). Are Sosa's reds fermented (i don't like) or are they fresh and green? I may end up trying him if MI never get a restock. Just a huge risk for me because i don't have any extra money to be experimenting and if i end up with a bad kilo, well i'm fucked. I LOVE his split kilo price - 4 way for 75! I wish i had tried a sampler from Sosa instead of my last purchase of RVA :/

All the Sosa reds I've tried are Green in color, I have had brownish reds and golds that were okay from other vendors but I'm really enjoying these string dried ones, I don't think the "bone" strains are string dried but, I haven't tried them. Maybe someone else can answer about those?

Yes they are fresh "green" reds...I haven't bought since January but I really like red indo and red sunda...also enjoy RMD and green borneo...the F11 is also greenish, a tad slower than most of the string dried

I wasn't really impressed with my last order. Didn't live up to all the hype. The greens and reds I tried didn't do much for me. The White MD and Red Bali were stand outs I guess you could say. White MD was more like a green. Not your typical fast Whites, but even that only lasted a couple hours.

Kratom is a fickle bit....mistress sometimes, I got the red Bali in November and it didn't do much for me? The rest I've ordered have been good, I've never tried their whites tho?

nothing more disappointing than getting a sampler and half the strains not work for you) labdog, that's it in a nutshell, ,I thought at least one of the reds would work, that's just me,,and zeedra,,if you are a fan of mystic island reds, you might enjoy sosa reds,,as mystic island reds didn't work for me either,,the powder of sosa is a lot fresher than mystic,no grit,,and they are green like mystic, ,probably greener,,,if that's what you like in a red,,you'll love it! My personal preferences for reds are the ones that look like the color from Inland and kog,,lately smileytime, I don't know if I would try more of sosa greens, they are popular, but I like to get at least 1 red in my orders,

Hmm I react well to all kinds of kratom. Reds and greens only (never tried other veins). I've had greenish reds work the best but lizas red md was the first brownish red that was exceptionally uplifting.

Well it says package has been delivered.

Got my SOSA order yesterday, got green and red sumatra and a big ole half kilo of Yellow md. I primarily take green and white strains, I have this small history and instinct that reds don't effect me. Well I tried the Red Sumatra last night and didn't notice much effect but it was also my last burn of the day so I can't speak much of it. Today I only took 4 doses and made my 4th dose the Yellow MD after seeing an established user on here rave about it and I am happy with it! Very mellow and exactly what I want from a MD burn and at night. Thankfully this is what I bought the most of! I still have to try the green sumatra and burn the red sum earlier in the day to truly see if it works with me.

The new batches aren't dried the same as the "string dried" ones, has anyone had any experiences with these? How did they compare? I know that some people here don't really like the green reds( I do..but,) are they the brownish-bent colored ones everyone has now?

Man, I have been getting super strong burns off ACV freezing .. SOSA's Red / White Sumatra. Again its letting it steep in very hot water in a coffee cup w/ 1 Tsp ACV for around 1 hour. Then cooled down I add a lil' baking soda to neutralize the ACV.. Pop in freezer.. Next day or whenever (I keep a few days' in freezer always.) Thaw dose and it's very reddish.. as compared to using citrus.. I'm starting to think "the redder the better".

Today I filtered MOST of the sludge, and still got amazing results. Something about ACV that seems to work, compared to lemon/ citric?
