TFH membership question

Hi Im sure this question has been asked , How can I put my name in the pool to become a member of TFH when a spot becomes avaiable ? Im getting old with some health issues and have been lucky to have used Chris leaf for some years now but having trouble getting it thru my friend . I only need 3 to 4 keys a year. Thanks for any advice .

TFH is membership only and they rarely take on new members. Just like me, your best bet is to stick around here for a month or so, engage with different posts and other people, then after a month you'll be eligible to join the trading post. That's where we're going to be able to get some TFH as well as all kinds of other goodies

Seconded for the trading post, sometimes people even sell still-sealed bags, but I see TFH on there at least every 2-3 weeks or so.

thanks for the information the trading post sounds fine ,I can see getting a sealed bag of TFH I trust them for being a higher quality of drying and finishing a good leaf Not really interested in any other leaf.

I love their leaf but getting a membership seems to always elude me. Though I really like Tfh I honestly think they are slightly overrated. Yes do they have some the best leaf yes but so do so many other vendors. The more exclusive a club the more people want in which I think I mentioned before. I don’t mean any hate toward tfh I just don’t think it’s worth getting a membership when there are so many other vendors with great leaf.though I would gladly become a member if they would accept me.just refuse to put in that much effort becoming a member to get leaf that at best is only slightly better than the other top vendorsI feel like people think tfh is the holy grail of Kratom , and nothing can compare when while great leaf I’ve gotten better from other vendors. That could be because I’m not a member so I can’t pick the strains I want but either way it’s to much trouble getting a membership been trying for like two years with no luck. I started with oties which was good then got membership to rhinos who had even better leaf in my opinion, then lucky, heavenleaf ,and a few other like smileys all within like a month, or two of joining. I even finally got a membership at denette like a week ago. He hold open events pretty often while also accepting members pretty frequently; the slots just go quick which is why it took this long. I’m not even sure it tfh accepts members every year, or holds open events periodically. I’ve gotten the best Kratom I’ve ever gotten from Heaven leaf. drhk not sure that can be topped. I also gotten real good samples of tfh from the trading post but none as good as my others but like said I don’t get to pick what I wanted. I would love to be a member but I’m not gonna stalk the forum every minute on the off chance they are accepting member that year when there many choices just as good. Luckys is no longer private, and they have the best green md I’ve had so that’s a great choice if your not a not a member of some of the private vendors. I do think think some vendors do carry better leaf but I’m positive tfh while better than many vendors they are not any better than other top vendor discussed on this forum. Just find a few good vendors then stick with them. Also there always the trading post. It’s Kratom not weed the difference can only be so much unless they can genetically modify to plant to make strains 20 times more potent than anything else out. As long the vendors source good leaf how can tfh harvest be much better if at all.I guarantee their strains ain’t much more potent it all then other vendors who test. Plenty of vendors have leaf dried inside with test results that are about high as I’ve seen them. Unless tfh has a strain with like 3.0 mit there ain’t much difference. In my opinion it’s more a name people like because everyone always say they are they best when I think they are just one of the best if that. I wouldn’t know I haven’t tried any strain from them that blew me away like my other vendors due not being able to pick I’m assuming. Though I’m thankful for the info he’s released that takes work, and was very helpful not knocking that. I just see so many say tfh is the only leaf that works for them which is literally impossible.

TFH is in that S tier of vendors but once you get to that tier it's pretty much interchangeable. I'd put Denette615, Rhino, LSMS and even the new vendor DTE Botanicals on that level. Haven't tried Heavenleaf yet, dark red hulu sounds really cool. Some of the stuff I got from TFH during the 2020 public events (like Classic White MD and Wild Green Hulu) were among the best strains I've ever had. It's really up to personal preference. I wouldn't mind some more TFH leaf to add some variety to the stash.

I'm still kicking myself for not becoming a tester last year. Terrible timing for a t-break.

Gumbyke1 has given us here, I trust that it IS just about the cleanest kratom you can get. Best ? That means different things to different people. It's for sure worth grabbing some on the trading post to check out though, even if it turns out it's not your holy grail, 98%+ chance it won't be a total dud either.

email them politely and mention your disability and volunteer to test batches. Become a MM member if you're not already and this is your friends' account.

In the meantime, there are so many good vendors here... as good as tfh...work on those first!

I have sent messages to TFH support to see if I can have a membership. No reply. Is there another way to ask them? I don't think there's a right or wrong way to ask but my understanding is they are not open to new members unless they post it here (or somewhere) that they are accepting new members and the process to follow (pretty much same for Denette who has openings more often but usually a limited number for a limited time).

My advice is leave it be. If u have emailed to no reply there u go. They keep their memberships in check and if that changes u will pry see something here. Remember its just kratom, it only gets so good, and all vendors are middle men. They arent growing the product. Tfh vets their leaf well, and is a great vendor and champion of the cause. But they operate how they operate, so buy some on trading post if u must have. Cheers!

I am not salivating to get a membership with TFH or Denette. Just wondered. You all are right....there are plenty of places to get good Kratom. When I have the $ I will trade on the trading post. No worries....

I count myself EXTREMELY lucky to have memberships in both, but there is plenty of good stuff elsewhere (it's just that it requires a lot more work - with those two you can be assured that you will have fire about 95% of the time. With others you REALLY need to read the reviews and even then I find I'm about 50/50 with what I buy. My total rotation is about 80% TFH/Denette but that doesn't mean I don't have 20 or so other vendors in there).

Well it's been now... 9 months since we've heard from Gumbyke1 here on MM, and his last posts = Thanksgiving Update 2022 (Link) both he and 2 kids had illness and he reported being sick in bed... not sure if Covid or some Flu or what ? Recall we had some discussions around Consumer Testing & Red 707 etc back in November... otherwise he's a busy guy, very dedicated and passionate about the business. Our thoughts and prayers for Chris, Angie, and the kids we hope everything's going well.

AFAIK there is no connection between TFH, and any other vendor... TFH does not wholesale... Any other vendor's products or business, has no relation to TFH.

Chris has written me every time I've ordered - and he always is SO nice and upbeat that I don't sense there are any issues but perhaps. Maybe I'll drop him a line to see (the last time I ordered was just a week or so ago).

Also emailed TFH with no response (all good, they may not have to capacity to respond to hundreds of email requests) but Denette did kindly respond that no members are being accepted at this time. So it’s just a waiting game I guess.
