So, what happened to LOE/Leaves of Eden

I wasn't familiar with them, but i just arranged a bundle purchase on the Trading Post, that includes some of their strains. I thought i'd research them, and it looks like their leaf was very highly regarded a few years ago, and then they just disappeared? I did find their group by searching on mewe, but you have to apply, and obviously if they no longer exist, i'll get no reply.

but i couldn't find in my searching here what actually happened to them. People seemed to talk about them in the same breath as the very top vendors, and then they just vanished without a trace?

just very curious. and can't wait to try some of the strains i got.

I, too, have LOE I got in trades and not tried yet. Oh, I did get some premium hirsuta from him, felt like mostly kratom.

Periodically JSpain pops up in his mewe but hasn't had new leaf in more than a year.

This isn't unusual - small vendors come and go and the business itself isn't a terribly lucrative one so requires someone both very committed as well as able to withstand the (many) issues that arise.

Just recently one of my favs had a shipment confiscated - can't even imagine how much this might have cost him and it's something you might not be able to recover from. I think we are EXTREMELY lucky so many of the top vendors have remained. For the others - their golden batches will remain the stuff of legend <g>.

I'm pretty sure he's still filling orders and has what's on his menu in stock, but I could be wrong. He just takes a bit longer to respond and fill orders than most people are used to and willing to wait. I still have a decent amount of stuff from him in my stash and it's all very good.

ah. thank you! I have some that arrived yesterday (haven't had a chance to try it yet). I was a bit surprised that people didn't seem to have a good memory of him, since in my investigations it seemed like they were considered one of the very top vendors. Do you find what he has now to still be of top quality? (looking forward to joining the group).

yes, Mewe has been dead now for... last couple years ? So this guy, NOT a "vendor" just some dude on a Social Media - who imported 1-2 small tiny loads from Indo... Evidence would suggest, he's got very limited selection of kratom... Any kratom he does have, is from the same Indo suppliers used by others on Mewe... So more likely, you'd get a better batch of Leaf - buying here on Trading Post from elbandito88 or another private Collector ? We're all "backpack" Sellers around here... The 1 dude on Mewe, was never considered a "Top vendor".. except by his friends on Mewe lol

Why is this even being hyped, or discussed, here on Double MM ? I could never figure that out... Double M, DID have a "Group" on Mewe, and cut ties with Mewe, like... 4 years ago ? Why, because of Drama and BS which E. and hippie didn't want here. So... for those newbies reading this, and as a Buyer... You give yourself a better chance at quality leaf, buying from real vendors with experience, and serious about the "business". Of course, there's still good vendors on Mewe !! and years ago a community there - not so much anymore.

People seem to want hand holding, "Community Drama" and Reviews ? But there's more buyers, and "Reviews" on Reddit - with vendors like: Lucky- Mitra Man- Philly, and others who post there & also have a Mewe group.

seems to me that I can look here and i can look on mewe, and decide for myself who and what a 'real vendor' is. I think that I and I'll bet many others, have great results with some of the mewe vendors. You're right - it's possible that the people who spoke highly about LOE here were not reliable. it's hard for me to tell other than there were enough of these posts that it piqued my curiosity, and a few strains were included in a trading post deal. And there are some vendors touted here that have very few strains...i think that sakti, for instance, just has a very few strains.

I ordered a 8 way split kilo off the regular menu all wild reds an greens from late 2019 an early 2020 every strain I got hits an if it weren't for the dates,the fact I've been buying leaf for 5 years or so I wouldn't have known the difference. I'm in his mewe group also he does take time to respond he works alot of hours at his job as krah-tom is a passion of his. I to bought some of the hirsuta it was also good if it had mitra it definitely didn't show for a urine test I had to quit taking leaf for a few months of drug testing that did test for kraht-tom anyway I would highly recommend loe if you get a chance

His signature strains which are touted as his best are Eden fires and Wild fires. It just so happens he has a fresh batch coming in soon. If you are on mewe and in his group, keep an eye out. Once upon a time, he was one of my top vendors.

yes. i finally found the loe group, and it took me a long time to get on there - he wasn't active there for some time. but finally got in. Everything indicates that there will be a new drop soon.
