Anyone got any recs. I'm looking for mostly anxiety relief. Upper spec tends to make me moody. I don't know where to start. Thanks

Definitely get Jolly Red (and perhaps even the Green one). Although, truth be told, it's hard to find a TFH red that doesn't work well for what you want.

The Jolly Red is fantastic! It's one of my staples. I would also recommend the Top-Shelf Green Muna and Top-Shelf Red MD, both of those are great and hit around midspec for me.
The color coding on TFH is pretty accurate to the spec, so in general most reds will be mid - lower, green is anywhere from low mid - upper mid, and white is upper mid - fast

I'd say definitely get some Crown Jewel Sumpur (RED) and Yellow Muna (YELLOW / GOLD).

They are both SPECTACULAR!

Almost never. So anytime you get a chance (like right now) make sure you join.

In about five years here I've only seen two opportunities for membership (luckily I got the first :>).

Much appreciated. Good recs and info. my chemistry can be really particular sometimes. Lowering my dosage, still trying to figure Jolly Red out
