Hey guys, give me suggestions! I wanna place my first single strain kilo order and I'm going for a green, or a greenish blend. I need suggestions on vendor and strain. I want the best quality at the best price!

I don’t know which vendors or strains to recommend because they affect everyone differently, but I do suggest getting a split kilo of a few different strains. It’s a good idea to rotate them to avoid tolerance, and many vendors offer 4 way splits for under $100. Botanical Bunny is my current favorite and I believe they still have coupon codes active!

Ordered from Acadica yesterday. With the coupon it was a great price. I always order pinoh strains from them. GJK has been very nice also.

Yes, this exactly. There are many among us who buy kilos, but they're buying kilos regularly so they are still rotating their strains. If you're not buying kilos regularly, Magick_cat has the perfect advice: split your kilos. A four way split will give you pretty big bags, and you're still getting the volume you're looking for plus the variety you -need- in order to avoid specific strain tolerance. Even if you're only using greens, you can still get four green quarters instead of a single strain kilo and benefit from that variety in your usage.

You may still want to get a kilo of a specific strain, and that's cool, but if you do decide to split your kilo purchase the best way to do it is to look at what you're using right now in terms of color and split it that way. For myself, right now I'm using a lot more red and white than anything else but I'm still using all the colors, so for example I might get two whites, a red, and a green, and then add a sample or two so that what I am buying is as close to my current daily color spread as I can make it. I do have a couple 250g bags that rarely get used because I wasn't following this strategy when I bought them, but now I try to make my purchase as close to my current use as I can.

I just ordered two 4-way split kilos from Herbal RVA https://herbal-rva.com/product/four-way-split-kilo-2/ for $141 shipped. You might match that price elsewhere but I doubt you'll beat it and this is not a coupon or sale price. That's his everyday price.

I went with a 4-way split kilo with Acadica. I haven't ordered from them in almost a year and with the coupon my kilo was $63. Ordered Green JK, Red JK, Green Hulu, and Green Pinoh. I will leave a review after they come in!
